My stay had a rough start. I had to change rooms three times because my request for a ”quiet room” wasn't met at first. • 1st Room: Too noisy, located right at a busy hallway junction. • 2nd Room: Very dusty and dirty (especially behind the TV). I had to show photos to the staff to change another room. (See a photo) • 3rd Room: Finally perfect! It was on the 4th floor, quiet, and very clean. (See photos) Staff: The first receptionist seemed too busy to help, but the second staff member was excellent. He was very helpful and finally found me the right room. Also, a big thanks to the 4th-floor housekeeping team for doing a great job. Overall: The breakfast is standard, and the location is perfect—right by the beach and very peaceful. Recommended for a relaxing getaway, but room cleanliness needs more focus especially on the 3rd floor.

I booked for 1 night and decided to stay the next night. I went to the reception desk and was told that the only rooms left were the very expensive ones. Got onto booking. Com and got the room I was staying in for a third of the price quoted at reception. Not quite sure what this hotel is thinking. As I was going to cheak out had I not looked at booking. Come. That apart the room was fine, clean and great value for money. The staff were on the whole very nice.

This is my second stay at this hotel. Both the building and the room condition are very modern and well maintained, and the staff are always welcoming with great smiles. There is a convenience store within walking distance, and many restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. In addition, you can watch YouTube and Netflix on the TV, which makes the stay even more comfortable.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help with any requests. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and public transportation. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices, and the dining area was clean. The hotel facilities were well organized and easy to use. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again in the future.

Before we arrived at the hotel we tried to call the hotel to confirm if they received my email about the late check in because our flight was at night and we were arriving at morning because we still need to travel from Bangkok to Pattaya. I called 3 times and what I got was phone dropped. The staff is a bit rude and always saying call at 9 am. When we arrived at the hotel a staff was sleeping at the couch and another one sleeping at the counter. When I said check in he doesn’t even check or ask about the booking and still telling me to come back at 9 am. I said I paid already and have my booking stay for 3 nights. He didn’t even bothered to check my booking before saying anything. We came as family, I know it’s different booking of room as it’s shown in the booking however they separated us in different hotel and did not even think that we are family that they might can make better arrangements but offered nothing. To cut that story on The other hand the hotel itself has simple rooms a bit old but it’s comfortable. The pool can accommodate a lot more and the location is nice. Just walking distance to many restaurants and other attractions. Jomtien beach and Walking streets is just 3 minutes away. The view from our room is nice and nice atmosphere. Very live location. I can recommend this hotel for its price and amenities and location, and I just hope they will improve the service quality for better experience.

It’s honestly one of the best value hotels in Thailand all year round. Highly recommend! All the staff are like family to customers 💯💯

FX hotel is a good hotel close to everything in Pattaya 🙂 the staffe is very helpful and in anyway friendly 😊 it's a very good family hotel 😊 but if you don't like drunk noise and rude Russian people 🤨 that are sitting around the pool from early morning to very late in the night 🥳😐 then you should not stay in FX hotel The staff and even the manager of the hotel was trying to stop this Russian ass....🤨 but it didn't ore had only little effect 😐 so it is not to blame the staff they did everything they cut to stop them 😊

We stayed this hotel as a couple and for its price I would say it was totally worth it! The room was clean, had all the amenities we need, also they prepared us a free basket of snacks which was very nice! The location is in Jomtien beach and I would say it had the best location because it was near the massages, restaurants, bars, 7/11 and everything! You can walk up to the in just 5 minutes which was very nice. Also it has rooftop pool, bar, also restaurant which had very nice view from the top, and the pool was not that crowded so we had a very great time! The staffs were super friendly, breakfast delicious, would really recommend to people who is seeking an affordable near Jomtien hotel!

The hotel is located in an alley. There isn't much parking space in front; if it's full, you'll have to park on the street in front of the hotel. The hotel isn't very large, with a pool in the middle surrounded by guest rooms. The staff provide excellent service and are very helpful and accommodating. The room rates are quite affordable and include breakfast, which is either congee or American style. Additional food is available for purchase if you want extra or for a late-night meal. The room itself is a decent size. If you prefer a soft bed, this isn't for you; the bed is quite firm. Some of the built-in furniture in the room is old and showing wear and tear. The bathroom sink was clogged, but the staff fixed it promptly. The water pressure is strong, but I wish they would renovate some parts of the room as they look dated.

I'm really not happy with this place. We reserved 2 rooms, right? But there should be quite a lot of people staying here because it's an inexpensive hotel that's easy to walk to. Most of their accommodations are always full. We booked them in the full clip and they should be full. We'll wait for a while. Finally, we reserved 2 rooms, the first room we booked through Agoda, the second room we reserved through clip. But in a hurry because his room was not very available, we paid via chip. Already paid via credit card, but when we got out, we went to press to pay at the accommodation. It appeared that the staff had been calling us all day before checking in, about 3-4 times. It was very boring and annoying. This is not what the system thought of. I think the hotel's system is 1. Have the staff call and ask us at what time we will check in. We were told that we finish work and finish work around 5-6 pm. We would like to check in no later than 8:00 pm. This is it. Okay, but when it comes to Agoda's system, it says you have to check in by 6:00 a.m. I'm working until 5:00 a.m. and I can't travel in time. If the customer doesn't arrive before 5:00 p.m., will I have to disqualify them from booking like this? And if you decide where I'm going to sleep like this, it's not very okay, so I'll tell you just once. 2 times. After that, a hotel official called again to ask what time you'd be coming, something like getting up and clearing up your privacy. Very, very not okay, so when we tied up, we called the hotel directly. We said that my sister was getting off work and would hurry to travel, which we had to hurry with the journey from Pattaya to the accommodation, because there was a lot of traffic. So we got to the accommodation in about 15-20 minutes and quickly paid the bill. Why do I have to wait for you? I'm going with a friend and I have to stay in the same place. Isn't it convenient? Isn't that okay? Because we have to work together and we'll encounter things like this. I've never encountered a hotel like this. I'm not happy with it. You might have a lot of customers coming to stay, so I don't want to ask them or not, I don't know. And the staff isn't very good at following along. Well, when we asked.
