"This is an apartment-style hotel, and the room is quite spacious with a long sofa chair. The bathroom is a bit small, without a separate wet and dry area or glass partition, so water splashes onto the toilet and toilet paper when showering. Also, breakfast is delivered to the room and mainly consists of pancakes with sauce."

"The hotel is conveniently located opposite a mall, making shopping and dining easy. The room was good and clean. You can grab a coffee or dessert on the sofa in the lobby, or enjoy a drink in the garden. The lobby bar staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the young man who was always cheerful when I went to get hot water. Overall, great service from them. However, the front desk staff were a bit stiff and didn't smile much. On the bright side, the bellhops were very proactive, greeting guests and offering Arabic coffee. Breakfast was decent, but it's a typical Arabic breakfast, which might be a bit plain for those used to Chinese food."

"Nice location，big and clean room with quite Aircon， pretty nice breakfast. 10 minutes walking to a famous Chinese Hala restaurant, Huanhu restaurant 华驿餐厅，which offers great China Muslim food like beef ramen, dumplings. The owner claims they served president of Finland. I would like to thank Mr Kayani of Art view hotel for his very kind and professional service. Will stay the same hotel again next time."

Or either to inform guest this that cleaner can enter if no one is present in room so that we can manage accordingly by notification of DND. Thank you."
