AAnonymous UserThe room was spacious, clean, and relaxing. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel even offered a complimentary welcome drink at their famous ”London Inn,” an Irish-themed bar located on the ground floor, along with a one-hour free karaoke coupon. Additionally, there is also a fitness center and spa, making the location ideal for both business and family travelers. The only drawback is its slight distance from Khon Kaen University and the walking district; however, this distance provides calm and quiet after a long busy day.

GGuest UserThe hotel was alright. Located in a relatively quiet area. There are a few restaurants nearby within walking distance. The room 331 was big enough. The A/C was a bit loud as compared to a normal house split A/C system. The room was cleaned and towels replaced every day even though I didn't request it. Unfortunately there wasn't any room safe so I had to carry my valuables around all the time.I didn't pay for breakfast so I can't qualify it. The reception was efficient and quick. The hallway is tilled so quite loud especially when other hotel guests are shouting across to other people, because they don't really care or are ignorant of the fact that the hallway echoes quite well.
The shower had enough water pressure and the hotel provided shower gel and shampoo.

AAmyyongmeiThe bed was huge, and the air conditioning worked great! The room itself was spacious. There's a semi-indoor pool, but the water was cold this time of year, so I didn't go for a swim. The sunset from the 4th-floor terrace was magnificent! And the fish tank in the lobby was really pretty!

We stayed at the Kosa Hotel & Wellness Center in Khon Kaen from Friday through Sunday, booking a Deluxe Double Room with breakfast via Trip.com. Though this is one of the city’s older hotels, it’s impressively well-maintained and continuously improved. The attentive staff, excellent cleanliness, and quality amenities made for a very pleasant stay.
Highlights and Impressions
From the moment of arrival, the hospitality stood out. The team greeted us warmly, and the bell staff were quick to assist with luggage and loading or unloading the car. Overflow parking is conveniently located in a nearby covered structure, and a small shuttle cart is available if needed.
Our Deluxe Double Room was spotless and comfortable. Linens and towels were clean and in great shape, and the room felt freshly updated. A newly installed 43” Samsung Smart TV worked perfectly for streaming via Fire Stick, and the walk-in shower provided strong water pressure and consistent hot water. Toiletries included shampoo, body wash, shower cap, and cotton swabs. The only downside was that slippers were unavailable during our stay.
Breakfast offered a satisfying variety with a made-to-order egg station, boiled eggs, fresh salads, and a mix of Thai and Western items. The salad was crisp and fresh, though the butter substitute and instant coffee were a bit disappointing. Espresso and cappuccino drinks are available for an additional charge.
The pool area is inviting but lacks enough lounge chairs — a small improvement that would make a big difference. The fitness center, however, was excellent, featuring modern, well-maintained machines, cardio and weight equipment, and a designated space for stretching or boxing. The wellness center provides great value as well — a relaxing 90-minute foot massage costs only 240 baht (about $7.50).
The room was spacious, almost excessively so, leaving quite a bit of unused space. While two chairs are provided, a small sofa or lounge would make the room feel more complete.

Only thing I would say negative is the tv is very old and in the pics and description it stated flat screen tv. Apart from that the place was great. They’ve also got a good restaurant inside with great value and great tasting food too

Pros: Near Khon Kaen University, near the hospital, shops and restaurants around, easy to travel, parking available, breakfast is varied and delicious.
Cons: Not very clean, especially in the area, furniture and wardrobes. The room is old, furniture has traces of termites. There is an elevator, but it is between floors, so you have to walk up or down the stairs to get to the room.

MMacalisterAngusThis was a stopover for us and absolutely met all of our criteria. Great parking next to the cottage. Clean and spacious cottage with very comfy bed. Very tricky to find as Google wanted to take us to another Greenview resort in Maha Sarakam so spent 30 minutes finding the resort. Dog friendly. TV was hard to get going (and there is nothing else to do at the resort)...in fact we were told the entire TV system resort wide was broken (which wasn't the case but you have to go through the Source option to align with the minix box). For food...you have to use Grab who will deliver direct to your cottage. All in a very pleasant stay and I would use as a stopover or for the nearby golf course in the future for sure.

The bathroom is cramped and looks a little clean. The shower cap is small and easily torn. The old check cloth is beginning to tear and turn yellow. The quality is a little low. There is also a 500 baht deposit here. Pictures of the room may have been taken long ago. When I actually arrived, it looked much older than that. Breakfast is only available as a set, such as eggs, ham, pan-fried eggs, and rice with cabbage, but the chef opens at 7:30 a.m., so if the chef comes late on some days, he gets to eat eggs, sausage, and ham, just one menu. Summary of the overall picture, if it's easy to live, easy to eat, don't think. No matter how much, it's enough to live with. I just feel like The price paid is higher than the service received.
