Nade 10e hotel is located in the center of Konkean city. There's 7-eleven in front of the alley. Hotel also has swimming pool that you can enjoy during the stay. The room is cleaned everyday as requested. The front man is helpful, they help us with luggage. The parking slot is enough. I will visit again if I come to this city.

Excellent! I requested a city view room and got it. The room was clean and beautiful, the bed was soft, and the AC was super cold. The hotel's decor is luxurious, and the staff were incredibly attentive. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel is in the city, but not directly on the road. It's down a small alley, with houses and dormitories. There are multiple entrances and exits, and it's about 500 meters from Bueng Kaen Nakhon.
Booking in advance was no problem. The staff collected a 200 baht deposit for the key and remote control for the TV and air conditioner, which was refunded upon check-out.
The hotel has four floors and no elevator.
The room is very bright. There's a bed, pillows, and a white towel. Two rolls of toilet paper are provided, two bottles of water, and two small bars of soap. No shampoo. The TV has a good signal, only standard digital channels. A small refrigerator and a water heater are provided.
The room is sturdy, but not very soundproof. The bed is a box spring, and you can feel the coils inside in spots. It wasn't very comfortable to sleep. The hot water shower was good. The air conditioning was cool, and the Wi-Fi was good.
There's a hot water counter. I don't know if they serve coffee or breakfast.
Overall, the only problem was the bed. Everything else was good.
It's convenient to get around the city and call a taxi.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has a convenient location not far from the city center.
The room was clean and well maintained, although a little bit old.
However, at night I was disturbed by noise from rats running on the rooftop. I recommend that the staff do something about it.

GGuest UserWe were only there for a night. Upon arrival we were told that there was construction going on from 10 AM to 5 PM. It wasn’t a problem for us because we sleep through anything. Wasn’t a lot of range of food for breakfast but the quality was top-notch. It was confusing going from the car parking lot to the lobby and getting to a room because we had to change elevators and in order to get to the other elevator we had to walk through the restaurant. It’s a great location and we got it at a good price.

The hotel even offered a complimentary welcome drink at their famous ”London Inn,” an Irish-themed bar located on the ground floor, along with a one-hour free karaoke coupon. Additionally, there is also a fitness center and spa, making the location ideal for both business and family travelers. The only drawback is its slight distance from Khon Kaen University and the walking district; however, this distance provides calm and quiet after a long busy day.

GGuest UserThe hotel was alright. Located in a relatively quiet area. There are a few restaurants nearby within walking distance. The room 331 was big enough. The A/C was a bit loud as compared to a normal house split A/C system. The room was cleaned and towels replaced every day even though I didn't request it. Unfortunately there wasn't any room safe so I had to carry my valuables around all the time.I didn't pay for breakfast so I can't qualify it. The reception was efficient and quick. The hallway is tilled so quite loud especially when other hotel guests are shouting across to other people, because they don't really care or are ignorant of the fact that the hallway echoes quite well.
The shower had enough water pressure and the hotel provided shower gel and shampoo.

I had a wonderful stay here. The entire staff was incredibly lovely and attentive. A big shout-out to the housekeeping team—they were so friendly and kept the room spotless every single day.
I was especially impressed by the Hotel Manager, who went above and beyond to assist with my specific requests. It made my stay so much easier and more enjoyable.
P.S. The location is a winner! It’s within walking distance of great pubs, bars, and plenty of food options. I loved everything about this place and will definitely be back!

We stayed at the Kosa Hotel & Wellness Center in Khon Kaen from Friday through Sunday, booking a Deluxe Double Room with breakfast via Trip.com. Though this is one of the city’s older hotels, it’s impressively well-maintained and continuously improved. The attentive staff, excellent cleanliness, and quality amenities made for a very pleasant stay.
Highlights and Impressions
From the moment of arrival, the hospitality stood out. The team greeted us warmly, and the bell staff were quick to assist with luggage and loading or unloading the car. Overflow parking is conveniently located in a nearby covered structure, and a small shuttle cart is available if needed.
Our Deluxe Double Room was spotless and comfortable. Linens and towels were clean and in great shape, and the room felt freshly updated. A newly installed 43” Samsung Smart TV worked perfectly for streaming via Fire Stick, and the walk-in shower provided strong water pressure and consistent hot water. Toiletries included shampoo, body wash, shower cap, and cotton swabs. The only downside was that slippers were unavailable during our stay.
Breakfast offered a satisfying variety with a made-to-order egg station, boiled eggs, fresh salads, and a mix of Thai and Western items. The salad was crisp and fresh, though the butter substitute and instant coffee were a bit disappointing. Espresso and cappuccino drinks are available for an additional charge.
The pool area is inviting but lacks enough lounge chairs — a small improvement that would make a big difference. The fitness center, however, was excellent, featuring modern, well-maintained machines, cardio and weight equipment, and a designated space for stretching or boxing. The wellness center provides great value as well — a relaxing 90-minute foot massage costs only 240 baht (about $7.50).
The room was spacious, almost excessively so, leaving quite a bit of unused space. While two chairs are provided, a small sofa or lounge would make the room feel more complete.

Pros: Near Khon Kaen University, near the hospital, shops and restaurants around, easy to travel, parking available, breakfast is varied and delicious.
Cons: Not very clean, especially in the area, furniture and wardrobes. The room is old, furniture has traces of termites. There is an elevator, but it is between floors, so you have to walk up or down the stairs to get to the room.

MMacalisterAngusThis was a stopover for us and absolutely met all of our criteria. Great parking next to the cottage. Clean and spacious cottage with very comfy bed. Very tricky to find as Google wanted to take us to another Greenview resort in Maha Sarakam so spent 30 minutes finding the resort. Dog friendly. TV was hard to get going (and there is nothing else to do at the resort)...in fact we were told the entire TV system resort wide was broken (which wasn't the case but you have to go through the Source option to align with the minix box). For food...you have to use Grab who will deliver direct to your cottage. All in a very pleasant stay and I would use as a stopover or for the nearby golf course in the future for sure.

There is also a 500 baht deposit here. Pictures of the room may have been taken long ago. When I actually arrived, it looked much older than that. Breakfast is only available as a set, such as eggs, ham, pan-fried eggs, and rice with cabbage, but the chef opens at 7:30 a.m., so if the chef comes late on some days, he gets to eat eggs, sausage, and ham, just one menu. Summary of the overall picture, if it's easy to live, easy to eat, don't think. No matter how much, it's enough to live with. I just feel like The price paid is higher than the service received.
