The staff are quick to provide towels when you go for a swim, which is a great touch! 👍 Don't miss the Malatang (Sichuan hot pot skewers) right outside the entrance – unexpectedly authentic Chongqing flavor! 😂👍 Just a two-minute walk to the university's back gate night market, which was a daily source of happiness returning to the hotel. A big thank you to all the staff for preparing our honeymoon room with rose petals and swan towels – it was such a delightful surprise!"

The service goes above and beyond, surprising guests in many ways, especially with the complimentary food and drinks. The location is superb, right outside One Nimman, truly offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle."

"Overall, very good! The soundproofing in the room is excellent; even though it's in an entertainment district, the music doesn't filter in. The bed is soft, and the room is spacious and clean. My only minor gripes are that the bedroom curtains should be thicker to block out more light in the morning, as the sunlight woke me up. Also, the breakfast could offer more variety for the price. I'd give it an 8/10."

"Booked the Sere White Double Room, and overall, we had a great stay. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a mountain view—although the view was only partially visible because of the surrounding buildings 😅 The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast in the morning was also really good, with a nice variety of options. The location is another plus, as it’s conveniently close to the Nimman area. Overall, a comfortable stay and a good option if you want to stay near Nimman! Forgot to take pictures of room 🥲"

"The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and a convenient location, with warm and attentive service, making it perfect for exploring the ancient city and its surroundings. The room facilities are well-maintained and feature charming local characteristics, which I personally loved. Special mention goes to the bedding – it was incredibly clean and comfortable, leading to an excellent night's sleep. However, it's worth noting that the hotel is located inside the ancient city, is street-facing, and the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great. Those who require a very quiet sleeping environment might want to consider this carefully. Also, the hotel offers a souvenir for leaving a review, but this promotion is only for Google Maps and doesn't include platforms like Ctrip, which is a bit disappointing."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right in the Nimman area. There are many restaurants, cafes, and a 7-Eleven just a 3-minute walk away. The room is beautiful and spacious, with a full-length mirror which I really liked. A special shout-out to how comfortable the mattress and pillows were! The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The only significant drawback was the poor drainage in the shower area. Basically, as soon as I started washing my hair and showering, the water would flood out. Luckily, the room I booked had a bathtub, so I could shower in there. I hope the hotel can address this, and then it would be a perfect stay."

"Overall, this hotel was okay, but there were a few disappointing aspects. The location is good and convenient for getting around. The rooftop bar is decent and the pool area is nice enough, although I was surprised to find that you’re not allowed to bring your own food or drinks to the rooftop pool or you’ll be fined. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar and restaurant don’t open until 3:00 p.m., which makes this rule even more frustrating. The hotel also didn’t feel particularly clean, and it certainly doesn’t have the feel of a newly opened property. One of my biggest frustrations was trying to get an iron. I asked for one nearly every day during my stay, but the staff were never able to locate one. Finally, be careful if you use the coffee machine. It shakes quite abruptly while dispensing coffee, which caused my cup to fall out and smash. It would be good if the hotel addressed this for future guests. Overall, the location is the main highlight, but there are several areas where the hotel could improve."

"The location is superb, right next to Nimman One and across from Maya mall, making it incredibly convenient for both dining and shopping. There's a restaurant called Nara on the ground floor with a great ambiance and delicious food, though it felt a bit pricey at 1000 RMB for a family of four. The hotel breakfast was fantastic. We stayed at Shangri-La for 5 days before coming here, and the eggs Benedict at this hotel were absolutely delicious. While the variety wasn't as extensive as Shangri-La, it felt very refined and certainly didn't fall short in quality compared to Shangri-La's breakfast. There's also a small pool on the rooftop. On our second night, we found a small gecko in the shower, but the hotel staff quickly handled it. Luckily, we're not afraid of geckos! There are many bars nearby. On the day we visited, Nimman One had a live band playing, which felt like it went on until around 1 AM. We could hear it quite clearly in our room. The hotel does provide earplugs, which would help a lot. Normally, I'm quite sensitive to noise and get annoyed and can't sleep if it's loud. But perhaps because I was on vacation and didn't have to work the next day, even with the thumping music outside, I didn't feel bothered. The band was actually quite good. The only minor complaint is that for the room type I booked, the air conditioning seemed to blow directly onto the bed. The next morning, my neck and upper back felt stiff and sore, like I'd caught a chill, although my husband was fine. The bay window is very large, and since we had two young children, each could comfortably sleep on one end. The hotel thoughtfully provided bedding for them. On our last day, we had an early flight at 6 AM and couldn't make it for breakfast, but the hotel prepared a very generous breakfast box for us, which was much appreciated."

"The hotel is new and stylish. It's conveniently located within walking distance to Nimman Road walking street and Maya Mall. The area is lively at night, so you don't have to worry about finding food, drinks, or entertainment nearby. Overall, the hotel is quiet, though there's a bar under building T6 that occasionally plays music, which can be a bit noisy, but it stops by midnight. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and very clean, which I really appreciate 🤓. I also loved the breakfast; there's a good variety of fruits, vegetables, stir-fries, soup, and bread. Their special curry noodles and rice noodles are delicious too – basically, there's always something you'll like. The hotel also has a pool and a gym; the environment for both is great if you want to spend some time there. There are also many Chinese tourists. I highly recommend it for its great value for money during the off-season; I really can't find any complaints 🤓👍."
