YykkamiThe hotel's housekeeping was excellent; every corner of the room was spotless, with no dust or stains, and amenities were replenished promptly. The facilities were well-maintained and worked perfectly without any issues. The staff were polite and attentive, making my entire stay very comfortable.

AAnonymous UserStayed here for 6 nights during Songkran. The location is really good—close to the center of Khon Kaen but not too busy. Staff were nice and friendly.
One small issue though: one day I came back and found my key card taken out, and the room hadn’t been cleaned and amenities weren’t replaced. I had to call the front desk to get it sorted.

GGuest UserOverall, the service was good, but the coordination along staff was unclear. I had already communicated my request to different receptionist and repeatedly confirmed that this service could definitely be provided(delivery). However, on the morning when I actually needed the assistance, I was suddenly informed that it could not help and she was inconvenient. This was extremely last minute , caused me to waste time, and almost made me miss my flight.

OOhmTI had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to access local attractions and transport. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. My room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great variety of delicious options. The facilities were well-maintained and offered everything I needed. It offers great value for money considering the quality of service. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring soft bedding, excellent amenities, and good soundproofing. The service is professional and attentive, with warm and courteous staff. The convention center boasts large, well-equipped venues, making it perfect for business events and team-building. The breakfast selection is extensive, offering a mix of Chinese, Western, and Thai dishes made with fresh ingredients. Although the hotel has been around for a while, it's well-maintained and offers great value for money. It's an excellent choice for business trips, conferences, or leisure stays, and a top pick for accommodation in Khon Kaen.

PPIM SUPARegarding this suite—which I believe is my third time staying in, only because the other rooms were fully booked—I wasn't very impressed.
The cleanliness of the carpet was lacking, and the room felt quite dull.
There is a kitchen counter with a microwave and a kettle,
but there are no power outlets nearby, which makes me wonder what the point of having them even is.
Additionally, the air conditioning in the living area never seems to get cold.
This will be my last time staying in this particular room; it is simply not worth the price.
On the positive side, as with every visit here, I was impressed by the convenient location.
The staff are friendly and familiar, the check-in process was very fast and easy, and the breakfast was excellent.

MMacalisterAngusThis was a stopover for us and absolutely met all of our criteria. Great parking next to the cottage. Clean and spacious cottage with very comfy bed. Very tricky to find as Google wanted to take us to another Greenview resort in Maha Sarakam so spent 30 minutes finding the resort. Dog friendly. TV was hard to get going (and there is nothing else to do at the resort)...in fact we were told the entire TV system resort wide was broken (which wasn't the case but you have to go through the Source option to align with the minix box). For food...you have to use Grab who will deliver direct to your cottage. All in a very pleasant stay and I would use as a stopover or for the nearby golf course in the future for sure.

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean enough, had a lovely view of the lake and the beds were comfy, air con worked, and it was decent basic accommodation. The wardrobe doors were broken and the drains smelt from the bathroom, which wasn't the nicest. To be honest the whole place could do with a facelift and a lick of paint but the room we had was spacious and its cheap, simple accommodation. The rooftop is actually very lovely, with views out over the lake and the city. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on that. The staff were friendly with no frills, and we all did our best to communicate with English/Thai barrier.
