Making the decision to stay here was absolutely spot on! We returned our rental car and this hotel was right across the street. It has several restaurants and even a Lawson convenience store. After a good night's sleep, there's a free shuttle service to the airport. Our luggage was even handled for us and the staff gave us a warm send-off. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! 👍

The hotel is still very new and clean. The breakfast is quite good value for the price. The coffee and drinks aren't great, but there's a 24-hour Lawson convenience store in the lobby, which is handy. You can also take the airport shuttle bus to the terminal for meals, with buses running every 15 minutes or so. There's no free bottled water in the rooms, but you can bring your own bottle and fill it up at the water dispenser in the lobby on the first floor.

Close to airport with complimentary breakfast as early as 5:30am local time & shuttle bus to/ from NRT. Service was okay by the staff, bath towel in the room was smelly and requested a new one, with a prompt delivery by one of them despite busying attending customers. Found a few hairs in the toilet left by previous guest, not cleaning very thoroughly by the housekeeping members even though check out was 10am. Other than that, good stay. Thanks

The bedding was plush and comfortable, and cleanliness was impeccable-every corner was spotless. The location was ideal, especially convenient for early flights or late arrivals. This is just a standard budget hotel near the airport, yet with taxes, it cost over 900 RMB. Maybe that's just how expensive things are in Japan. The main issue was that the room's cleanliness, facilities, and overall environment were quite average. The only upside is that it's incredibly close to Narita Airport, and there's a free shuttle bus that takes you directly there – it's literally just two turns and you're there in 5 minutes.

Stayed here because I had an early flight the next morning and it was incredibly convenient — very close to my terminal. The place was clean, the capsules were really nice and private, and there was plenty of storage space for luggage. The showers were great too, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a comfortable airport stay. A

The hotel offers a shuttle service that runs at fixed times and locations; you'll need to confirm with the front desk. It's a short wait, and the ride is quick, only about 10 minutes – taking a taxi would be really expensive!

i stayed here for a night before my flight in the next morning. ive had a splendid time here, although theres nth to do around the area. the property is very clean and provide lots of spaces for lugguage. i would deffo cbe coming back.

My first time staying at a Hilton in Japan, and the hotel exceeded my expectations – it was incredibly spacious! The service was also excellent, and the front desk even had staff who spoke Chinese. Plus, there's a free airport shuttle.

I was traveling solo and chose this hotel because it offered airport shuttle service, but it definitely exceeded my expectations. As a Chinese traveler, I found the room facilities to be very comprehensive, and the price was incredibly reasonable. The shuttle buses to the airport, JR station, and Aeon Mall were all excellent. The drivers were very friendly; if you asked them anything while they were parked, they would answer patiently. If you're only staying one night, you could go to the JR station on the first day, as there are many fun and delicious places there. On the second morning, you could go to Aeon Mall, then return to pick up your luggage and head to your new hotel. You'd arrive around 3 PM, just in time to check in, haha. This bus seems to be a loop, which is very convenient. If I come to Japan again, I would definitely choose this place.
