"I was very satisfied with the hygiene and service. I nearly lost my visa, but the hotel staff promptly found it for me. The airport shuttle drops you off right at the hotel entrance. The room was spacious and comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. I plan to choose this hotel again next time."

"The building has a unique triangular shape. There are six rooms on the first floor; rooms with four beds are in 04, and single rooms are at the triangular apex. You can see the Han River from the 16th floor and up. It's closer to take a taxi to Seongsu-dong than to Sinsa-dong from here. The restaurant across the street is open 24 hours and is delicious; every dish is a winner. The room is spacious for Seoul standards, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a simple, comfortable design. The room amenities are average. A 4.1 rating is too low; aside from a few expensive options in Gangnam, this hotel offers a comfortable stay."

"Location was great and had plenty of options for transport making it easy to get to many tourist attractions easily. Not a far walk from Apgujeong area, but also very easy to catch transport to get there. Facilities were clean, and staff were helpful. I would stay here again if I plan to do a lot of activities or had appointments around the Gangnam area."

The front desk service was excellent, and the location is in the city center, making it convenient for shopping and dining. "1. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the bustling commercial district. Everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping is just a step away. It's close to everything, making getting around super efficient. 2. The cleanliness is meticulously maintained. The entire room was spotless and fresh. There were plenty of dry towels, and the bathroom had no water stains or odors – very friendly for germaphobes. ⚠️Cons: The room space is really cramped. There's no way to open two suitcases, and you can only walk sideways in the aisle. It would be very uncomfortable if you have a lot of luggage. Summary: This place is suitable for solo travelers who pack light and want to go shopping. If you have a lot of luggage or are traveling with multiple people, consider other options carefully."

"The room size at this hotel was decent, and the decor was simple and clean. The bedding was also very comfortable. We booked a room with a large bathtub, but it took quite a while to fill it up. The only downside was the noise from outside the hotel. There seemed to be some nightlife activities going on upstairs, facing the street, with many people hailing taxis and talking loudly. Also, we asked the hotel to book a taxi for us for 4 AM the next day, and they agreed, but then failed to do so. This was quite surprising to me, as when we walked out at 4 AM, there were plenty of empty taxis and even buses already running. Luckily, we had a backup plan and didn't miss our high-speed train."

"Stayed here for a few nights and had a really pleasant experience. The location is one of the biggest highlights—it's within walking distance of Garosu-gil, plenty of great cafes and restaurants, and Sinsa Station, so getting around Seoul was easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for Seoul. The bed was comfortable, and despite being in a lively neighborhood, it was quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly, spoke good English, and were always happy to help."

"This was my third stay here, so I'm quite familiar with the place. It's easily accessible by airport bus or subway, and offers great value for money. Even during the May Day holiday, the prices weren't high. It's super convenient for getting to Gangnam or Seongsu. Compared to Myeongdong or Hongdae, the streets around here are quieter and wider. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time."

"Absolutely loved my stay here, it was super comfortable and I felt very safe throughout! From the time I spent in the dining area, I noticed a lot of young travellers and even international working professionals stay here, so everyone is very respectful in regards to quiet hours, cleanliness, and minding their own business. I was impressed upon arriving to my room and was even more impressed by the smart design of the shower system! Everything is provided, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, makeup remover, towels, hair dryer, and even toothbrush+toothpaste. Even if you’re missing something there’s a CU convenience store within walking distance away. Every part of check-in was smooth including setting up your locker area ! Overall very happy with my experience!"
