I had planned to enjoy a really nice hotel, with a beautiful rooftop pool, a comfortable king-size bed... but an unexpected incident ruined the whole trip and put me in a terrible mood! To start, I was quite satisfied with the room upon check-in. Aside from the location being a bit off the main road, making transportation slightly inconvenient, the hardware was basically satisfactory. The room shared a common wall with the next room, with another wooden door right by the headboard. Late at night, the Western guests in the adjoining room were extremely noisy, clearly drunk, and it continued until almost 5 AM. Before breakfast in the morning, I reported it to the front desk and requested that if the foreigners next door were extending their stay, one of our two rooms would need to be changed. The front desk called an ununiformed female supervisor to discuss it. Her attitude was excellent, and she asked me to tell her my decision after breakfast. After I finished my meal, the female supervisor was no longer at the front desk. There was only a burly male staff member in uniform who asked what I needed. Not wanting to re-explain everything, I asked if the female supervisor was available. The male employee asked why I was looking for her, and when I told him it was about changing rooms, his expression immediately soured. He didn't go find the female supervisor. Instead, he directly offered to move me to the fifth floor, saying I'd have to wait for it to be cleaned. I expressed that I hoped the neighbors would be moved so I wouldn't have to, but he flatly replied that it's impossible to move guests; I could only request to move myself. He said there was only one room left, and I had to decide immediately, or it would be gone. I then requested to extend the check-out time from the usual 12 PM to 2 PM on the third day, but he said that wasn't possible either, at most 1 PM. I want to emphasize again: 1. The hardware/facilities/location/cleanliness... everything was fine. 2. Guests being noisy is also a problem for the hotel, not caused by them... so I don't blame the hotel; I just want to discuss it properly. 3. The female supervisor had a great attitude, which made me feel like there was genuine intent to resolve the issue immediately! It was just the male staff member who ended up handling it; his face was incredibly sour, his refusal was very decisive and cold, and he stared at me, waiting for my answer... It made me feel like I was being picky, making trouble for the hotel by asking to change rooms, and making an unreasonable request to extend check-out by 2 hours... In the end, because I was woken up early and hadn't gotten enough sleep, I just gave up, immediately moved rooms, and went to catch up on sleep. The service attitude went from the supervisor being +1 point to him being -2 points.

The cleaning staff did a great job, very thorough. The facilities are a bit dated, and I suspect the gym in the common area doesn't get much regular maintenance. The pool is a definite plus though. Given the price, I'd give another shout-out to the service staff, they really keep the rooms spotless.

A bit upset. As I arrived it is not a 5 star hotel. Bedroom balcony don't lock. Lift is scray. Swimming pool you would not jump in. Anyway after forced to stay 1 night. They finally agreed to give us 1 day refund. So we went. Thanks

Thank you 😊 for the surprise from the restaurant, we were very happy. Just a little mention, the restaurant was very thoughtful. The room was very clean and comfortable. While sleeping, I hear a little music vibration, but it's much better than the noise from living on the pedestrian street. I can give the restaurant some suggestions. I hope you can provide paper and one pen in the room. I would also like to thank the cleaning staff; they cleaned very well and made our stay very comfortable. I would still choose this hotel next time.

Rooms with a minimum of comfort but ok. What is not ok is the broken elevator, which goes into Out of service mode frequently with passengers inside. Also the blind out curtains in the rooms but be closed properly and the sun will blind your eyes first thing in the morning!

The hotel is convenient and clean. The only minor issue is that the beds in the standard twin room are a bit small. However, it offers great value for money, especially considering that other hotels doubled their prices during the Chinese New Year, while this one didn't increase as much.

The white bedding was spotless, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful. The facilities are a bit basic; they don't provide bottled water, but you can refill your own. The bathroom doesn't have a separate shower and toilet area, but it's quite spacious. The hotel has an eco-friendly policy, offering disposable amenities for guests to pick up at the front desk. The Japanese and American breakfast options were extensive and delicious. It's not a long walk from the North Bus Terminal, but it's best to buy bus tickets a day in advance as same-day tickets can be hard to get. For cosmetics and toiletries, there are pharmacies nearby, some of which are cheaper than 7-Eleven or Lotus's (which is also within walking distance). There are many restaurants in the area, and the ones I tried were all clean, hygienic, and didn't disappoint.

For its price, this hotel is an excellent choice. The bedding is changed daily and is very clean, and they offer both high and low pillows. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit. I stayed on the second floor; the third floor is on the same level as the pool. I'd recommend avoiding the ground floor, as I imagine it feels a bit like a basement, though I didn't stay there myself. The pool is on the third floor, and the open space below is the parking lot. It's very close to the North Pattaya bus station, about a 10-minute walk. Terminal 21 is a 20-25 minute walk, which I find acceptable if you don't mind walking. It's perfectly fine to walk to Terminal 21 at night, and the beach is about the same distance. The location is quite convenient. I highly recommend it and will stay here again. If you turn right out of the hotel and then left out of the alley, there's a self-service laundry shop nearby. It might not show up on maps; it's next to a restaurant with Chinese subtitles. It's very convenient for doing laundry. I've uploaded a rough map.

Really great! The check-in process was very considerate, and the overall experience was excellent. A lady at the front desk even helped me call around to find my glasses! Although it was a bit of a struggle, we eventually found them. Many thanks to the hotel staff. The room was also very clean and comfortable. The only downside was no balcony, but for the price and location, it's fantastic. I highly recommend staying here! I only discovered on the day I left that it's super close to the beach! Just a few minutes' walk after dinner! Very convenient.

Had a great stay here! The location is fantastic, just about 400m walk to Pattaya Beach and Central Festival, and most popular attractions are within walking distance. The overall facilities are comprehensive and very practical. The room even has a washing machine, which is incredibly convenient whether you're staying for a short or long period – you can wash clothes anytime, saving a lot of hassle. The kitchenette comes with an induction hob, fridge, and basic cutlery, so you can easily whip up a simple meal in the morning. The public pool is excellent, clean, and spacious enough for a relaxing swim both during the day and in the evening. The courtyard area is tidy, and the security is top-notch, making it feel very safe and secure. Whether it's for convenience or leisure facilities, everything meets daily needs, making it perfect for a holiday stay. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time.
