"A very nice and convenient hotel. About 8 min walk from sendai main station. The hotel entrance along the road can bit a bit of challenge to find but just keep a eye on it. The room is large and spacious by japanese standard. I did not try the breakfast but they provide free starbuck coffee at lounge from 1400 to 2200hrs. Would be good if they can change that hrs to morning onwards. They provide two type of pillows, one hard and one soft..which is good. Thanks for hosting me"

"It's a bit of a walk from Sendai Station, but it's close to the downtown area and has convenience stores and an Aeon shopping mall nearby, making it the perfect location for business. The building is old and shows some dirt and scratches on the walls, but considering the high hotel prices these days, it was reasonably priced, and the room was spacious enough—perhaps even a little too spacious. The Wi-Fi worked well, and I had a comfortable stay. Although I only stayed for one night, I will definitely use this hotel again when I visit Sendai."

"The hotel's location is excellent. The reception is on the 4th floor of the building, which also houses the Shinkansen and JR stations. Inside the building, you'll find plenty of dining options, a supermarket, and shops. The surrounding area is bustling with even more shopping malls. It's incredibly convenient on a rainy day, as you can spend half the day exploring without even stepping outside. It's also super easy for train travel; just go downstairs, and you're there, saving time on commuting and waiting. The breakfast is also quite diverse."

"This hotel was an excellent choice, and I was honestly surprised that it was so affordable. The location is very convenient, right near Sendai Station, so it was easy to get there with suitcases. Check-in starts at 3 p.m., but if you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage or relax in the hotel. At 3 p.m., someone was playing the piano, and guests could enjoy drinks and snacks, including very tasty mochi. The room was spacious, and every centimeter was used thoughtfully. There were shelves, hangers, and everything we needed. Pajamas, slippers, and bath amenities were provided, and in addition to the usual items, there was also a facial care set. The public bath was another great feature, especially after a long day of walking. Washing machines and dryers were available on the same floor, which was very convenient. We tried the breakfast on one of the days, and it was definitely worth it. While we were eating, an organ was playing, which made the atmosphere even more special. I can only recommend this hotel and would be very happy to come back. Thank you very much!"

"The room was clean and the staff were very kind. It was close to the venue for the Tanabata Festival fireworks, which made getting back from the fireworks display so much easier this time! Although it's a bit far from Sendai Station, there's a bus stop and a subway station nearby, so I didn't find it inconvenient at all."

"I booked a non-smoking single room, and smoking was allowed in the downstairs parking lot. The environment was great for a solo stay. For breakfast, you might have to queue depending on the number of diners and the time, but the mapo tofu is truly excellent and a must-have in the morning. Environment: It's a convenient 5-10 minute walk from Sendai Station, and there's a 7-Eleven right on the first floor. Plus, the famous Gyutan (beef tongue) restaurant, Zenjirou, is right next door. "Great stay. Everything was great, self-check-in machine was very convenient and easy to use. I had actually left my luggage at the hotel before checking in. When I came back, my luggage was already waiting for me in my room. I was honestly so surprised by this service. The room was very clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. The room was compact, but the space was used very efficiently. There were two bottles of water provided, and there was storage space under the bed. The location isn’t very close to a JR station, but it’s surrounded by restaurants, and shopping street. I really loved this hotel and would definitely stay at a Mitsui hotel again!"

"The hotel seems to be a converted apartment. The staff downstairs were very polite and greeted us every time we passed by. The location is convenient with several bus stops nearby, and it only takes 10 minutes to reach Sendai Station. The room size is quite large, and what surprised me most was that the bathroom and toilet were separate, and there was even an entrance hall, making it much bigger than a typical hotel room! However, the downside is that the hotel's services are quite limited. I stayed here for four nights and initially planned to have them clean the room daily, but after being told it wasn't possible, I arranged for cleaning every two days. Yet, they didn't clean it even then. The trash in the room just kept piling up, which was quite disappointing."
