"Stayed here for 2 nights and it was fantastic. Room was spotless, bed super comfortable, and staff went out of their way to help. Great location and value. Would 100% stay again! Clean, modern, quiet, with a great view. Bed and pillows were perfect after a long day.
Staff: Friendly, responsive, and always smiling, Strong WiFi, hot shower."
"This hotel has all the amenities you could need. The shower pressure and temperature are excellent, and there's a bathtub. The room has a window with a nice view. Even though it was a smoking room, it didn't smell. Breakfast is buffet style. The restaurant on the second floor offers Japanese food, and there's a singer in the evenings, so I recommend it for dinner. If you take a separate elevator to the sauna, you get a discount (usually 1500 pesos, but 1080 pesos for guests). Although it's an older hotel, it's well-maintained, including the interior, so despite its age, it feels clean, which I highly appreciate."
"The room was nice and clean. The staff were very approachable, polite, and friendly, including the security guard. The toiletries were also complete.
However, my biggest issue was the cigarette smell. As soon as we entered the room, we could already smell cigarette smoke. The front desk informed us that some rooms may have a cigarette odor because smoking appears to be allowed in certain rooms. The smell became less noticeable after a while, but whenever we turned off the air conditioner, it would come back.
I also noticed that many Chinese guests were gathered in the waiting area in front of the front desk, where there are couches. They were quite loud while talking sometimes it sounded like they were arguing. 😅
What disappointed me the most was that even the buffet area smelled like cigarette smoke. The food was not particularly impressive, and the cigarette odor made the dining experience even less enjoyable.
I would not recommend this hotel for families with young children or for guests who are sensitive to cigarette smoke. It may be difficult for the hotel to address this issue if a large portion of their clientele are smokers.
It's a pity because the hotel itself is nice, the rooms are clean, and the staff provide excellent service."
"We stayed overnight for the Manila Marathon because the location is good. It’s our first time staying in Lime. Checking in is fast, staff were efficient. But they have a very limited parking space. The room is not quite clean. The carpet is dirty, the bathroom glass is also a bit dirty with molds and some hair strands sticking on the glass and walls of the shower area. The toilet kinda smelled a bit of a pee. It doesn’t smell like it was cleaned with disinfectants. The bed llines have stains. I don’t know if it was even replaced with a new one because it doesn’t smell clean too. The food is good, reasonably priced. The pool is small, with limited space for people to stay and lounge but the view is great. if we’re going for a staycation, we’d rather stay in other hotels."
"The hotel is pretty good, and the location is excellent, with lots of restaurants nearby, Starbucks, and the university all within close proximity. The room facilities look a bit dated, probably because the hotel is older. The service, however, is great and very welcoming."
"A great location with amazing views. The owner was prompt at responding.
It’s smaller than I thought, I booked for 4 people resulting two of my friends who had decided to stay elsewhere. The bed is a bit short for a guy with almost 180cm tall where the bed is positioned from wall to wall. I don’t mind sleeping with my feet reaching over the end of the bed unfortunately I couldn’t do that. I had to sleep diagonally. It didn’t become an issue as I had been sleeping alone.
Too many unnecessary decorations in the unit which make it feel smaller. All required items for usage are complete and clean.
The use of swimming pool might be best advised during the booking in regards on how to access it.
Despite that, it was still a great place to stay and I might stay there again. I recommend it because those shortcomings were just my personal perhaps unique experience, it might be perfectly fine to others."
"Accomodating staff 10/10
Clean and Quiet Room 10/10
All appliances workin (Aircon, TV, Massage Chair, Lights, Heater, Jacuzzi) 10/10
Place is worth recommending for, will definitely visit again! 🤩"
"I’ve been traveling for a while and stayed at Gems Stone BR for several days—and the experience was superb! From the moment you enter, it feels like you’re stepping into a 5-star hotel, maybe even better. The unit feels fresh, and you can really tell it’s well-maintained and spotlessly clean. No roaches at all (unlike other places I’ve stayed in before!).
Location is also a big plus—it’s very accessible and close to Mall of Asia. Since I was staying for an extended period, I requested unit cleaning and linen change, and the response and action were a perfect 10/10.
