We recently stayed at Ben’s House Villa in Bangsaen and it was absolutely amazing! The house is spotless, cozy, and perfectly organized, making it feel like a home away from home. Mr. Ben is incredibly accommodating and spoiled us with his hospitality—he even volunteered to be our personal tour guide for the entire stay, showing us the best spots in Bangsaen and treating us to delicious meals outside.
What truly sets Ben’s House apart is the little (and big) extras: the fridge is stocked with free Coke, ice cream, bottled water, snacks, and even brown rice—everything you could need is right there, no extra charge. Mr. Ben personally took care of me and my whole team, making sure we were comfortable and happy every day. His warmth and generosity made our trip unforgettable.
If you’re looking for a clean, cozy, and welcoming place to stay in Bangsaen with a host who goes above and beyond, Ben’s House Villa is hands down the best choice. I can’t recommend it enough!

Fantastic stay at this small resort we moved here after booking at another hotel for 2 nights at twice the price but we were fooled by the pictures and the false information about the location so looking on Trip.com whilst having a meal we managed to find this gem of a place only had one night stay but wish I had found this earlier you can order food from the menu Thai and European food etc pool with jacuzzi was a dream and rooms although classed as standard I have stayed in deluxe rooms not as good as these and 4 rooms on ground floor so if you are mobility impaired you can request these rooms all in all it was so good I have booked next week for 4 nights I would award 7 out of 5 stars I am not one for pictures but I attach 1 of the bed on arrival

TRIN.NGEEN HOTEL is a charming little budget hotel with delightful features that truly make it special. The warm lobby welcomes you with friendly receptionists who greet you with genuine smiles, which made me feel quite appreciative when I paid the THB 500 key card deposit without any hesitation.
There’s a cozy coffee and soft drink corner available for self-service around the clock, ensuring you can enjoy a refreshing beverage whenever you like.
For guests who prefer to enjoy their meals in the comfort of their rooms, there’s a convenient food delivery drop-off shelf equipped with a microwave.
Complimentary drinking water is thoughtfully placed on the lower shelf for those who may not need to clean their room.
You can also unwind in the relaxing area, which boasts a big-screen TV on the inviting RED sofa.
At the reception, you’ll discover a delightful selection of instant noodles, ice cream, soft drinks, and beer, along with some accessories available for purchase.
For those who smoke, there are four tables outside the lobby where you can enjoy a friendly game of cards.
The hotel also offers both indoor and outdoor parking options for your convenience.
The rooms are clean and well-equipped to meet the needs of business travelers, featuring a comfortable working station, internet provided via both cable socket and wifi without requiring a password, a safe box, a big-screen TV, hair dryer, and a cozy mattress with pillows. You’ll find plenty of power outlets, including USB ports, and good lighting throughout the space, making it a perfect retreat.
On the second floor, you can take advantage of the gym and swimming pool, which are great for unwinding after a long day.
A lovely little gimmick is that they have a stand streamer in front of the elevator on the first floor, so you can iron your jacket before leaving the hotel.
They also provide complimentary bread in the morning, served fresh starting at 6:00 am.
Plus, it’s just a short 10-15 minute drive to downtown Chonburi, Robinson department store, and the Jas Amata community mall, making it a convenient location.
One small note is that their walk-in rate is lower than what I paid online; their regular rate for my room type is THB 800 net from Sunday to Thursday and THB 850 net from Friday to Saturday.
Aside from the TRIP.COM pricing, I truly love this place!

SuperVThe private beach location is good, but there aren't any chairs or seating arranged by the beach. The pool is quite small; you can walk a few steps and swim a few strokes and you're at the end. There's space, but the swimming area is just a long, narrow strip as shown in the picture, and it's quite narrow. The bed is comfortable, but the towels are getting old. Breakfast is decent.

They allow very noisy renovation in the building to start at 8 in the morning, ruining sleep.
The are no proper blackout curtains. The light goes straight from the livingroom into the bedroom. This is so simple to fix...
Everything else was decent. Near the beach is a big plus.

The breakfast service should be improved to ensure it is provided at the scheduled time. During check-in, guests are asked to pre-order their food and beverages, so the staff should already be aware of the number of orders for each room and be able to prepare in advance.
We were informed to come down and collect breakfast at 9:00 AM; however, we did not receive it until after 10:00 AM. We also had to go up and down to collect the food ourselves and wait for quite a long time.
Considering that the food was pre-prepared and only needed to be reheated, it should not have taken that long. It may have been delayed due to drink preparation, but regardless, the management system for breakfast service should be improved to avoid this issue in the future.

Guest UserThe room isn't big and the facilities are a bit old, but the location makes up for it. Just cross the road from the hotel and you're at Bang Saen Beach, known as Bangkok's backyard. The long sandy beach, people exercising in the morning, kids playing in the evening, various water activities, all topped off with a stunning sunset, really help you overlook the hotel's older amenities. Just remember to bring your own toiletries. The breakfast buffet is decent. You can also walk to nearby popular cafes for a light meal and just gaze out at the sea. If you walk a few minutes from the hotel's parking lot, there's a northeastern Chinese restaurant that's quite popular with the locals.

The room is relatively large, with a refrigerator and kitchenware. The toilet drains slowly, and the water temperature of the electric water heater is not hot enough, but overall it is relatively clean and the surrounding environment is relatively quiet.

Guest UserWent on a trip with my boyfriend during the weekend on Friday night. The accommodation was easy to find, right on the main road. Just follow Google Maps. There were staffs ready to help us even though we arrived at 9 or 10 pm. There was a parking lot. The room was clean and up to standard. The accommodation was not far from Bangsaen Beach. It took about ten minutes to drive there. For the price, it wasn't bad.
