"I think this hotel is excellent. Before coming, I did a lot of research, and I noticed many reviews (not just for this hotel) mentioned it could be noisy at night because most hotels in Chiang Mai are near the bar street. However, after staying here, my friend and I found it quite acceptable. Firstly, we both sleep well, and secondly, this hotel is actually relatively far from the bar area. We didn't even need the earplugs we brought. The hotel staff's service attitude was also great. Our flight home was in the early morning of the day after check-out. After checking out around 11 AM, we left our luggage at the front desk, and they were fine with keeping it until 7 PM. The staff always smiled when they saw you, and one female staff member even gave me a cat treat to feed a cat when she was feeding them herself. However, there's one issue I think needs attention: the showerhead in our room wasn't the type where you could replace the filter, so even though I brought a filter, I couldn't use it. The water quality was okay, though. On the first day, I tied a face towel around the showerhead and ran the water for ten minutes, and the towel didn't turn yellow. After staying for four days, my skin was fine. But it was difficult to adjust the hot and cold water, and sometimes while showering, the water would suddenly turn cold from warm. The hotel's breakfast was quite good, but we only had it once. I didn't bring a swimsuit this time so I couldn't experience the pool, but I did relax on a poolside lounge chair for a bit. I would recommend this hotel to any friends who come to Chiang Mai."

To sum it up: the service was so good it almost felt a little overwhelming, details fanatics will go wild, but there were a few minor flaws. 🤝 Service is absolutely top-notch From the moment we stepped in, staff members rushed out with smiles to help with our luggage, saying it felt like visiting a friend's house – that's how warm and welcoming they were. During check-in, we sat on a sofa and enjoyed pandan iced tea, and a lovely lady who spoke Chinese gave us a tour of the entire hotel, explaining each facility in great detail. The next day, my mom couldn't figure out the bathroom faucet, and someone from the front desk came up to show her within 3 minutes – excellent attitude. 🛏️ Room is spacious, but the AC is a bit weak The room was indeed very spacious, with a balcony overlooking the pool, which my mom loved. However, my dad said that even with the AC on full blast, it was only slightly cool, and he felt a bit stuffy in the middle of the night, needing to turn on the fan to feel comfortable. Also, the TV was noticeably old, and the picture quality wasn't high-definition. But the mattress and pillows were very comfortable; my mom said she slept soundly through the night. 🍳 Breakfast remains a highlight They raved about the breakfast, which was cooked to order. We ordered mango sticky rice and Thai fish ball noodles, and they were so delicious we wanted to have more. The fruits at the buffet were also very fresh. Plus, there was complimentary afternoon tea, and my mom said the cheesecake was better than many coffee shops outside. 🏊 Pool is beautiful, but not much time to use it The pool area was gorgeous, but they said it was too sunny in the morning, and in the afternoon, they were out sightseeing. In the end, they only dipped into the warm pool briefly. They didn't visit the gym because it was too small, with only a few machines. 📍 Location issue They also mentioned that the hotel isn't close to the city center. Every time they wanted to go to Nimman Road, they had to take a Grab, which cost about 200 baht. However, the hotel offered a free shuttle to the Old City, but it required coordinating schedules. 💬 Conclusion Overall, my mom was satisfied with the service and environment, but the AC and TV were the two hardware aspects that gave her pause. If the hotel were to replace the old TV and improve the AC, she said she would definitely stay again next time. But as it stands, she would advise those with high AC requirements to inquire about the room type beforehand, otherwise, sleeping at night might be a bit uncomfortable. "Overall, this hotel was okay, but there were a few disappointing aspects. The location is good and convenient for getting around. The rooftop bar is decent and the pool area is nice enough, although I was surprised to find that you’re not allowed to bring your own food or drinks to the rooftop pool or you’ll be fined. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar and restaurant don’t open until 3:00 p.m., which makes this rule even more frustrating. The hotel also didn’t feel particularly clean, and it certainly doesn’t have the feel of a newly opened property. One of my biggest frustrations was trying to get an iron. I asked for one nearly every day during my stay, but the staff were never able to locate one. Finally, be careful if you use the coffee machine. It shakes quite abruptly while dispensing coffee, which caused my cup to fall out and smash. It would be good if the hotel addressed this for future guests. Overall, the location is the main highlight, but there are several areas where the hotel could improve."

"This was the second hotel we stayed at in Chiang Mai, and it's a beautiful one! The main draw is its excellent location! The room was a little warm when we first entered. Also, several people at the front desk spoke Chinese, which was a pleasant surprise. But what I really want to highlight is the fantastic service! Honestly, every hotel in Chiang Mai has great service. They even gave us small gifts! There was one short guy with a buzz cut at the front desk who would jokingly call female guests 'Princess [name], please sign here' – it was really amusing, haha. He'd crack jokes and if he saw someone needed help, he'd immediately ask in Chinese and resolve the issue right away. He helped with luggage, gave directions, and could handle everything!"

"I've stayed here before, and I very much appreciate the location. Short walking distance to Tha Phae Gate, markets and shops. 7-11 across the street. Great pool. Large room. Bed on the firm side, but not a brick. They've padded the bed frame corners, which was a nice detail. Plenty electrical outlets. Would recommend, and likely return should I visit the city again."

"The room was quite spacious. The hotel's exterior and lobby were very grand, and it's the tallest hotel in the old city area. The doorman was excellent; he took our luggage to the room and even helped us load it into the car when we checked out. We exchanged 20 *zhu* for two small elephants [presumably a local currency/custom]. The downside was that the air conditioning was blasting as if it were free, making it very cold. The worst part was the loud air conditioning noise at night."