Highly recommended, especially for those who are picky and prioritize comfort and ambiance. We will definitely book this unit again! Plus, they’re very responsive to all your needs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅"
"I had a pleasant stay at Shore Residences. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The price was reasonable and offered good value for the location.
The unit was generally comfortable and met my expectations. However, the kitchen equipment could be improved. There was only one frying pan available, which made cooking difficult and inconvenient for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals.
The service was acceptable, although there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and guest support.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay because of the great location and reasonable price. With some improvements to the kitchen facilities and service quality, the experience could be even better. I would consider staying here again in the future."
"The room is comfy and very clean. All your basic needs are here. Had a great night staying here and will come back again if had a chance. 😊"

Amazing
AAnn Clarize RoxasWe had a wonderful stay at Lanson Place. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed throughout our stay.
The hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, making our experience truly enjoyable. The staff’s excellent service and genuine hospitality made a big difference and made us feel valued as guests.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable. We highly recommend Lanson Place to anyone looking for exceptional service and a pleasant stay near Mall of Asia. We look forward to coming back again!
GGuest UserI enjoyed staying on this 5 star hotel. Location was made easy because of the skyway. The buffet, Kusina could improve, there are lots of bigger buffet restaurants like Dad’s World Buffet. Could have been a 5 star for the restaurant. The staff and servers were really mindful and courteous, love their service! Cleanliness of the room, room service was in a hurry vaccuming the floor.
SSimagangzaguangguangguangThe hotel's overall facilities are a bit dated. The lobby doesn't really look like a Marriott either, to be honest. However, it's well-maintained, and the cleanliness is excellent. The service is standard Southeast Asian style. During check-in, I had an issue with my credit card and couldn't process the deposit. The front desk lady was decisive and let us check in directly without the deposit, which was very nice. The hotel breakfast, on the other hand, was a pleasant surprise with a wide variety of options.
MMae214221If MOA/ SMX Arena is where your destination is, this place is a mere 15 min walk there. Lots of restaurants at the bottom of the residence and Alfa marts everywhere. Very convenient location. However this unit though has a washing machine, but doesn’t provide drying rack. Residence rule does not allow for putting clothes on the railings. Found a couple of small cockroaches too in the unit. Apparently this is quite normal for this residence as warnings on cockroaches infestation is published in the lifts.
MMister StephenThe first thing that must be said is that this hotel really is value for your money. The lobby area has dining and modest cafe facilities. The staff are very friendly and service-oriented. Jenold was particularly affable and helpful. The room size was fine for a single traveler. The bed was soft and the pillows were good so I slept well. The bathroom was a bit cramped due to an inward-opening door. Poor design there. Terminal 3 is just across a very busy road.
DDingdong RosalesYou get what you pay for. A budget (express) hotel for travelers on the go! If you simply need a nice, clean and convenient place to sleep in, then this is the hotel for you. Located right across the NAIA Terminal (there's a walk bridge nearby that connects you to the airport terminal), conveniently across a shopping mall, a casino and various commercial establishments in and around the Newport City township. Everything is easy access for you.
The hotel gym/fitness center is too basic. I expected a bit more because they did advertise it in their website. Fortunately, there is an Anytime Fitness branch nearby (a short walk) that's open 24 hours.
Their ”express breakfast” is ok. Basic, nothing fancy, but enough to get you through the day.
The BEST part about this ”express” hotel is their Express Checkout. Simply drop your room keys at the box (near the elevator) on your way out! No need to check-out at the counter!
CChie OzakiThis hotel is very convenient to stay at for friends or families because location is very near from any store or restaurant you want, walk is okay if you needed exercise or take a public transportation for fast destination. Staffs are friendly but still be extra careful with whatever or wherever you are anywhere. There’s a pool to enjoy, small cafe downstairs, wi-fi is included though a little bit slow sometimes…but easy to stay at!
KKTanMacBooked king sky deluxe but they gave me twin sky instead. They said there was a leak on the room. This is my 2nd time booking in this hotel. They were also gonna transfer me to a twin room the 1st time I booked even though I booked a king sky. Hopefully the next time I booked, I get to use the room I actually purchased.
Wwyh55Check-in was super easy and convenient, highly recommend! The surrounding area is great, with plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment options. It made for a really comfortable trip. The service was also very smooth; I could contact customer service anytime to resolve any issues.
