"I booked this hotel to go to Disneyland. There are a few fast-food restaurants nearby, so grabbing a quick bite isn't an issue, though it's not gourmet. The transportation is very convenient; you can just take a few extra stops if you want better food. The room is quite spacious, more than enough room for a 26-inch suitcase, and there's a desk and chair made from a converted windowsill. The amenities are very complete, and the hairdryer is a Dyson. The hotel also provides various bath salts, which were lovely for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring."

"Housekeeping service is provided every three days, but fresh towels are delivered daily. The room isn't huge, but it's just right. It comes with a fridge, TV, and the AC works great."

"A fantastic, modern hotel with much more space than your typical Tokyo accommodation. The rooms are clean, well-designed, and have a fresh, contemporary feel. The bathroom facilities were excellent, and the beds were very comfortable. It’s located just a short walk from the Shiomi station, making it a quiet but convenient base for exploring the city. Highly recommend for those who value comfort and room size."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the Rinkai Line and Yurikamome Line. You can even see Tokyo Big Sight right from your window. While the room was a bit on the smaller side, there was still enough space."

"We had an excellent stay at the Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel. Arriving by train, we entered through the side entrance and were immediately impressed by the spacious, welcoming lobby. The check-in process was seamless, and the complimentary skincare set was a very thoughtful touch. The spa facilities were clean and felt very secure thanks to the card-key access. Our room was large, spotless, and well-equipped with all the essentials. We also appreciated the lobby refreshments (coffee, tea, and water) while waiting for our airport bus. All the staff are very helpful especially the conceige counter. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo."

"This is my second stay here. The price is reasonable, and while breakfast is a bit pricey, it's definitely worth it with many delicious and unique local dishes. They have a parking lot, and guests only pay 2500 JPY for 24 hours, which is very fair for Tokyo. The hot spring is also half price for guests, 2200 JPY for adults and 1300 JPY for children. There's a large shopping mall directly connected to the hotel on the sixth floor, offering plenty of great food options like yakiniku and sushi. It's less than a 5-minute walk from Ariake Tennis no Mori Station, and there's a convenience store right opposite the hotel, which is super convenient. Odaiba's core area is just a 1.3 km walk away, making it easy to shop and explore. If you're tired, a ride back won't break the bank."

"Compared to other Mitsui Garden hotels, this one certainly provides more premium toiletries. However, it is expensive! Like other Mitsui Garden hotels, from 2026…. In the name of environmental sustainability, (1) they provide plastic/reusable slippers which don’t seem hygienic to me and I hated them, (2) bedsheets are changed only after 3 nights. Room cleaning was not very thorough, there was dust at the corners. I can’t find the exact photo now but I had deliberately left a small slip of packaging on the floor to monitor if it would be cleared away but it wasn’t! Their housekeeping team could definitely do better! Unlike other Mitsui Garden hotels I have used, it was not so easy to locate welcome drinks (I did not end up having any). The reception/front desk was also baffling because it tends to be empty or just manned by 1 staff until they notice more patrons around then more staff would appear from their backroom. I appreciate how suitcases I had forwarded to the hotel ahead of my arrival was in my room waiting for me. They also took note of my request for more pillows. Thank you. Other considerations - entire hotel is dimly lit. There are 2 sets of elevators. One to the lobby, and a separate on to go to the rooms. I timed the journey, it takes almost 1 full minute to get from lobby to B1. Even when I requested for a room near the elevators, I was given a room nested very deeply/far away and required a lot of walking. The carpet made it challenging to move suitcases. Location-wise, It’s not the most convenient if want to visit Shibuya/Harajuku but ok for Tsukiji and Ginza. Not so many eateries around and while there are convenient stores, there’s currently no full-fledged supermarkets around. Considering how expensive this place is… its limitations / inconveniences, I would reconsider staying there."

"I paid for my stay directly at the hotel reception. However, the Trip.com website also charged me a deposit for this booking. At the hotel reception, I was told that this deposit would be refunded to me after I checked out. Unfortunately, I still have not received my refund. As a result, it currently looks like I paid twice for the same room, which is very disappointing and unfair. I would also like clarification on another point. For some reason, I was told not to contact the hotel directly regarding this issue. I do not understand why I am not allowed to communicate with the hotel about my own reservation and payment situation. This makes the situation even more confusing for me. I am simply trying to understand where my money is and why the refund has not been processed yet. Why am I being asked not to contact the hotel directly? Is there something I am not being told, or something I may have misunderstood? I just want transparency and a clear explanation of what is happening with my payment and when exactly I will receive my refund. I would really like to resolve this situation and receive my money back. I was planning to leave a positive review, but unfortunately I cannot do that until the refund I was promised is completed."

"Extremely close to the subway station, and the surrounding area is super convenient. I was a bit worried about transportation when I booked here, but it turns out everything is covered. There are convenience stores, 24-hour supermarkets, and even a greengrocer. To get to the airport, you can take one subway stop to Kasai Station, and across the street, there's an airport shuttle for 1800 yen per person. Getting to the city center is just a transfer on the Tozai Line. Most importantly, the room is super spacious and comfortable, though the mattress is a bit firm. Plus, there's breakfast every day: one day it's Japanese rice balls, and the other it's Western-style toast and sausage. All in all, it's definitely worth staying here."

"As far as hotels go, it's pretty decent. For a hotel in the city center, it's quite affordable, which makes it feel like a great value. I booked a single room for this stay, but they upgraded me to a twin, so the extra space was a nice bonus. It said it was a 3-minute walk from the station, but it felt a bit further than I expected. Maybe it was just because it was cold."
