The most amazing hotel. Beautiful interior and exterior. Great views. Friendly staff. Lovely food. Gym/swim and great facilities in general. I will certainly be choosing this hotel every time I visit Busan from now. Amazing place to stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. Reception staff were pleasant and welcoming, likewise the ladies in the breakfast hall were cheerful. The room was small but that is to be expected. I was delighted to be on the 19th floor which meant I had excellent views. It could take a while to leave the building however while you waited for the lift. Again, breakfast was better than expected. I had the opportunity to try Korean breakfast items while there was also tinned fruit, toast and jam. I was also pleased to see that the buffet items were clearly labelled. While the breakfast room does get busy, even at 6:30am, I was always able to find a suitable seat.

The room was quite clean, though very small. The location is incredibly convenient; you can see the hotel just to the left of Busan Station Exit 1, only about a 100-meter walk. It's also right next to Busan Subway Station Exit 6, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, which is really handy. The downside is the poor soundproofing; there was intermittent noise from what sounded like a motor, and the toilet flushing was extremely loud.

The front desk area is a bit basic, but the room itself is standard. Luggage storage is pretty casual; you just leave your bags next to the front desk. It's very close to Lotte Department Store and there are two 7-Elevens nearby. A taxi from Busan Station to the hotel costs about 20-30 yuan.

Simply a superb hotel! The room was fantastic: a great view, two single beds, a shower with a toilet, a walk-in closet, a washing machine and dryer, and even a hob. The location is very convenient: close to the metro, bus stops, many small shops, and street food! Absolutely wonderful! The service is top-notch!

Excellent location, but very bad condition of bathtub and rugs. We stayed here only for nights, so it was enough, but don't recommend it if you have allergies. Very friendly administrators. But the cleaning lady doesn't understand the difference between two sides of card ”do not disturb/please, clean” and trying to clean either way 😄 If you want to use the luggage storage - you need to pay returnable deposit.

The room was quite clean, with snow-white bed linen. All necessary toiletries were provided, which is also a plus. The location is good: it's next to Busan Metro Station, so it's convenient to get around the city. Overall, the location is practical and comfortable. On the downside, there was a smoky smell in the room, which slightly spoiled the overall impression. The painting in the room and the drawings in the corridors seemed a bit gloomy, reminiscent of a crime movie atmosphere. However, despite this, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, and nothing disturbed our rest. Overall, for its price, it's a decent option. Not luxury, but clean, quiet, and with a good location. My rating is slightly above average, especially considering the cost.

Overall, we had a very good stay and the location was really convenient – we could easily take the 1003 bus to Haeundae Beach and the 2-2 bus to Gamcheon Culture Village. ❤️❤️❤️ The only downside was that the aircon wasn’t quite cool enough during the summer heat. It would also be great to have a central dustbin, since we stayed a few days and didn’t want to keep rubbish in the room. Really good, excellent location, extremely close to the high-speed train station—just a one-minute walk. There's also a convenience store nearby, which is super handy. The price is reasonable and the room is clean.

Location: It's in the same building as the Grab the Beach Hotel, only about 100-200 meters from the Fairfield. When my taxi couldn't pinpoint the location, I'd just set it for the Fairfield. View: If you want to watch the sunrise directly from your bed, this hotel is unbeatable. I think the view is even better than the Fairfield because this building faces directly east. Layout: Overall, it was better than I expected. Although the room isn't huge, the different areas are well-organized and comprehensive, with a wardrobe and a small fridge. The table and chairs are indoors, but I imagine you could easily move them to the balcony in the summer. It was too cold for that in the winter. The bathroom layout is very practical. However, the vanity area doesn't have a door and is quite close to the main entrance, so you need to be mindful of privacy. They've thoughtfully placed a reminder sticker about this. Cleanliness: It was clean. But the balcony glass wasn't clean😭 I even braved the cold early in the morning to try and wipe it down so I could photograph the sunrise from inside. I hope the hotel can pay attention to this in the future, then it would be perfect. Service: I was a bit anxious before checking in because the entire process, from check-in to check-out, is self-service. The emails were only in Korean and English, and if you wanted to book additional items, the interface was only in Korean, which was quite inconvenient. In the end, I brought my own toothbrush and toothpaste. The hotel provided facial cleanser, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Remember to confirm your check-in online via email before arrival; the room door code will be sent to your email 3-5 hours before check-in time. The card you receive upon check-in is only for operating the elevator. For check-out, just drop the card into the box at the self check-in counter.
