I had a wonderful stay at B2 Mahidol Hotel! The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in easy. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and shops. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, a great value for the price — I would definitely stay here again!

Our room had an inter leading door and we had very frisky and noisy neighbours. Young couple were up all night making loud conversations and other noises. Note to self, check if room has inter leading door before committing. Other than that, staff were very helpful, pleasant and accommodating

Facilities: Very complete, the pool is beautiful, really feels like a vacation. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Since it's newly opened, there's a slight hint of renovation smell, but opening the windows for ventilation helps a lot. Environment: I really like it, very spacious and beautiful. However, the surrounding area might not be very convenient; you need to take a taxi to go anywhere. But the location is easy to find, and there's a lovely cafe inside the hotel. Service: The service attitude is excellent, and they offer free airport shuttle. We had booked an airport drop-off, but we wanted to do some sightseeing first. The owner offered to take our luggage to the airport for us, which was incredibly helpful.

The hotel is basic but has everything one needs for a short stay - Aircon, king sized bed and nice hotel staff and a friendly cat to welcome you! Within short walking distance, there are a couple of local restos.

The room was very spacious which I appreciated. The water pressure in the shower was great! The view was amazing from my room. Only thing I didn’t like was how the bed kept easily moving every time I would sit or lay on it. Overarall, great experience. The young luggage helper was super nice. My suitcase handle was jammed and he kept trying and trying to fix it even without me asking for help. And when my taxi arrived, he even mentioned it to him. I thought it was the sweetest thing.

It was a good start to my day and provided enough choices to keep meals interesting. • Daily Cleaning and Towel Changes: I appreciated the daily cleaning service and the regular changing of towels. This attention to cleanliness contributed to a pleasant stay. • Bright Atmosphere: Both the hotel room and corridors were bright and welcoming, enhancing the overall ambiance of the hotel. Cons: • Location: The hotel is somewhat far from the main city, which made getting around a bit more challenging. • Grab Drivers: There were occasions when Grab drivers had difficulty locating the hotel, adding to the inconvenience of transportation. Overall, while the hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay, the location could be improved for easier access to the city’s attractions. I would recommend this hotel for those who prioritize spacious accommodations and a pleasant atmosphere, but it’s worth considering the distance from the main city when planning your visit.

The entrance is a bit difficult to access without a private car, but the room itself is good and worth the price. There's a microwave and coffee machine available downstairs. The room feels new, quiet, and peaceful.

This hotel is ok. The staff were very good. The breakfast was excellent, the chef greeted people very professionally and in a friendly manner. There’s nothing to do around the hotel. Though it’s a riverside hotel, there’s nothing there for riverside activities. Most of the food shops and massages were very simple. The hotels toilet and bathtub need to be replaced with modern ones.

It's a really nice place. Very peaceful. Pool is nice and a good size. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Bathroom good. Daily housekeeping. Helpful staff. The only downside is location, very hard to get a grab or taxi. However you can walk to the nearest convenience store in 10mins and nightmarket area in about 15mins

Pros: During my 7-day trip to Chiang Mai, this hotel was by far the cleanest and most similar to a hotel back home. It was spotless, and the service was excellent, with staff helping with luggage. The breakfast was also good. The room wasn't huge, but the layout was efficient, and all the snacks and drinks in the mini-bar were complimentary. I honestly recommend sticking to proper hotels over guesthouses in Chiang Mai; they really are much better. Cons: The surrounding area lacks amenities; there are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby. Also, my room was close to the road, so it was quite noisy.
