"There were four of us, and we booked two rooms on the 11th floor. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. In one room, everything was perfect, but in the other, it was initially noisy due to neighbors (a shared connecting door). We called the front desk, and they moved us to another room without any hassle within 5 minutes. However, a day later, a couple checked into the adjacent room and decided to play loud music at midnight. We knocked on their door, and they turned it down. Still, a connecting door doesn't provide great sound insulation. The hotel service was excellent. Breakfast offered a classic, standard selection of dishes with no unique flair. We enjoyed the service at Cafe Imperial on the ground floor, though the classic dishes we ordered weren't fully eaten. The location is very convenient, which is why we've booked this hotel again for our return journey."

"The hotel is located near Prospekt Pobedy metro station and Moscow's main mosque. There are many shops nearby (Pyaterochka, Fix Price), cafes, and a pizzeria. The hotel itself also has a restaurant. I liked the breakfast, it was a buffet. There's a manual juicer and a basket of oranges, which I appreciated. The room was clean, and the furniture was good. The air conditioning worked well. I recommend this hotel!"

"Excellent hotel! I don't understand why they're taking points away! The location is a 3-minute walk from the Krasnye Vorota metro station (take exit #2, then turn right to the corner, then right again to the guest complex itself, and then right again to the first side street (that's where the entrance is). You can walk to Chistye Prudy (about 15 minutes – go straight through the intersection along Myasnitskaya Street). I even walked to Red Square from there :) The hotel is spotlessly clean! The receptionists are absolutely charming 👍 Breakfast - a choice of 2 items * coffee, fruit drink, sandwich 👍 The room is small, but it has everything you need 🔥 I recommend it to everyone!!! (Unless, of course, you're planning on spending 24 hours in the hotel, but in Moscow) 😀"

"Coming from St. Petersburg, the hotel was quite nice upon check-in, with ample space. However, the Wi-Fi was incredibly poor; the only signal in the entire room was a weak one around the toilet. Reporting this to the front desk was unsuccessful. The hotel is near two metro stations, with Sokolniki connecting to many lines. The nearby Tepemok burritos were a bit less flavorful than those in St. Petersburg, but still delicious; I ate them four times over two days."

"I stayed at this classic hotel for a week straight. The surrounding area was convenient, and the hotel breakfast was plentiful, but it was the same every day, so after a while, I started to feel a bit lost about what to eat for breakfast. The gym was very professional."

"Hotel location is not very good to find. On the side of a coffee shop on the side of the road, a door on the third floor to find the front desk. There is no access control. "This was our third time staying at this hotel. To celebrate our wedding anniversary, they offered us a complimentary treat (pictured). You can play PlayStation in the lobby. The breakfast room is spacious, pleasant, soft, and cozy, with a decent selection of tasty food. On the downside: This time, we got a room with a very creaky bed, and there was a cigarette smell in the bathroom. The elevators are very slow and creaky too."

"The hotel was in Kazan Railway Station. At first, I couldn't find it. I asked the security guard at the entrance of Kazan Railway Station and told me to go straight and turn right to find it. And there is no English name downstairs. I went upstairs with my feeling. When I went upstairs, I saw the front desk and the photo before I was sure it was this one. (The picture is the entrance of the hotel) The room was large and clean, but it was in the train station. The sound insulation was not very good. There was a broadcast from the train station all night. The hot water is very big and very good. But the room is really hot, airtight, and it is stuffy without heating. The window can be kept open. The disadvantage is that although the front desk registered for copying the documents, there was no paper for the landing sign. When I left, I asked if there was a landing sign and said no. The second is to charge for storing luggage (it should be that the front desk received its own pocket). It arrived an hour earlier than the check-in time. I asked if I could put the luggage down and come back at the point. The front desk A said yes, B said no. The two discussed and said to pay. A said 50 rubles. I thought about it and said yes. B: No, two bags are 500. Then I'll just say I'll come back later. And important reminder: the hotel does not have an elevator! There are winding and twisting stairs, and you have to climb four floors."

"The hotel is quite new and seems to have a high occupancy rate, which made for a comfortable stay. The bed and sheets were the most comfortable I've experienced in the past few days. The location is also convenient for transportation. My only minor complaint is that the room window faced directly onto a main road, but luckily the hotel uses double-paned glass, so noise wasn't an issue."

"I was extremely satisfied with every aspect of this hotel; it's definitely worth a return visit. The room was very new and spacious, with excellent facilities, including a bathtub. The view was also expansive and very pleasant. The hotel's location is super convenient for subway access, and there's a shopping mall right across the street with dining options, banks, and shops, making everything easily accessible. This is a highly recommended hotel."
