Hotels near AIA Tower, Seoul

The 10 AM check-in time caught me a bit off guard; I really should have double-checked. Nevertheless, I was waiting in what I presumed was the lobby, and perhaps sensing my plight, they kindly allowed me to check in a bit early. I was extremely grateful for their understanding.

Good value for money and clean.

Clean and spacious room. Only small issue is that they winter they keep the Aircon controller which make the room stuffy. We open the window which helps with the air circulation but can't control the temperature of the wind outside.

The only best thing about this hotel is the location… others are not even above the average level for a worth living place. Amongst many defects, the worst is the bathroom, the shower head had a water leaking at the cohesion with the tube, when I ask the receptionist for a replacement, she just said no replacement provided and will report it and doing absolutely nothing… the shower has no compartment with the toilet, so whenever you take the shower it will inevitably make the entire toilet damp… and no room for anyone with a suitcase, you can only place your luggage under the clothes hangers. Dont think about it If you don’t want to experience living like staying in Cubicle.

Great value good and amazing service from helpful staff. If youre looking at budget accomodation of course you have to be realistic but I would stay here again. Nice area, laundromat 440m away, close to Hongjae metro and some nice temples etc. It was a little tricky to find with uber who take care with the address.

Location is one of the best consider the price which is very affordable. I stay for 5nights however as they do not have many rooms, I think just 1-3 rooms per room types, they tend to sold out quite fast, which for my case, I have to change room type 3 times for the 5 nights stay. Some room is very small, which is expected for the price and the location. Plus point is that, a huge window to look outside. Room heating is also good during winter time, also room is clean and tidy. Only negative is that as I have to check out at 12pm and re check in again at 3pm if u have different room type, and staff may have different instructions on where to store your luggage. However they will bring it luggage to the room once it’s available which is good. Overall, for that pricing, no complaints.

I love this place !!! I really meant it.Its easy to find and everything in the room completely perfect & perfectionist! I would love to repeat here again and again even for my long stay also this place become my first choice after this.Dont feel hesitate to stay here bcause i think this is the first place that VERY CLEAN ENOUGH , got tv , good wifi connection,aircond , fan, hot water,mini fridge,hairdryer & hair straightener!! What else do we need? Just bring yourself 😂 thank you to d owner for the great service & treat your guest very well during my stay.Pssst : there is a Gumnam market overhere.Please come! My stay at Cube Guest House was nothing short of extraordinary, it truly felt like a home away from home in every sense. Their hospitality goes far beyond what you would normally expect, he was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The atmosphere of the guest house itself is perfect, comfortable, cozy, and thoughtfully designed to make you feel completely at ease. The location is absolutely ideal. Situated in Itaewon, you’re surrounded by an incredible variety of restaurants, cafés, shops, and convenience stores. There’s always something to do, see, or try just steps away. At the same time, the guest house is tucked away just enough to provide a peaceful and quiet retreat when you need rest. It’s the perfect balance. What really stands out is how seamless and enjoyable the entire stay felt. Every small detail was taken care of, every interaction was pleasant, and everything worked exactly as it should. It’s the kind of place where you don’t have to think about anything, you can just enjoy your time. This wasn’t just a good stay, it was genuinely special. If I could rate it 1000/10, I would without hesitation. I would come back here again and again and again, and I would recommend it to absolutely anyone looking for comfort, warmth, and an exceptional experience in Seoul while on a budget. Cube Guest House is not just a place to stay, it’s a place that makes you feel at home, even when you’re far away. I can’t wait to return.

The wall are thin and you can clearly hear people in the next rooms and even outside. It took some time for water in the shower to get warm and even then it was never really hot. However the hotel is close to an underground station and you can even walk to the major train hub. Still there more cons than pros for me and for this money I would choose another hotel ext time.

I stayed here on April 9th and 11th for the BTS concert. I only managed to get tickets a week before the show, so by then, booking a hotel was really last-minute. All the decent hotels were completely booked, so I had no choice but to stay at a hostel. It was my first time in a hostel. It had its pros and cons, which I'll share for others' reference. Pros: 1. The location is excellent. Whether it's the airport bus or the concert shuttle bus, they both stop directly at Myeongdong Station right in front of the hostel. Arriving late in Myeongdong, it's only a two-minute walk straight to the hostel, and you don't even have to cross the street, which is a huge plus. 2. The front desk staff can speak Chinese, and the owner is also very nice and helpful when you encounter problems. 3. There are free lockers on the ground floor to store luggage, which you can reserve. This means you don't have to drag your bags upstairs to pack. Every day, after shopping, I'd organize my purchases downstairs and put them in my suitcase before heading back up to my second-floor room. Cons: 1. Because I booked so late, I was in an eight-person dorm. With so many people in one room and no windows for ventilation, the room had a stuffy, enclosed smell every day, which was really unpleasant. 2. You might encounter inconsiderate people. Someone was on the phone in the hallway late at night, from 10:50 PM to 11:20 PM. Everyone in the rooms could hear her. Even with earplugs in, I could still hear her laughing and talking. It was incredibly annoying, and at several points, I wanted to shout at her to shut up.
