Mr. Ben is incredibly accommodating and spoiled us with his hospitality—he even volunteered to be our personal tour guide for the entire stay, showing us the best spots in Bangsaen and treating us to delicious meals outside. What truly sets Ben’s House apart is the little (and big) extras: the fridge is stocked with free Coke, ice cream, bottled water, snacks, and even brown rice—everything you could need is right there, no extra charge. Mr. Ben personally took care of me and my whole team, making sure we were comfortable and happy every day. His warmth and generosity made our trip unforgettable. If you’re looking for a clean, cozy, and welcoming place to stay in Bangsaen with a host who goes above and beyond, Ben’s House Villa is hands down the best choice. I can’t recommend it enough!

We were looking for something close to Bangkok and found this hotel by chance and it turned out that we love everything about this hotel. The breakfast was great, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, the staff was lovely.

We can park car here and with a bath. BUT the water is not hot enough and also ac is not cool enough. The environment is clean and the people here is kindly. I will live here again if I need.

Compared to nearby hotels, this one is pretty great. I've stayed here three times now, and the rooms are always clean and tidy. The breakfast is really good, and they even have a gym, which makes it a fantastic option. Parking at the hotel is convenient, and the staff are quite welcoming.

The room was lovely and well-appointed, featuring a soft bed, effective air conditioning, and excellent water pressure. However, parking was somewhat limited. In terms of amenities, a hairdryer and coffee were missing, though earplugs were provided. A major plus was the abundance of power outlets, which made charging devices very easy. There's a rule against bringing seafood into the hotel to consume. I had purchased some in a box, but couldn't eat it on the premises, so I ended up discarding it, but that was fine.

The room was fairly spacious, which we appreciated. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The room cleanliness did not fully meet expectations, particularly in the shower area, which could have been cleaner. The bathroom design was also a bit inconvenient, as the sink water pressure was quite strong and tended to splash water onto clothing while washing hands. In addition, the window screen appeared to be torn, which allowed mosquitoes to enter the room. Overall, the room size was good, but improvements in cleanliness and maintenance would make the stay much more comfortable.

I booked this room for a client on a business trip. They said the stay was okay, but the street-facing room was quite noisy at night due to heavy traffic, which made it hard to sleep. So, if you're sensitive to noise, you should definitely mention it to the front desk.
