FX hotel is a good hotel close to everything in Pattaya 🙂 the staffe is very helpful and in anyway friendly 😊 it's a very good family hotel 😊 but if you don't like drunk noise and rude Russian people 🤨 that are sitting around the pool from early morning to very late in the night 🥳😐 then you should not stay in FX hotel The staff and even the manager of the hotel was trying to stop this Russian ass....🤨 but it didn't ore had only little effect 😐 so it is not to blame the staff they did everything they cut to stop them 😊

This place is always my go-to when I come to Pattaya. Great service and facilities. There is a reason that I keep coming back. The Breakfast Buffet is top-notch as well.

Had a great stay here! The location is fantastic, just about 400m walk to Pattaya Beach and Central Festival, and most popular attractions are within walking distance. The overall facilities are comprehensive and very practical. The room even has a washing machine, which is incredibly convenient whether you're staying for a short or long period – you can wash clothes anytime, saving a lot of hassle. The kitchenette comes with an induction hob, fridge, and basic cutlery, so you can easily whip up a simple meal in the morning. The public pool is excellent, clean, and spacious enough for a relaxing swim both during the day and in the evening. The courtyard area is tidy, and the security is top-notch, making it feel very safe and secure. Whether it's for convenience or leisure facilities, everything meets daily needs, making it perfect for a holiday stay. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

Before we arrived at the hotel we tried to call the hotel to confirm if they received my email about the late check in because our flight was at night and we were arriving at morning because we still need to travel from Bangkok to Pattaya. I called 3 times and what I got was phone dropped. The staff is a bit rude and always saying call at 9 am. When we arrived at the hotel a staff was sleeping at the couch and another one sleeping at the counter. When I said check in he doesn’t even check or ask about the booking and still telling me to come back at 9 am. I said I paid already and have my booking stay for 3 nights. He didn’t even bothered to check my booking before saying anything. We came as family, I know it’s different booking of room as it’s shown in the booking however they separated us in different hotel and did not even think that we are family that they might can make better arrangements but offered nothing. To cut that story on The other hand the hotel itself has simple rooms a bit old but it’s comfortable. The pool can accommodate a lot more and the location is nice. Just walking distance to many restaurants and other attractions. Jomtien beach and Walking streets is just 3 minutes away. The view from our room is nice and nice atmosphere. Very live location. I can recommend this hotel for its price and amenities and location, and I just hope they will improve the service quality for better experience.

This is a good hotel, about a 5-7 minute walk from Bali Hai Pier and Walking Street, with a large 7-Eleven nearby. The breakfasts are decent; while the selection isn't huge, you can definitely get a filling meal. There are 3 types of fruit, plenty of vegetables, rice, spaghetti, and various meats (curry, sausages, etc.). Room cleaning is satisfactory, and the bedding and towels are clean. The pool is small, but it's rarely crowded. The entrance to the reception with luggage isn't very convenient; you either have to use the stairs or go through the parking lot via the elevator, which requires a key card. (Upon check-in, the parking staff will provide their card to access the elevator lobby).

Not a bad hotel. The price is good. The room is large but a bit worn, with a comfortable bed, but no safe. The pool is small but clean, and open until 10 PM. We swam there in the evenings, it was great for cooling off. The grounds are nice, with swings, lots of greenery, chickens, roosters, and parrots. We even saw a white hedgehog! There are 5 breakfast options to choose from. We walked to Cozy Beach in 20 minutes and to Asia Beach in 15 minutes.

This is a newly opened hotel in Pattaya with an excellent location. The front desk staff can speak basic Chinese. The room was spacious and very clean, and toiletries were provided, unlike some hotels that don't offer them. The breakfast was delicious, and there were free drinks available in the lobby. I stayed for 3 consecutive days, and the room was cleaned punctually every day.

My friend and I stayed two nights in Pattaya, and overall, it was an experience with 'very distinct pros and cons.' It's suitable for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize convenience, but those with high expectations for quality should probably look elsewhere. First, the location is absolutely fantastic! The hotel is in the heart of South Pattaya, just a few minutes' walk from Pattaya Beach. Songthaews (public pickup trucks) are readily available right outside, and there are 7-Elevens, restaurants, and massage parlors everywhere. It's super convenient for getting to Walking Street and the Pattaya Princess cruise. Coming back from a night out, you don't have to go out of your way, which I, as someone who loves exploring, really appreciated. Plus, there's free parking, which is a thoughtful touch for those driving, as there's no stress about finding a spot. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The variety was better than expected, with Thai fried noodles, curry, bread, and fruit, as well as some Indian-inspired dishes. The taste was decent, nothing spectacular, but it filled us up and offered good value for money. Some of the front desk staff were quite helpful, answering all our questions and even offering tips for exploring the area, so that experience was pretty good. However, there were some significant downsides! The room's fixtures and fittings were severely outdated. We booked a room with a balcony, but the walls had mold stains, the towels looked old, and the floor felt a bit wobbly when you walked on it. The worst part was the terrible soundproofing; we could hear noise from the neighboring rooms and the street late at night, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The cleaning was also quite perfunctory; they only made the bed and emptied the trash daily, without properly wiping down surfaces or the floor. We even found a small bug in a corner, which was a bit off-putting. The rooftop pool view was mediocre, and the water didn't look particularly clean, so we didn't really dare to swim. Also, the hotel is near the nightlife area, so the music was quite loud at night. I genuinely wouldn't recommend it for families with children. In summary, for the price of 300-500 baht, the amenities are pretty standard. Its main advantages are the convenient location and ease of getting around, making it suitable for travelers who just need a place to crash and spend most of their day out exploring. If the hotel could improve the cleaning and soundproofing, the experience would be much better.

This time I booked a one-bedroom apartment with a balcony, and it was really comfortable with the breeze blowing in when I opened the door – the temperature was just perfect. Since I was staying for 20 days, the hotel thoughtfully provided cooking utensils. I bought some seasonings and ingredients from the supermarket and cooked for myself, which made it feel just like home. The fact that every room has cooking facilities truly sets this hotel apart from many others. It means you don't have to constantly order takeout, and the 7-Eleven downstairs is super convenient too. The front desk staff also speak Chinese, and the hygiene was impeccable. I absolutely love this hotel!

I had an amazing experience at Cosy Beach Hotel! The name truly fits—this place is both charming and relaxing. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their friendly smiles and helpful attitude. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the beach. I especially loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony. The hotel’s location is perfect—right by the beach but still peaceful and quiet, ideal for a relaxing getaway.
