Vast green territory with numerous squirrels, great view from the balcony and high monumental building of the hotel - that's all for positive. Everything else is poor: - Cold ”empty” breakfasts, not tasty at all. Only fried eggs and milk is good to eat - Non stable beds on roller pads - Very loud AC, working at it's max power always. I guess it has been a while when somebody refill it. - All towels looks like they have been abandoned from WWII, ripped to shreds, and quickly mended. Also, you are obliged to return them before 19:00 on the same day. It's not comfortable. For the unsophisticated travellers. Spirit of this hotel clearly smells from 80s - indeed, it needs some renovations.

This is my 4th time to stay in this hotel. It takes five minutes walk from the highway connecting Jomtien Beach and Pattaya Beach. Swimming pool is clean. A budget hotel of outstanding value for money. Buffet breakfast is up to expectation. Most rooms have balcony.

The room was decent. I stayed for three days, and every day the room received a basic tidy-up, and disposable amenities were replenished, along with two glass bottled waters. There's a pool and treadmill on the top floor, among other facilities. Breakfast was abundant but quite consistent daily, and there was no Chinese food. Right outside the hotel is a night market that operates until the early hours, offering stalls with daily necessities, clothes, and a wide variety of food. There are also two 7-Eleven stores, pharmacies, bars, massage places, and other shops nearby, which is very convenient. However, the hotel does not provide disposable combs or slippers.

It's quite decent: the walls are clean and lightly painted, and the furniture is light-colored. The refrigerator has seen a lot of use, but it works and is large! Garbage is collected daily, and two bottles of water are provided, along with a roll of toilet paper, shower gel, and liquid soap. I booked a room with a balcony; it's wide, there's a hairdryer, and the street is quiet. There's a local cafe on the right that serves chicken and rice, and the food is delicious.

great location with great staff, it's good couples or families but just know that the wifi service is on the slow side and there isn't any public facilities that you can use

We had a very good stay at The Heritage Pattaya Resort. The property itself is well-maintained and offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Although the location is a bit far from the main town, it actually worked in our favor as it was peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing family trip. The breakfast could definitely be improved in terms of variety, but we didn’t have any major issues with what we had—it was decent and satisfying. A special mention to the front desk lady (unfortunately, I can’t remember her name) who was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to sort out our rooms and managed to arrange for our family to stay in the same building, which we really appreciated. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay, especially for families and groups of friends looking for a comfortable and peaceful environment.

My stay at Yaka Hotel was fantastic! It's a Chinese-owned hotel in a great location with a uniquely decorated courtyard. It was especially pleasant to have drinks and chat with the handsome owner in the evenings, even in a foreign land. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing. The surrounding area is convenient for dining, shopping, and transportation. The 24-hour front desk provided attentive and friendly service. The rooms were clean, bright, and fully equipped, with excellent hygiene. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. Overall, it's great value for money in Pattaya. I highly recommend it!

Rooms are of a good size, was given a free upgrade to a suite. There's a Starbucks in the lobby. The hotel is in a quiet location, you will need to take a car to the night market, and it's about 20 mins to Pattaya city centre. Very nice lobby, some rooms have balconies with no views.

Before we arrived at the hotel we tried to call the hotel to confirm if they received my email about the late check in because our flight was at night and we were arriving at morning because we still need to travel from Bangkok to Pattaya. I called 3 times and what I got was phone dropped. The staff is a bit rude and always saying call at 9 am. When we arrived at the hotel a staff was sleeping at the couch and another one sleeping at the counter. When I said check in he doesn’t even check or ask about the booking and still telling me to come back at 9 am. I said I paid already and have my booking stay for 3 nights. He didn’t even bothered to check my booking before saying anything. We came as family, I know it’s different booking of room as it’s shown in the booking however they separated us in different hotel and did not even think that we are family that they might can make better arrangements but offered nothing. To cut that story on The other hand the hotel itself has simple rooms a bit old but it’s comfortable. The pool can accommodate a lot more and the location is nice. Just walking distance to many restaurants and other attractions. Jomtien beach and Walking streets is just 3 minutes away. The view from our room is nice and nice atmosphere. Very live location. I can recommend this hotel for its price and amenities and location, and I just hope they will improve the service quality for better experience.
