Hotels near Kotehashi Onsui Pool, Chiba City

As expected, we booked a large, comfortable family room for four. The bathroom (with a large bathtub) and toilet (separate room) were separate, a bonus! ^_^ The room even came with a massage mat, perfect for a day of traveling, like me, so I could get a massage afterward! Upon check-in, each person received a popsicle, perfect for the scorching summer heat. The tuna seafood bowl for breakfast is one of the hotel's signature dishes. They even offer ochazuke (rice in broth) for late-night snacks from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM. ^_^ This level of service is unmatched by other business hotels. The hotel is also located right next to Katsutadai Station, making it convenient for Narita Airport and connecting to Tokyo Disneyland.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and I would definitely like to use this hotel again. 😄 WiFi reception may be a bit off depending on the room. 💦

It was really quiet, and having a double door to the room meant I never heard any noise! The bed was much bigger than I expected, which was great – plenty of space for two people. There seemed to be a lot of pubs and convenience stores around the accommodation too!

The hotel is conveniently located on the west side of Chiba Central Park, very close to the Yoshikawa Park monorail station. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Chiba-Chuo Station. The room I had was only partially renovated, and the bathroom fixtures felt quite old-fashioned, though the bedding was decent. The room itself was pretty spacious, but not as large as stated on Trip.com; I'd estimate it to be around 20-22 square meters. It came with two single beds, two chairs, and a tea table. Dining options nearby are plentiful, but if you're looking for shopping, I'd recommend SOGO and BIC CAMERA near Chiba-Chuo Station for a wider selection. Breakfast is a buffet, costing 1980 JPY per person. It offers both Japanese and Western options, providing good value for money with a wide variety and tasty dishes. You can even try Chiba's local specialty, the Rakka Peanuts Monaka. Nearby attractions include Chiba Port, Inohana Castle Ruins, and Kisarazu Outlet Park. Getting to Makuhari Messe is also quite convenient from here.

Although it was a sudden reservation late at night, the front desk staff was very kind and upgraded us to a semi-double room, saying that there was a room available, even though we had reserved a single room, so my daughter and I were able to sleep comfortably. I would definitely use this service again if I have the opportunity to stay in Sakura!

I stayed here to take part in an event at Makuhari Messe. It's a little far from the station, but it was helpful that a shuttle bus came to pick me up every 20 minutes. The bus driver and front desk staff were all very friendly. I was very grateful that they could store my luggage for me after checking out. The room was nicely cleaned, and the bathtub was spacious and very relaxing. There was an outlet by the bed, and it was convenient to be able to plug in a USB. There was a mirror on the wall and a mirror on the stand, which was great. I wish there was a full-body mirror as well. I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed here for an exam. It's far from the station, so I can't say it's in a good location. It took about 10-15 minutes by taxi from the nearest station. There are a few restaurants around. Breakfast was buffet style and delicious. There were no vending machines, but you could buy drinks at the front desk. It was nice that it had a large public bath.

I had a wonderful experience at Capsule Hotel The Inn. The building was within walking distance from Chiba Station, which I reached from the Narita airport using one train within an hour, which was a huge plus. The area was very quiet, and I slept really well in my cozy capsule. My cubicle was well equipped with a TV, lamp, locker, hand sanitizer, cups for water (they even provided a bottle of water at check-in), and there were candies waiting for me inside — such a nice touch! I truly had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was 5 out of 5! 👍🏻 Check-in was smooth and easy. Check-out was also straightforward, though it’s important to note their very strict policy: everyone must be out by 10:00 AM, even long-stay guests, as the entire hotel closes for daily maintenance. This wasn’t an issue for me since I stayed only one night, but it’s good to be aware of. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay again. Thank you for such a lovely stay! 💖

This hotel is right above a subway station, which is super convenient for getting around. However, for this Kanto trip, several hotels, including this one, used self-service check-in kiosks, which I found a bit inconvenient and lacking a personal touch. Last year, all the hotels in the Kanto region had manual check-ins, which felt much better. The picture is of the Hoki Museum in Chiba, which was also the reason I stayed here for a night.

Excellent choice of hotel near convention halls. Near to train station and amenities. Would have been perfect if there are coin washing machines and dryers
