SSuphaphan Xumsai Na AyudhayaWe arrived at the hotel before noon and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service from the moment we landed. The hotel arranged seamless airport transportation, making our arrival stress-free.
The front desk team was exceptionally attentive and welcoming. They kindly offered us an early check-in and upgraded us to a better room immediately, rather than having us wait for the room we had originally booked. They also accommodated a late check-out request (subject to availability) and arranged our airport transfer upon departure.
The outstanding service, flexibility, and attention to detail made this a perfect business trip. Highly recommended.

The price wasn't too high, and the room was clean, though there was a bit of dust. Overall, it's decent for the price.

GGuest UserSurprisingly fresh, clean and spacious for such a small area hotel. Great breakfast with noodles soup (sometimes) and terrific dumplings; and many other options as well. Quiet despite being two steps from the restaurants street. The stuff is nice and professional.

RReshma TThis hotel is great for location and value for you money. We stayed here more than 3 weeks and enjoyed it. The staff are very friendly and helpful and spoke English. The room is small. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom has soap and shampoo and hot water is good. The free breakfast is okay, but you can purchase a full breakfast if you wish. The laundry service is reasonable. You can also buy bus tickets here too. Everything is in walking distance, food night market, Amazon café, Mini C supermarket, restaurants and ATMs. I highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay here again when in Laos 🇱🇦

NNibbler IA solid little stay: nothing flashy, but it delivers where it counts. The room is clean, bright, and quiet, with TV, AC, a hairdryer, a fridge, water and toiletries included. Staff are friendly and easy to deal with.
Breakfast is simple: eggs, toast and coffee/tea. Not a buffet spread, but a nice enough start to the day. The bus station is around a 12-minute walk.
A few things to note: there's no elevator and the stairs are quite steep, checkout is at 11:00, and the pillows are a bit flat. Not major issues, but good to know.
Overall, good value for the price. Would recommend for travellers who just need a clean, quiet room without any fuss

GGuest UserGreat service, very clean, nice room! It was a great hotel to stay at for an early flight. It's tucked away off the main road, but the security guards in the area are more than happy to help you find it.

Wwave.npkOverall the hotel is okay, but the air conditioning in my room was not cool at all. I turned it on at 16°C from 6pm until 10pm and it was still not cool. I called the reception several times and they didn't answer. I had to go down and ask them to come and look. When the staff came up to look, they said they would change the room for me, which was very late and I didn't want to waste time packing my bags and moving rooms, so I didn't change rooms. However, I think that a hotel of this level should check the readiness of the room before letting customers stay. The Wi-Fi is also quite slow. Personally, I am not very impressed with the price I paid.
