"The location is very close to Nagoya Station, but the area in front of the station is under construction, making the routes confusing. Following navigation generally works, but definitely don't use Chinese navigation apps as they give completely wrong directions. I read online that they offer Chinese service, but don't believe that! We stayed for three days and only encountered a staff member who spoke Chinese on the last night. Otherwise, communication was through a translation device, which was usually pretty basic. The king-size room maintained the typical small and compact Japanese style."

"Front office staff Ms Toma was extremely helpful and professional. We seek her help in booking of Bus tickets to Fukui, she was very patient and detailed, she has even printed out tickets in both Japanese & English language for easy reference. Also, she helped us in arranging to transport our luggage to the next hotel in Fukui. She volunteered to call the hotel in Fukui to conform that no problem to send the luggage etc. Ms Mota speaks perfect English and she was very knowledgeable about the locations of nearby restaurants and places of interest. She is truly the valuable assets of Resol hotel Nagoya."

"Just across the road from Kanayama Station which is only one stop from Nagoya Station. The hotel allowed me to leave my luggage with them before checking in, and checking in was easy as the staff were able to understand English. From the lobby to the room, and the dining area, the whole premise was clean and tidy. All basic amenities were provided, including room wear and disposable shaving razors, but there was no bottled water provided in the room. It also helped that this hotel has rooms with 3 beds. FamilyMart just downstairs from the lobby at ground level, and I could easily find places to eat nearby."

"The hotel's location is excellent. It's right in the Chunichi Building, which is directly accessible from Exit 13 of Sakae Station. You take the elevator from B1 up to the 24th floor for the hotel lobby. The room layout is great; you can fully open three large suitcases. There's an observation deck on the 7th floor where you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views of Nagoya's nightscape. To get to Mitsukoshi Department Store, you can use the underground passage and come out at Exit 16. The hotel is also very convenient for Nagoya Station, just two subway stops away. This will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Nagoya."

Coin Laundry is within walking distance (100m) from Hotel OSU is only 5-10 mins drive away, and there is a supermarket nearby where we could get fresh fruits."

"The room is very small. There are many bars nearby, so you see a lot of drunk people wandering the streets in the evenings. However, the hotel has a bathhouse and the facilities are decent."

"Everyone might think it's impossible to stay on top of a tower, but this time there was a pleasant surprise. The biggest surprise was that the hotel breakfast was absolutely amazing! The hotel also has a secret passage leading to the top of the tower for views. Guests can choose to watch the night view or the sunrise. The hotel's mystery really surprised me. So this was a great experience. However, if you want to go shopping, you still need to drive a bit, as finding parking is not easy. In the summer, it can be very hot to walk there, or it might take 30 minutes."
