"Bad experience for service. We have problem entering the room because digital door lock didn’t work. Very difficult to contact hotel, no given phone number to contact. We message again & again until the last solution, spare key. It took us 2 hours after finding out the battery ran out. Apology for door problem is what we get. Early check-out to get the train, I told the hotel I left the damaged luggage in the room and send the picture to them. Finding out later that disposal of big garbage cost me JPY 7500, to comply with Japanese law. If I know i will take it with me for sure. The hotel told that it sent the file informed for this policy when I already booked the room, not In reservation page before you book the room. It supposed to be my fault not read carefully. For me, payment is acceptable, but very disappointed with the communication!"

"This hotel is super convenient, just a short walk from Oshiage Station A1 exit. Even though there's no restaurant, you can grab free bread and drinks in the lobby anytime. The warmed-up bread is actually really good, better than a lot of bakeries in Shanghai! You can also head up to the rooftop garden to relax and get a view of the Tokyo Skytree. As for cleanliness, the room was quite clean, though the bathroom had a slight, unidentifiable odor – it strangely reminded me of an airplane cabin. 😓"

"Room is spacious however it is quite far from Asakusa station. You need to walk around 15minutes to reach the station. There are bus stations nearby which you need to pay either 100 yen or 210 yen per trip. Washing machine and dryer are at 5th floor. The washing machine is quite dusty and dryer is not very functional. You need to pay 200 yen for each use for washing machine and 200 yen to dry your clothes for 30 minutes."

"This hotel is really great! The room comes with a washing machine, which is super convenient—especially for longer stays or travelers who need to do laundry during their trip. The location is also excellent, with easy access to transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Whether for sightseeing or daily needs, everything is within reach. Overall, it offers great value for money and is definitely worth recommending!"

"Upon checking in, you should know that this is not a hotel, but rather an apartment. The room is like a small, freshly renovated apartment with a microwave, a washing machine (laundry detergent is provided in the room. There's also a built-in dryer in the bathroom, you can ask at reception how to use it). There's also a balcony. The staff are very friendly. There's a high penalty for noise violations, which we liked because after a long day, you want to rest in peace and quiet. This place is probably not suitable for families with children. However, cleaning will be entirely your responsibility. I didn't know this when booking. You even have to take out the trash yourself (on the first floor, to the right of the elevator). We had to ask for fresh towels once; they won't be changed without a request. Also, there's no luggage storage. We were tourists in Tokyo, and after 5 days, the room got quite dirty. Naturally, you don't want to clean while on vacation, so this aspect wasn't ideal for us. Otherwise, everything was great, and the location is convenient."

"The hotel is really close to the Skytree! However, the area around the hotel is quite desolate, and you have to walk a long way to find food or drinks. The induction cooktop in the room is apparently not working, so if you need to use one, I recommend confirming with the hotel before checking in."

"The main advantages are the price and location. It's odd to rate the service when it's mostly on-demand cleaning. Instead of keys, there are codes for the room door and, at night, for the hotel entrance. The room has plenty of outlets for all your gadgets. There's a kettle, and you can buy water and tea at 7-Eleven. Soap is provided, but there's no soap dish. No breakfast, but Matsuya is a five-minute walk away. It's very convenient to get to both Narita and Haneda airports from the hotel. Skytree is also close by. Overall, it's no-frills, but everything is decent and budget-friendly."

"The building is brand new, so it's incredibly clean. Especially the bathroom and toilet, they're spotless, and the bed is super comfy. The location is also great, just an 8-minute walk from Oshiage Station. There's an Aeon convenience store, Mini Stop, and 7-Eleven nearby. Best of all, the Skytree is right in front of my eyes! There's just one downside: it's too small for three people. If you open up the single bed, sofa bed, and futon set, there's no space to open your luggage. It feels more suitable for two people."

"Because my flight was cancelled due to a typhoon in Japan, I needed to stay two extra days. And because many flights were cancelled, rooms were naturally in high demand 😂 Unfortunately, I booked room 202 (1b). It took about ten minutes to get there from the subway station, following Google Maps! I'm not sure about the bathtub; I've already sent them a message! The mattress was the worst part—too soft, and you have to climb up from the foot of the bed to get in! There's only one sofa and a small wooden coffee table, making it inconvenient for eating! The kettle is inconveniently located! There's no bathroom mat at the bathroom entrance!"

"This hotel was great for me! The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the station. It's super convenient to Ueno, only one stop away. There's a 7-Eleven and Lawson right downstairs. Having my own private room was fantastic, and it was so handy having a hanger, fridge, and sink right there. The toilet and shower rooms were spotless. The staff were really friendly and happy to help with any questions. Check-out was super easy. Oh, and the electronic lock on the door was also incredibly convenient! 😆"
