Amazing
KKuznetsovEEThe hotel is conveniently located, about a 5-minute walk from the station. The staff are very friendly, and the hotel feels new overall. However, there were a few minor imperfections in my room, such as a chipped corner of the baseboard. I stayed in December and used the air conditioner for heating, which worked fine. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor, with access by room key via the elevator. The selection is quite good and includes European options. The menu changes slightly, so it does not get boring. There are signs asking guests to return their used trays themselves, so please keep that in mind. Regarding the signs, I was surprised that in this hotel you need to specifically request room cleaning at the reception. I have stayed in many hotels where the door sign has two sides, “Do Not Disturb” and “Please Clean the Room”. Here, the sign had only one side, “Do Not Disturb”. I think this is something the hotel could improve, as it is not very convenient to ask for room cleaning separately. It would also be helpful to add more English translations. For example, all the buttons on the TV remote control are labeled only in Japanese, and the notice on the slippers saying “please do not take them home” is also only in Japanese. I can understand some Japanese, but for other foreign guests this may be confusing.

Amazing
LlifelineThe room isn't big, but it's sufficient. It was very clean and reasonably priced. However, the daily cleaning wasn't satisfactory; they basically never washed the cups (am I, the guest, supposed to wash them myself?) and didn't restock the disposable toiletries in the bathroom. I wasn't very happy with that.

JJRCaliLocation was great! right by the west exit for JR Chiba station - very luggage friendly station as well a 24hr Lawson right outside the 2nd floor entrance and a 7/11 down on the ground floor. Staff were polite, easy self storage for luggage by the check in area. Self check in was great, amenities and robes by the elevator before heading up and overall loation is perfect for sightseeing and oneward travels to and from Narita airport or into Tokyo.

SSarocha SiriaksornThe location was superb! It's the same building as Chibachuo station and surrounded by mini marts and restaurants. And it's 10 mins walk to Chiba Port Arena. The staff were nice and willing to help. However, I booked for non-smoking room but still smelled cigarette smoke in my room. Especially in the night. I guess it came from the other room :(

GGuest UserI was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and a sleeping gown was provided during my stay which was a nice touch. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more pleasant. The hotel’s location is very convenient and easy to find, just a short walk after exiting the station. There is also a direct train from Chibaminato Station to Tokyo Station via the Keiyo Line, which makes traveling very convenient. Livemax Hotels and Resorts maintains a consistent standard of cleanliness and comfort. I also stayed in Kannai-Ekimae branch, which was equally clean and comfortable. Overall, I am very happy with my stays at both Livemax locations. The hotels are highly recommended, especially for travelers looking for budget-friendly accommodations. Additionally, for a small extra fee of ¥1,000, guests can extend their stay until 12:00 PM, which is an excellent value.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful experience at Capsule Hotel The Inn. The building was within walking distance from Chiba Station, which I reached from the Narita airport using one train within an hour, which was a huge plus. The area was very quiet, and I slept really well in my cozy capsule. My cubicle was well equipped with a TV, lamp, locker, hand sanitizer, cups for water (they even provided a bottle of water at check-in), and there were candies waiting for me inside — such a nice touch! I truly had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was 5 out of 5! 👍🏻 Check-in was smooth and easy. Check-out was also straightforward, though it’s important to note their very strict policy: everyone must be out by 10:00 AM, even long-stay guests, as the entire hotel closes for daily maintenance. This wasn’t an issue for me since I stayed only one night, but it’s good to be aware of. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay again. Thank you for such a lovely stay! 💖

MML33Didn't enjoy my stay here due to the poor sound proofing. I could hear my neighbours in the middle of the night for both nights I was there (up to 1am and 3am respectively). Had to call the front desk to stop but it didn't help. People were laughing loudly and talking loudly in Japanese. Seems like they gathering there for some party. Breakfast was really bad too. This is the worst hotel breakfast I ever had. Only the view (21F sky lounge venue) was nice. Don't pay extra for this. Room is quite run down and the toilet bathroom as well. Didn't use it but go to the onsen instead. Parking is 1000yen per night and you are allowed to enter and exit many times. Pros: Next building there's a Donki and lawson Opp is a 7-11 Onsen is nice

초코릿The room was the same size as other business hotels, and although it was a little far from the station, it was easy to find as it was along the road. When I entered the room after checking in, it smelled strongly of cigarette paper, so I wish there had been a bit more ventilation. This was disappointing as I hate the smell of cigarette paper and smoke iQOS.

AAnonymous UserThe location is very good, one or two hundred meters away from the Inari Coast Station, just a few minutes away. There is a big supermarket next to it, and there are many small shops for eating. Life is still very convenient. The room hygiene is OK, but if you live continuously, you have to hang the cleaning sign before 11 o'clock, otherwise no one will clean it, and it will not work for a little more time. This is more depressing.
