"This hotel is lovely and well-located. It has spacious underground parking with elevator access just a couple of steps away. The place is well-kept and compact. The service is excellent, and the staff are helpful, fantastic, and efficient with check-in and check-out procedures."

We were assigned a higher floor, but the room was tiny and the bathroom was inconvenient. Although the hotel looks relatively new, the quality of the amenities isn't great. The manager also follow up to make sure i get it back . Other thanx is to housekeeping staffs , during my three weeks stays , room 1505 and 1117 . All housepeeing has reach high standard . The resptionist all good and helpful. The lobby cafe staff , great great . Concierge really helpful in every aspect ."

"It's a good place, suitable for business trips and solo travel. The room is relatively quiet. The only downside is the severe traffic in Riyadh; whenever I leave around 3 or 4 PM, it's nothing but red lights and traffic jams."

"I like this superior queen room layout a lot. Spacious and equip with essentials. I like the bench as a comfortable seating area where u can rest before going to bed. Toilet I water pressure is good. Good smell for toiletries. I also enjoy swimming pool and the jacuzzi looks nice. Just different timings for gym and spa for men and women. Please be aware. Good for families too as some families with young kids around."

"I stayed for two nights at Nova Rotana Hotel in Riyadh, and overall, it was an excellent experience. The King room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were very professional and fast, and they kindly gave us the room earlier than the official check-in time. The location is outstanding — in the quiet and convenient Al Olaya area. Services like cleanliness, internet, and hospitality were excellent. Breakfast was good and standard. A couple of minor notes: the A/C was a bit loud even at the lowest fan setting, and the gym/spa/pool hours for women were limited (morning 8–10 AM, and evening 8–10 PM). A bit more flexibility would be appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel for its great value and prime location."

"Mr. Salman from the reception desk greeted me. He was very respectful and professional, and he upgraded my reservation to a king room on the 12th floor with ease. They also provided a pillow menu for me to choose from, which was a unique idea! The breakfast was varied and delicious. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back, God willing."
