Very reasonably priced old hotel in walking distance from luxury mall. Breakfast was average with good service. Pool is strange. The water appears to be green due to green tile but the water otherwise clean. Frequent power loss in the evening. Not enough electrical outlets in the room. It was hard to charge phones and operate computers at the same time.h Nevertheless, the good location and good price made up for the minor troubles.

A big shout-out to the housekeeping team—they were so friendly and kept the room spotless every single day. I was especially impressed by the Hotel Manager, who went above and beyond to assist with my specific requests. It made my stay so much easier and more enjoyable. P.S. The location is a winner! It’s within walking distance of great pubs, bars, and plenty of food options. I loved everything about this place and will definitely be back!

Nice hotel in silent place. 10 min walk to local night market. Place to park car. Rooms is clean and good for short stay. It has some internal pool but it does not work after sunset. Overall nice for 1-2 day stop in Khon Kaen during car trip.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has a convenient location not far from the city center. The room was clean and well maintained, although a little bit old. However, at night I was disturbed by noise from rats running on the rooftop. I recommend that the staff do something about it.

Amazing location just 10 minutes stroll from the night market and 3 minutes walk to the train station there are plenty of food options and convenience stores near the hotel. No problem getting a grab taxi or bolt to get around.

Situated in the city center and proximity to many things from 7-11 to restaurants, this hotel is a place I’d recommend if you must come to Khon Kaen because it’s a nice option and the staff were very helpful and hospitable. I’ll definitely come back if I have any chance in the future.

The room is spacious, giving a feeling like a room at home, not a hotel, and has a balcony. The location is very good, near the community mall, near Lotus + 7-11, complete amenities, big and soft bed, but the most impressive thing is the staff, very good service, polite, attentive to customers, check-in service, finding the most suitable room for customers. For this place, the place is impressive, but the service of the staff is very impressive.

Though this is one of the city’s older hotels, it’s impressively well-maintained and continuously improved. The attentive staff, excellent cleanliness, and quality amenities made for a very pleasant stay. Highlights and Impressions From the moment of arrival, the hospitality stood out. The team greeted us warmly, and the bell staff were quick to assist with luggage and loading or unloading the car. Overflow parking is conveniently located in a nearby covered structure, and a small shuttle cart is available if needed. Our Deluxe Double Room was spotless and comfortable. Linens and towels were clean and in great shape, and the room felt freshly updated. A newly installed 43” Samsung Smart TV worked perfectly for streaming via Fire Stick, and the walk-in shower provided strong water pressure and consistent hot water. Toiletries included shampoo, body wash, shower cap, and cotton swabs. The only downside was that slippers were unavailable during our stay. Breakfast offered a satisfying variety with a made-to-order egg station, boiled eggs, fresh salads, and a mix of Thai and Western items. The salad was crisp and fresh, though the butter substitute and instant coffee were a bit disappointing. Espresso and cappuccino drinks are available for an additional charge. The pool area is inviting but lacks enough lounge chairs — a small improvement that would make a big difference. The fitness center, however, was excellent, featuring modern, well-maintained machines, cardio and weight equipment, and a designated space for stretching or boxing. The wellness center provides great value as well — a relaxing 90-minute foot massage costs only 240 baht (about $7.50). The room was spacious, almost excessively so, leaving quite a bit of unused space. While two chairs are provided, a small sofa or lounge would make the room feel more complete. The hotel is in the city, but not directly on the road. It's down a small alley, with houses and dormitories. There are multiple entrances and exits, and it's about 500 meters from Bueng Kaen Nakhon. Booking in advance was no problem. The staff collected a 200 baht deposit for the key and remote control for the TV and air conditioner, which was refunded upon check-out. The hotel has four floors and no elevator. The room is very bright. There's a bed, pillows, and a white towel. Two rolls of toilet paper are provided, two bottles of water, and two small bars of soap. No shampoo. The TV has a good signal, only standard digital channels. A small refrigerator and a water heater are provided. The room is sturdy, but not very soundproof. The bed is a box spring, and you can feel the coils inside in spots. It wasn't very comfortable to sleep. The hot water shower was good. The air conditioning was cool, and the Wi-Fi was good. There's a hot water counter. I don't know if they serve coffee or breakfast. Overall, the only problem was the bed. Everything else was good. It's convenient to get around the city and call a taxi.
