Hotels near Munoz Rivera Park, San Juan

The location is located at the center of Old San Juan. In front of Marmalade, one of the highly rated restaurants. Have 2 rooftops. Wish there are pools but its in old san juan so its hard to have that lol. but their rooftop is nice. Bar was not open tho. Maybe because it is off season. There is a 24 hour front desk which is good. Staffs are nice. I actually never had a complain.

Location and conditioned good I liked

Very new hotel, the room is a little smaller, not far from the beach, surrounded by Hilton hotels and several high-end apartments. Breakfast is arranged in a nearby restaurant. The supply is relatively simple. The hotel is not very convenient for parking. The only car parked at the Hilton Hotel and a shopping mall is expensive. 24 baht per 24 hours, some open parking is cheaper. But nobody was taken care of at night. Several young girls at the front desk have strong communication skills. The ferry to C Island was changed to Ceiba. Fajardo, who was not checked before, fortunately, the exchange was clear before, and almost missed the trip and praised the front desk!

The decoration style is very unique, close to the airport, with a superior location and convenient transportation. It is a hotel worth staying in. I will choose to stay there next time if I go there.

El servicio era 10/10, también todo era muy limpio menos las cortinas de ducha pero esas tampoco eran bastante sucias. Tengan en cuenta que las habitaciones las mantienen a 70 grados F, entonces traigan ropa para el frio si no están acostumbradas. En los baños hay mosquitos así que si eres susceptible estate preparada. Hay un colmado al otro lado de la calle y varias opciones para comida muy cerca, pero San Juan antiguo queda a como 20 minutos de pie y los Ubers/Lyft son baratos. Sentí muy segura en la zona en la que queda. Si llegas antes de la hora de check-in tienen area en donde se puede dejar sus cosas y sentarse/trabajar/etc. En general les daría un 9/10.

Check in process requires a pin code to enter the room. However my pin code did not work so front desk attendant needed to come up with me to change the pin from his phone. After that it worked. There are no elevators in this hotel, I was on the second floor and the attendant offered to help me bring up my suitcase. The room itself is very small. Barely enough space for the bed. There is a door that opens up to the room next door. It is very thin since I could easily hear the person next door moving her bags and coughing. Two pairs of earplugs and two eye masks were provided in the room. Air conditioner worked. Unlike the listing, there was no window in this room. The towels were very dirty. One of them had dozens of dark spots on them, the other had red marks. Also, the last guest left a bottle of shampoo behind the shower curtain which was not removed. This means that cleaning is not very thorough since it would easily been seen if the shower curtain was moved. Fixtures and furniture in the room are quite basic. In the shower it looks like they did not even install a shower enclosure so the water simply sprays on the painted wall. Overall I would not stay here again but depending on the price you might be willing to live with the cleanliness and noise issues.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is located on Condado Road. There are many delicious restaurants here, including several Chinese restaurants. It is also very close to the beach and casino. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the front desk service is warm and thoughtful. We moved to a homestay in the ancient city in the next few days, and our stay was not as comfortable and convenient as this hotel. So next time I come to San Juan, I will choose this hotel again.
