Amazing
BBarz ChenI was very lucky to book the last room on Saturday. Although the evaluation on the trip was not high, the evaluation on Google map was excellent and it was better than expected. I had the opportunity to come to Huyin and stay again. Thank you for everyone received by the hotel. It made me have a very pleasant journey.

GGuest UserHotel location is quite near to Nagano Station, just a walking distance of 5-6 minutes.
Most of the hotel staffs can communicate in English. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.
Free coffee & snacks, sake tasting, toiletries and luggage storage at hotel lobby.
In the room, coffee machine and mini massage chair provided.
Everything you could need is provided. Super satisfied.

LLYvonneOne of the bigger hotel rooms I have stayed in Japan so far. Free welcome cake and drink, free unlimited ice cream during your stay and a small treat when checking out. They also have the most variety of tea available for you to enjoy during your stay.
The hotel is also quite close to the Nagano station. You can see the hotel building when you exit the East exit.

Service was excellent 👍 staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Amenities were also complete and comfortable. Would definitely recommend for couples looking for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

GGuest UserConsidering the price, I can only give it full marks. A bathtub is a must-have for me, so getting two nights for just over 400 yen (which is incredibly cheap) was a great deal. The tub is small, fitting a maximum of three people, but during off-peak hours, you can have it all to yourself. It's very close to Nagano Station, right across from the exit. You can walk to Zenko-ji Temple. Taking the JR train to Ueda to see things related to Sanada Yukimura is also very convenient. The only downside was seeing a notice that a lost room key would cost 9,000 yen – that's almost as much as the two-night stay itself...!

GGuest UserIt's a cozy and lovely little hostel. The location is super convenient, just a short walk from Nagano Station. It feels like an old house, but it's been decorated very cutely and comfortably. It's perfect for solo travelers or those looking to transfer goods. The only downside is that the bathroom is a bit cold.

GGuest UserThe room was small and simple, but very comfortable to stay in. It was a bit chilly, so I asked the front desk for a blanket, and it warmed up nicely after I put it on. There are so many fun places nearby, but due to time constraints, I had to leave without exploring them all, which is a bit of a shame. Next time, I'll definitely set aside more time for Nagano.

WWei LeThis place is ~5mins walk from Zenkoji temple. neighborhood is peaceful at night.
Shoes to be removed outside the accommodation. Rooms are on the 2nd floor so you'll have to carry your luggage up (there's no lift).
Room (with window) is huge. You'll have to head downstairs to use the shared toilet and shared onsen (no toilet inside the room).
We were only allowed 30mins of onsen time for 2 pax - couples weren't allowed to use the onsen concurrently so we had to go one after another (i'm not sure if the instructions got lost in translation..). Felt very rushed so i didnt really get to enjoy the onsen experience, but overall was nice and clean.
Interesting 6.30am tour around the area and within the temple itself, followed by a simple vegetarian breakfast (porridge with omakase-styled sides with miso soup) back at the accommodation. The morning tour lasted from 6.30am - 8.30am.
The accommodation provided a fleece blanket to each pax to bring to Zenkoji temple to keep us warm during the morning praying ceremony. We went on 30 Dec and it was SO COLD.
Overall interesting experience but accommodation price is pretty steep IMO.

AAnonymous UserVery good location, just opposite the train station. Reception is on level 2, but staff is helpful to help carry luggages to and fro ground floor.
Room is small and toilet is squeezy, but still decent for a short stay. There is a Shampoo Bar at the reception to pick up stoiletries.
Breakfast is good, the complimentary soba noodles on selected weekday nights is also great. Nice view from the 10th floor, and also free space for customers to chill during the day.
Water was not provided complimentary to customers but instead was earned through a game.
