Jr East Hotel Mets Premier Makuhari Toyosuna

Amazing

I didnt expect much but this is probably the best place ive booked here in japan. The room was spacious with more complimentaries than usual and a drink to help you sleep, also love the thick slippers. They also leave new towels, water and pjs if you didnt ask for cleaning on the day. Its near aeon mall and they have several choices there to shop and eat, theres a Round1 nearby and the highlight of my trip, the cherry blossom garden!! I came just the right time they were in full bloom, tho it was rainy for few days, it got sunny on my 3rd day, the only thing is i wish they open sooner, opening time was 10am and i had to wait before going somewhere in tokyo. I only experience train delay once when i was in tokyo going back to hotel one evening, but overall its still a good deal if ur planning to go around tokyo and stay at this hotel, travel doesnt take much rather than staying at overpriced capsule hotels

I had the opportunity to stay at this newly opened hotel at an affordable price. **What I liked:** The hotel has great access from the station, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I was also impressed by the range of amenities and the excellent large public bath and sauna facilities. I loved it so much I wished I could have stayed longer. **What I noticed:** There was one small issue with the check-in process that left me a bit puzzled. While waiting in line, I noticed that some individuals who seemed to be personal acquaintances of the staff were being assisted before those who had been waiting longer. Additionally, some guests filled out their registration cards by hand, while others had pre-printed ones, which felt a bit inconsistent. It left me with the impression that more attention to detail could be beneficial. Also, when I asked a staff member for the location of the ice machine, they weren't able to answer immediately, which led me to mistakenly think there wasn't one available (it turned out it was exactly where the guide said it would be, near the public bath). That was a minor disappointment. I understand that it's a busy time right after opening, but the hotel facilities themselves are wonderful. I believe that once the operations are more streamlined, it will become an even more fantastic hotel. I definitely want to stay again, and I look forward to future improvements. Thank you.

I chose this hotel specifically because of its long history, and it absolutely lived up to expectations! The lobby, corridors, elevators, and rooms all exude a grand 90s style, and the room doors even retain the old-fashioned key entry. My room also had a walk-out balcony with panoramic city views. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Kaihin-Makuhari Station. Around the station, there are many restaurants, and an outlet mall on one side. On the other side of the hotel, there's even a Sushiro. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and they offer luggage storage. The only minor drawback is that some of the authentic vintage fixtures, like the faucets, were a bit difficult to use. Also, the hotel follows environmental regulations, so they don't offer full daily room cleaning.

Capsule Hotel the Inn

I had a wonderful experience at Capsule Hotel The Inn. The building was within walking distance from Chiba Station, which I reached from the Narita airport using one train within an hour, which was a huge plus. The area was very quiet, and I slept really well in my cozy capsule. My cubicle was well equipped with a TV, lamp, locker, hand sanitizer, cups for water (they even provided a bottle of water at check-in), and there were candies waiting for me inside — such a nice touch! I truly had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was 5 out of 5! 👍🏻 Check-in was smooth and easy. Check-out was also straightforward, though it’s important to note their very strict policy: everyone must be out by 10:00 AM, even long-stay guests, as the entire hotel closes for daily maintenance. This wasn’t an issue for me since I stayed only one night, but it’s good to be aware of. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay again. Thank you for such a lovely stay! 💖

The hotel is very close to the station, shopping, and dining, making it a convenient location. It's clean and hygienic, and for a Japanese hotel room, it's quite spacious, with enough room for two suitcases. Even though it's very close to the station, the soundproofing is excellent. The hotel offers self-check-in, but you can also complete the process via video call with staff. If you're staying multiple nights, only a basic cleaning service is provided. Overall, it offers great value for money.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and a sleeping gown was provided during my stay which was a nice touch. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more pleasant. The hotel’s location is very convenient and easy to find, just a short walk after exiting the station. There is also a direct train from Chibaminato Station to Tokyo Station via the Keiyo Line, which makes traveling very convenient. Livemax Hotels and Resorts maintains a consistent standard of cleanliness and comfort. I also stayed in Kannai-Ekimae branch, which was equally clean and comfortable. Overall, I am very happy with my stays at both Livemax locations. The hotels are highly recommended, especially for travelers looking for budget-friendly accommodations. Additionally, for a small extra fee of ¥1,000, guests can extend their stay until 12:00 PM, which is an excellent value.

The room was the same size as other business hotels, and although it was a little far from the station, it was easy to find as it was along the road. When I entered the room after checking in, it smelled strongly of cigarette paper, so I wish there had been a bit more ventilation. This was disappointing as I hate the smell of cigarette paper and smoke iQOS.

This was my first hotel in Tokyo, about an hour from Narita Airport by bus, which cost around 60 RMB. We got off right at the hotel entrance. The male staff at the front desk had a very stiff service attitude. For breakfast, there weren't many options, but it was clean, which was a plus. Across from the hotel is an outlet mall, which is worth a visit. About 2 kilometers away, there's an Aeon supermarket, and a bit further is an Aeon shopping mall, which is incredibly huge! However, I don't think it's very suitable for tourists. There's a subway station about 500 meters away. Overall, the transportation is quite good.

It was a pleasure staying at the Famy hotel clean good breakfast and a very good reception staff specially Kozo who was friendly and very helpful highly recommended closed to Makuhari hongo st.. only 45 min from Tokyo ( suidobashi st. ) I stayed there 8 night straight got Onsen with sauna at the top and local Hal’s see food restaurant at the top if you lazy to go out to eat basic and good buisiness or if you want to have a cheaper solution and don’t mind a 45 min ride to Tokyo also easy to get to the airport one way with Kristi line so give good solution .
