"The hotel is very close to Shinsaibashi (near Daimaru and Parco). On the first day, after taking the Nankai Line to Namba, it was about a ten to fifteen-minute walk to the hotel. The room's cleanliness was okay, but there was a lot of dust under the TV and in the bathroom's exhaust vent, which hadn't been cleaned. Downstairs, there are complimentary disposable toiletries. The soundproofing in the rooms is very poor. One night, a family from Shanghai in another room had a loud argument for two hours, which severely affected my sleep."

"Location: Excellent. Close to pharmacies, Daiso, convenience stores, food, and hidden coffee gems. Fun longwalk to Daimaru and Dotonbori and great underground subway finds and eats. • Amenities & Service: Extremely friendly staff! Loved the free lobby coffee and the real-time TV tracker for laundry availability (pro-tip: request Level 11 or 15 to be on the same floor as the machines). Thanks to Del style hotel. We were able to store our luggage and make way to Kyoto for a few nights before coming back. • Room: Compact for three people, but cozy and great for bonding. 100/100 will come back!"

"The location is great, very close to the subway station. There's a 7-Eleven right across the street, and it's only a ten-minute walk to the main Shinsaibashi street. I've stayed here multiple times when I visit Osaka, but this time, the air conditioning in my room was as loud as a tractor and I couldn't adjust the temperature. It was either stuffy with it off or incredibly noisy with it on. It really felt like it was old and unmaintained."

"The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get around. You can walk to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. The front desk staff are warm, friendly, and polite. The hotel breakfast is good, and there's an Aeon supermarket right next to the hotel, which is super convenient for shopping. The subway stations are all within a 5-minute walk from the hotel."

"This hotel in Osaka was a delightful surprise! The location is absolutely fantastic – just a few minutes' walk from the subway station and the Shinsaibashi shopping district. It's super convenient for buying Sanrio items, cosmetics, and grabbing some onigiri. The room was spotless, the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and there were plenty of amenities. The staff were friendly and communicative, even offering helpful tips for exploring the area. At night, the street was quiet and peaceful, ensuring a great night's sleep. Free luggage storage is a huge plus for travelers. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation when visiting, offering incredible value for money!"

"Dear Hotel Management, I recently stayed at your hotel for two days and overall had a comfortable experience. However, I unfortunately lost a valuable item (a necklace) during my stay. I am writing this because I had some difficulty communicating smoothly with the hotel staff regarding this matter. On the evening of the 20th, I placed my necklace on the desk and did not wear it while touring on the 21st. Thinking my companion had packed it, I only realized it was missing after checking out, and I contacted the hotel immediately. When I called, the hotel simply stated that they checked and found nothing, without offering to contact me if it is found later. If the hotel finds the lost item later, please contact me via email. 호텔을 사용하며 불편함은 없었습니다만 2일 동안 호텔을 사용하며 귀중품(목걸이)를 분실했습니다. 호텔 측과 원활한 소통이 되지 않아 글을 남깁니다. 20일 저녁에 책상에 목걸이를 올려두었고 착용하지 않고 21일에 관광지를 돌아다녔습니다. 일행이 목걸이를 챙겼다고 생각하여 체크아웃 이후 챙기지 않은 사실을 알게되어 바로 호텔에 연락했습니다. 호텔 측에서는 확인해본다고 하고 확인해본 결과 없다는 답변 뿐 찾게 되면 따로 연락 준다는 이야기는 받지 못했습니다. 만약 호텔측에서 분실물을 습득하면 제 이메일로 연락주시길 바랍니다. 감사합니다."

"Stayed here with my family (2 adults and 1 child), and the room was spacious enough for all of us to stay comfortably. The location is definitely one of the best parts of this hotel. It’s within walking distance to Shinsaibashi and conveniently located near both Nagahoribashi and Shinsaibashi stations, making it super easy to get around Osaka. The breakfast was amazing with a great variety of delicious options. We also loved the free-flow coffee available all day—such a nice touch after a long day of exploring! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for families visiting Osaka."

"I have stayed in this hotel 3 times now and look forward to staying again. The rooms are the usual compact size, are clean and comfortable. The ground floor area has a microwave, free soft drinks and coffee and is quite pleasant. The location is convienient for shopping, visiting Dotonburi and there is a major supermarket 2 minutes walk away - the walk to the Namba station for airport trains is about 15 minutes but is easy enough."

"Excellent stay! The room was spacious and the view absolutely stunning. They provided great amenities, even makeup remover oil and face masks. The location is unbeatable, right in the absolute center. Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi are just a short walk away. The subway station is right downstairs, making it super easy to get to Umeda and Namba in under ten minutes. Breakfast was decent; not a huge selection but affordable. Plus, there's a Chinese-speaking front desk, so communication was a breeze. Overall, I highly recommend this place in Osaka!"

"Fantastic location! Just cross the traffic light and you are right in the heart of Shinsaibashi. Whoever loves Lululemon it is just right opposite the hotel. The room come with washing machine which is great for families. The only thing not good is that the hotel lighting is insufficient. It’s a little bit dim. Definitely will stay again because of its location."
