"A very nice and convenient hotel. About 8 min walk from sendai main station. The hotel entrance along the road can bit a bit of challenge to find but just keep a eye on it. The room is large and spacious by japanese standard. I did not try the breakfast but they provide free starbuck coffee at lounge from 1400 to 2200hrs. Would be good if they can change that hrs to morning onwards. They provide two type of pillows, one hard and one soft..which is good. Thanks for hosting me"

"This hotel is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Sendai Station, located right in a shopping arcade with tons of restaurants and shops, including a Don Quijote just 2 minutes away. The bus stop for Yamagata is also a mere 2-minute walk. The lobby offers 24-hour free coffee, and there are lockers for guests to store luggage before check-in or after check-out. The service is excellent. My only minor suggestion would be to have signs indicating the elevator's location on the ground floor, as I had to carry my luggage up to the second floor for check-in on the first day, which was a bit inconvenient. If I come to Sendai again, I'd definitely choose this hotel. The room amenities are well-arranged and very practical."

"This hotel is considered a premium property within the Dommy Inn group. You take off your shoes upon entering, and the room is quite spacious, comfortable, and cozy, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. You can change into the room's yukata for dinner or to use the hot springs. They offer late-night ramen and complimentary cold drinks, including Yakult, after your bath. I stayed for three nights, and coming back from the cold outdoors truly felt like returning home – comfortable and relaxing."

"The hotel's location is excellent. The reception is on the 4th floor of the building, which also houses the Shinkansen and JR stations. Inside the building, you'll find plenty of dining options, a supermarket, and shops. The surrounding area is bustling with even more shopping malls. It's incredibly convenient on a rainy day, as you can spend half the day exploring without even stepping outside. It's also super easy for train travel; just go downstairs, and you're there, saving time on commuting and waiting. The breakfast is also quite diverse."

"This hotel was an excellent choice, and I was honestly surprised that it was so affordable. The location is very convenient, right near Sendai Station, so it was easy to get there with suitcases. Check-in starts at 3 p.m., but if you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage or relax in the hotel. At 3 p.m., someone was playing the piano, and guests could enjoy drinks and snacks, including very tasty mochi. The room was spacious, and every centimeter was used thoughtfully. There were shelves, hangers, and everything we needed. Pajamas, slippers, and bath amenities were provided, and in addition to the usual items, there was also a facial care set. The public bath was another great feature, especially after a long day of walking. Washing machines and dryers were available on the same floor, which was very convenient. We tried the breakfast on one of the days, and it was definitely worth it. While we were eating, an organ was playing, which made the atmosphere even more special. I can only recommend this hotel and would be very happy to come back. Thank you very much!"

"Facilities: From the hotel lobby to the rooms, everything felt comfortable, elegant, and grand. Environment: It's a convenient 5-10 minute walk from Sendai Station, and there's a 7-Eleven right on the first floor. Plus, the famous Gyutan (beef tongue) restaurant, Zenjirou, is right next door. Sendai Morning Market is also just around the corner. Service: The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast service was top-notch."

"Great stay. Everything was great, self-check-in machine was very convenient and easy to use. I had actually left my luggage at the hotel before checking in. When I came back, my luggage was already waiting for me in my room. I was honestly so surprised by this service. The room was very clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. The room was compact, but the space was used very efficiently. There were two bottles of water provided, and there was storage space under the bed. The location isn’t very close to a JR station, but it’s surrounded by restaurants, and shopping street. I really loved this hotel and would definitely stay at a Mitsui hotel again!"

"Do note that the budget single rooms do not have private shower. They expect you to go to the public baths and onsens on the 3rd floor, which is a great experience. There are indoor, outdoor onsens as well as a sauna. They provide free ice cream and probiotic drinks outside the bathing area. You also get free Ramen for late night snack, which is Dormy inn's signature. The breakfast options are sufficient and tasty. Location is good, very near Sendai station. For the price point, I think this is a very good property."

"I booked a non-smoking single room, and smoking was allowed in the downstairs parking lot. The environment was great for a solo stay. For breakfast, you might have to queue depending on the number of diners and the time, but the mapo tofu is truly excellent and a must-have in the morning. It's very close to Sendai Station, with plenty of dining options nearby and many convenience stores."

"The hotel is easily visible after crossing the pedestrian bridge from Sendai Station. There's a large Don Quijote duty-free shop right across the street. They offer complimentary afternoon tea and a happy hour, and the breakfast includes Sendai's famous beef tongue and fish cakes."
