"The location is excellent, right in the heart of Gangnam. We didn't use the subway, so being close to a station wasn't a priority for us. The hotel occupies an entire building, which gives it a complete and self-contained feel. There's also a parking platform, which is very convenient. The hotel service was fantastic across the board – concierge, front desk, and housekeeping were all excellent. The rooms are also quite spacious. The biggest issue is that the rooms are a bit dated; the plain white walls and overall decor feel very old-fashioned, almost like a state-owned hotel from a smaller Chinese city. I hope you understand what I mean by that."

"This hotel was a truly delightful surprise! Located in such a prime Gangnam spot, this designer hotel immediately impressed with its fresh and modern ambiance upon entry. The concierge was kind and friendly, and even spoke Chinese, which made getting around incredibly easy. The room was clean and tidy, offering exceptional value for money. You're surrounded by great shopping districts like Apgujeong, Sinsa-dong, and Cheongdam-dong, and it's just a short walk to Olive Young. There are also plenty of aesthetic clinics and great food options nearby. Despite all this, the streets are surprisingly quiet at night with very little traffic or footfall. All in all, it was a very comfortable and satisfying stay. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I visit Korea."

"Everything about our stay was perfect. The hotel has an excellent location, the room was comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and supportive throughout our stay. The river view was particularly amazing and definitely one of the highlights. At night, you go to bed looking out at a beautiful view filled with city lights, and waking up to the river in the morning is just as wonderful. The hotel is also directly connected to a shopping mall, which is very convenient for dining and shopping. The subway entrance is only about a one-minute walk from the hotel, making it extremely easy to get around the city. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel. We would be very happy to stay here again!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, right in the Gangnam area. It's not too crowded with tourists, so it's nice and quiet. There are many places to get facials nearby, which is convenient if you book in advance. There's also a shopping district just a 5-minute walk away, making shopping and dining incredibly easy. Plus, there's an Olive Young right across the street. The only downside was that the room cleaning could have been better. However, given the convenient location, I'd still book Voco again next time."

"Honestly one of the best place Ive stayed in Korea so far. They had good service wrote in to request for early check in on the day we arrived. They checked and managed to pull through for us. The room is small but there is still sufficient space for 2 crazy shoppers.  Overall good experience cleanliness was top notch and I am glad to have my stay there."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Four stars, deductions mainly for hardware details) For our trip to Busan's Haeundae, we booked this two-bedroom, one-living-room apartment-style family room. Booking in advance made the price very reasonable, and it's perfect for groups or families traveling with children. ✅ Pros & Highlights: 1. **Excellent Location**: Right next to the heart of Haeundae's main street. You can step out and immediately find shops for browsing, shopping, and buying daily necessities, making transportation incredibly convenient. It's only three subway stops directly to Shinsegae Centum City department store, making shopping and dining hassle-free. 2. **Great Layout**: It’s a standard two-bedroom, one-living-room layout with two queen-sized beds (1.5m). The two bathrooms mean no fighting over facilities. It also has a separate living room and an open-plan kitchen, plus a washing machine in the room, which makes daily laundry and cooking very convenient. 3. **Unique Balcony & Amenities**: The most unique feature is the rotating balcony, offering a good view. There's a café on the ground floor where guests can have breakfast (I didn't pre-order breakfast). The overall space is spacious and has a strong homey feel. There are three air conditioners in the unit, providing ample cooling. ⚠️ Areas for Improvement: 1. **Housekeeping Request**: Unlike regular hotels, there's no 'make up room' light. If you want your room cleaned, you have to call the front desk to schedule it, which is quite inconvenient. 2. **Lack of Blackout Curtains**: The second bedroom only has a sheer curtain, no thick blackout curtain. As soon as it gets light, direct sunlight streams into the room, making it easy to be woken up and affecting sleep quality. I hope the hotel can add blackout curtains to improve this. 3. **AC Remote Control Issue**: There's only one remote control for three air conditioners. If you want to turn on the AC in different rooms, you have to keep moving the remote back and forth, which is very inconvenient to use. 4. **Hot Common Hallways**: The common hallways on each floor don't have air conditioning. When entering and leaving the room, the hallways feel noticeably stuffy and uncomfortable. Overall, the value for money is good, and the location and layout are very suitable for family travel. However, there are quite a few hardware details that could be optimized. Friends who are particular about blackout curtains and AC remote convenience might want to consider these points beforehand."

"I had two separate bookings, so the room types were different. Initially, I stayed in a twin room with one slightly larger bed and one slightly smaller bed. The next day's booking was for a double room. The difference between the twin and double rooms wasn't significant to me. The only minor drawback of the double room was that the air conditioner blew directly at my head, but it was nice that the double room had a sofa! The hotel facilities are a bit old, but everything works perfectly and can be used without issues. The room space is quite spacious, enough to fit luggage. Directly opposite the hotel is Kyochon Chicken, which I unfortunately didn't get to try 😢. The hotel service was excellent; the front desk staff was very enthusiastic and had a great attitude! 🫶 (As I mentioned in my previous review). I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Korea! 😊"

"The room was clean and the view was great. The hotel is conveniently located right by the airport shuttle stop. There's also a convenience store downstairs, which is super handy. It's not far from the subway station either; just a short walk, and there's a Mega Coffee next to the station. There are plenty of food options near the hotel, and it's close to Doota and APM, as well as Culture Park."

"Overall, my friend and I had a fantastic stay. The room was quite spacious and comfortable, and the location was super convenient for getting to Seongsu-dong and Garosu-gil. Plus, there were amazing soy-marinated crab and Hanwoo (Korean beef) restaurants right next door! Our entire experience was perfect. Next time I'm in Korea with friends, I'll definitely be staying here again."

"Absolutely loved my stay here, it was super comfortable and I felt very safe throughout! From the time I spent in the dining area, I noticed a lot of young travellers and even international working professionals stay here, so everyone is very respectful in regards to quiet hours, cleanliness, and minding their own business. I was impressed upon arriving to my room and was even more impressed by the smart design of the shower system! Everything is provided, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, makeup remover, towels, hair dryer, and even toothbrush+toothpaste. Even if you’re missing something there’s a CU convenience store within walking distance away. Every part of check-in was smooth including setting up your locker area ! Overall very happy with my experience!"
