"The hotel is conveniently located about a 6-minute walk from Shinsaibashi subway station and a 15-minute walk from Osaka Station. It's surrounded by many popular attractions and great food, offering plenty of options for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The hotel also provides free ice cream, hot tea, coffee, and alcoholic beverages, with complimentary ramen served in the evenings. Highly recommended! 👍"

"The room was very clean and quiet, and had everything I needed. They offer unlimited toothpaste, toothbrushes, combs, etc. on the first floor. It's also very convenient for getting to the city center, and there are 7-Elevens nearby. I'd definitely come back again~"

"The place was quite clean, but the location is not very convenient. The staff’s attitude was extremely poor. I only requested a towel change, so I put my used towel in the provided towel change bag, hung it outside the door, and pasted the request sticker as instructed. The cleaner took the towel but didn’t provide a new one. I went to the counter to ask for a new towel and questioned why the cleaner didn’t replace it. The staff asked me what time I put the sticker, and I replied ‘11 am’. He then said, ‘No sir, you have to put it before 10 am. Later than that, we won’t change it!’ I was shocked and pointed out that the card stated towel changes are between 10 am and 11:30 am. Instead of explaining politely, he raised his voice and insisted, ‘Sir, you don’t understand, you must put it before 10 am.’ He then said he would send me a towel to my room. Honestly, what kind of attitude and service is this?"

"This is the most economical and cheapest hotel near Shinsaibashi. The room rate even includes breakfast for two. While the breakfast is simple, it's filling and nutritious. Overall, it's a great hotel, especially if you're looking for excellent value for money. The location is super convenient, right across from Daimaru Department Store."

"The hotel is very clean, and the transportation is convenient with several different subway lines nearby. The rooms use a password lock. There's a free washer-dryer combo, but many people queue to use it. So, I chose to use it in the early morning when most guests are asleep, which allowed me to use it directly. During this time, I also went to the gym for two hours (the gym is free to use from 9 PM to 7 AM) 😆. Next to the hotel, there's a Japanese curry place that's really delicious and worth recommending (but they only accept cash). I would choose this hotel again next time I visit Osaka! 👍👍"

"The room was very quiet, and housekeeping cleaned it daily. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Shinsaibashi, and the subway station is right outside the door. Although breakfast was Japanese style, there were many options, and I thought it was even better than the breakfast at the hotel in Kyobashi."

"The hotel is very close to Shinsaibashi (near Daimaru and Parco). On the first day, after taking the Nankai Line to Namba, it was about a ten to fifteen-minute walk to the hotel. The room's cleanliness was okay, but there was a lot of dust under the TV and in the bathroom's exhaust vent, which hadn't been cleaned. Downstairs, there are complimentary disposable toiletries. The soundproofing in the rooms is very poor. One night, a family from Shanghai in another room had a loud argument for two hours, which severely affected my sleep."

"Location: Excellent. Close to pharmacies, Daiso, convenience stores, food, and hidden coffee gems. Fun longwalk to Daimaru and Dotonbori and great underground subway finds and eats. • Amenities & Service: Extremely friendly staff! Loved the free lobby coffee and the real-time TV tracker for laundry availability (pro-tip: request Level 11 or 15 to be on the same floor as the machines). Thanks to Del style hotel. We were able to store our luggage and make way to Kyoto for a few nights before coming back. • Room: Compact for three people, but cozy and great for bonding. 100/100 will come back!"
