This hotel is great for location and value for you money. We stayed here more than 3 weeks and enjoyed it. The staff are very friendly and helpful and spoke English. The room is small. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom has soap and shampoo and hot water is good. The free breakfast is okay, but you can purchase a full breakfast if you wish. The laundry service is reasonable. You can also buy bus tickets here too. Everything is in walking distance, food night market, Amazon café, Mini C supermarket, restaurants and ATMs. I highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay here again when in Laos 🇱🇦

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the Mekong River and the night market. It's surrounded by plenty of amenities, and many tourist attractions are within walking distance, making transportation very convenient. The vibrant night market and the scenic Mekong River views add a unique charm to the hotel. You can easily walk to nearby restaurants and markets to soak in the local culture. Besides the abundance of dining options close by, you can really feel the lively and bustling atmosphere of the area.

Your hotel truly offers exceptional value for money, and I was especially impressed by the outstanding service provided by your lobby manager, Ms. Gao. Her professionalism and kindness made a lasting impression . On the day of our arrival, our flight landed very early at 8:00 AM. We were pleasantly surprised and deeply grateful that she arranged an early check-in for us and even allowed us to enjoy breakfast at the restaurant. Such thoughtful and generous service is truly rare. During the Lao New Year, the music outside was quite loud at night. Ms. Gao repeatedly apologized for the noise, even though it was completely beyond her control. We fully understand that this is part of the festive atmosphere, and her sincerity was greatly appreciated. Additionally, when we did not have enough local currency, she kindly assisted us in exchanging money at a very reasonable rate, which made things much easier for us. On the second day, there was a citywide power outage due to a local fire. Despite the inconvenience, Ms. Gao went above and beyond—she even stood by with a flashlight in the restroom area to assist while we finished breakfast. We were still able to enjoy freshly prepared food, including noodle soup, fried rice, and salad. Given the price, this level of service was truly exceptional. The room itself was also excellent—everything was new, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I would especially like to commend the fully automatic bathroom facilities, which were a delightful touch. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay. The level of care, attention, and hospitality we received over these two days was outstanding. Thank you once again for such a memorable experience. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the night market and the foreigner street. The room facilities are good, but the bed I slept on was too soft, it felt like I was sinking into the middle. The most important thing is that there's an elevator.

Close to Si Hom Market, there's a lot of food variety at night. The room was good, new, clean, and stylish, definitely good value for money. The location is excellent. Breakfast was served individually. The bathroom was nice, and the AC was cold. Coffee, tea, and drinking water were provided. I'm deducting 1 point because the Wi-Fi kept cutting in and out.

This is a good hotel, but there is no lift in this hotel, i just notice that after i check in. My room is on the fourth floor, and I have to climb it every day up and down.. 😭 The stairs are also very high, more inclined and higher than ordinary stairs. Breakfast and service were good, and the front desk was friendly.

We had a wonderful experience at the Riverside Hotel. The check-in process was very smooth and efficient, and the staff were extremely friendly from the moment we arrived. They kindly helped us with our luggage, which made everything even more comfortable. The room was modern, spotless, and very well maintained. The bed was especially comfortable, and we slept very well during our stay. Breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of Western, Lao, and other Asian dishes. There was something for everyone, and everything was fresh and delicious. We also really appreciated the hotel’s location, conveniently situated near the night market, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again!

Arrived there with friends My room toilet can’t flush and hose for cleaning is leaking So I asked concierge yo change the room Luckily there’s another room ( new room if you lift up the toilet seat, what you see…. I don’t want to describe on details My friend’s room is just ok the drainage inside the shower is taking time for drainage ( looks like flooding inside the shower areas

I had a really pleasant stay overall and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for the value. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. The woman at reception was so kind and made check-in feel easy and comfortable, which I really appreciated after traveling. The property itself is beautiful—the pool area is a standout. It’s well-designed, relaxing, and honestly one of my favorite parts of the stay. The room was also a great size, with plenty of space to feel comfortable without feeling cramped. Also it was an 8 -12 minute ride to the airport (depending on the time of day) which made it super easy to get to. There are also a lot of good food options nearby. I found myself going back to one restaurant, The White Elephant, multiple times—it had a great vibe, good music, food, and drinks. Breakfast was included at the hotel and had a mix of Asian and Western options—things like eggs, toast, fruit, and juices. It was simple but did the job. If you're someone looking for a more customizable or traditional Western breakfast (like bacon, made-to-order eggs, etc.), you might want to go out, but I found it perfectly sufficient. One morning they even had a pasta dish that was surprisingly delicious. The only area for improvement would be cleanliness. The shower door looked like it hadn’t been deep-cleaned in a while, and I noticed some staining on the mattress pad under the sheets. It didn’t ruin my stay, but it’s something that could easily be improved and would make a big difference. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here. The staff, the pool, and the location made it a great experience, and I would absolutely consider staying again.

I chose this hotel because I needed to spend one night in Vientiane before heading to Luang Prabang. Although I wouldn't have time for sightseeing, I wanted to stay in a city with a good atmosphere. My flight was scheduled to arrive at 0:05 AM, and I had informed the hotel via Trip.com and directly that I would be arriving late at night. Even though there were no flight delays, immigration took almost an hour. Vientiane airport is close to the city, but by the time I withdrew money from an ATM and got an eSIM (two counters were still open even at that hour!), I didn't reach the hotel until 1:30 AM. However, the front desk staff was there waiting for me, which I really appreciated. The room was much larger than I expected, with a table, two chairs, and a dresser, making it very functional. There were also bathrobes and disposable slippers. The shower provided hot water within about 5 minutes; while the water pressure wasn't strong, it felt good on my tired body. The toilet and shower area only had a half-partition, so some water did splash out, but the terracotta-like floor dried very quickly. I think because I had a late arrival, my room was located directly across from the breakfast area, closest to the front desk. There was some noise in the early morning from guests leaving, but otherwise, it was very quiet – no noise from other rooms – and I slept soundly. Breakfast wasn't a buffet; it was made-to-order after you were seated. Besides typical Western options, you could also choose congee or pho, which was a nice touch (I chose the congee, and it was delicious).
