"The location is fantastic. It's a one-minute walk to the Line 1 subway station and a three-minute walk to Lulu Supermarket, making both commuting and shopping incredibly convenient. Breakfast leans towards Western and South Asian styles. While there's a good variety of food, there's a lot of repetition, which can get a bit boring if you're staying for an extended period and eat it multiple times. The hotel facilities are quite new, but a minor drawback is that the TV isn't a smart TV, so you can't cast from your phone. The pool on the 10th floor is quite small, really only suitable for kids."

"The adaptation was very cold even after trying to repair it as well as washing water heaters, customer service was informed and agreed to get a food compensation, except that it wasn't on the face that the hotel was honoring, it was disappointing and didn't respect the guests, and it was a service. The customers evaded the promise to put some of my bags in the icebox after they got it from me, they brought back my bags and water drips out of it, the supervisor was told all of that, and he got me well received, he offered a drink, and he said the manager would contact me, except that he hadn't contacted me until this moment more. "I like this superior queen room layout a lot. Spacious and equip with essentials. I like the bench as a comfortable seating area where u can rest before going to bed. Toilet I water pressure is good. Good smell for toiletries. I also enjoy swimming pool and the jacuzzi looks nice. Just different timings for gym and spa for men and women. Please be aware. Good for families too as some families with young kids around."
