Environment: It's a convenient 5-10 minute walk from Sendai Station, and there's a 7-Eleven right on the first floor. Plus, the famous Gyutan (beef tongue) restaurant, Zenjirou, is right next door. Sendai Morning Market is also just around the corner. Service: The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast service was top-notch."

"I stayed for two nights, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. It's super convenient, about a 7-8 minute walk from JR Sendai Station and Aoba-dori. The breakfast offered a great variety of options and tasted delicious. Everything was perfect, except there was a large booger on the TV remote in the room. I hope the staff can pay more attention to cleaning remotes and other facilities in the future."

"Close to Sendai station, just a short walk. In front of the hotel is a famous Asaichi market. The hotel is close to all shopping malls. The 2nd street shop is in the mall next to the Asaichi market. You can walk to the sendai station area and look for a loop bus (see the picture). There is a one day ticket with multiple getting-ins. It will take you to the must-visited places of Sendai. The location is excellent. The hotel is very clean. You can self-check in and self-check out. The breakfast is excellent with Japanese style. There are free amenities (e.g. face mark, tea, coffee, lotion, etc.). Overall, I strongly recommend it."

"The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the train station and very convenient for getting around. Overall, everything was good during my stay. The only downside is that the room looks a bit old and the bed is quite firm. If I have a chance to visit Sendai again, I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel's location is excellent. The reception is on the 4th floor of the building, which also houses the Shinkansen and JR stations. Inside the building, you'll find plenty of dining options, a supermarket, and shops. The surrounding area is bustling with even more shopping malls. It's incredibly convenient on a rainy day, as you can spend half the day exploring without even stepping outside. It's also super easy for train travel; just go downstairs, and you're there, saving time on commuting and waiting. The breakfast is also quite diverse."

"Chose this hotel for a weekend getaway with friends. Upon arrival, we found the facilities to be really comprehensive. All the daily essentials like air conditioning, TV, and hot water were there. While some equipment wasn't the newest, everything worked smoothly without any issues. The hygiene was also excellent; the bedding looked super clean, and there was no dust on the floors or tables. It was a very comfortable stay. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area 🏨"

"Good location, a short walk from JR Sendai statiion. Not far to walk to morning market and to shopping street as well as departmental store like Parco. Rooms are big and clean. Toileteries well provided."

"I booked a non-smoking single room, and smoking was allowed in the downstairs parking lot. The environment was great for a solo stay. For breakfast, you might have to queue depending on the number of diners and the time, but the mapo tofu is truly excellent and a must-have in the morning. It's very close to Sendai Station, with plenty of dining options nearby and many convenience stores."

"The location of the hotel is convenient just walk along sky walk through AER building you will see the hotel.The room is bigger than the other hotel we stayed during this 13 day trip. We stayed here for 2 nights. The first day of our stay, 2 water bottles, set of green tea and coffee were provided in the room. Because we would like to save the environment so we agreed with the hotel not to change towel and bed sheet.The the second day nothing was provided only garbage picking. But my friend's room was different . Everything was provided because they didn't say anything. Even we didn't want to change bed sheet or towel but we still want to drink coffee or tea. So we were confused with the hotel service.Anyway we still recommended this hotel to anyone who come to Sendai."

"A very comfortable stay. The hotel is close to Sendai Station and there are several carparks nearby. It was also very convenient to have a FamilyMart next to the lobby on the ground floor. The laundry area is quite small and would have been nicer if there were more machines available. The dryer was unfortunately not very efficient. Service was great and the hotel was very clean. Rooms were of a good size. Would return."
