"Hostel is located 5 minutes from Napoli Centrale by foot making it a convenient location to stay. The surrounding neighbourhood is unpleasant but you do not need to walk past it if you are headed for the metro or Centrale.
The room is clean and has two showers and two sinks, therefore there is no queue for the toilet at all. You also get your own towel which is great.
The bed is comfortable with your own curtain, locker, and charging port. What is missing is a small ledge to put small items such as wallets or spectacles."
"I checked in late at night and checked out early in the morning, but the front desk staff were incredibly kind and provided excellent service.
The location was also very convenient, being less than a 10-minute walk from the metro.
However, the electrical outlet by the bed was angled, causing my charger to slide out, so I shared an outlet on the wall with my roommate.
Otherwise, it was very clean, and the hairdryer was a great addition.
I would definitely like to stay here again when I come back to Naples!"
"This hotel is quite new for Italy, with a 24-hour front desk where we received a very warm welcome. It also has two fairly large elevators, making it easy to go up and down. The room and amenities were decent and quite spacious; the only downside was the very noticeable sound of the toilet flushing from the room above. The hotel's location on the coastal road is already one of the safer and nicer areas in Naples. It's about a 15-minute walk to the pier, which is quite convenient. There are also supermarkets nearby, making shopping easy."
"Excelente lugar para alojarse, estuvimos 1 noche! Buen aire acondicionado, todo limpio de primera! Shampoo, jabón, ropa blanca, TV y wifi excelente ! Lo recomiendo y volvería una y otra vez! La atención en el check in y en el check out fue estupenda!"
"Clean apartment, recently renovated. Large balcony, all essential shops and cafes are within walking distance. The bus stop is nearby. One small detail: the elevator works with coins, but they are available in the lobby. I walked a bit before I found that out."
"Excellent hotel. I recommend it.
Even before check-in, I was contacted with all the instructions for getting into the room (everything was extremely easy) and all my questions were answered.
Finding the hotel was simple; just make sure to read the signs.
The room itself was bright, clean, and spacious. It was a comfortable refuge from the heat, with a rather quiet air conditioner.
Breakfast wasn't included for me, but snacks, juice, and milk were provided, along with tea and coffee. There was also a fridge, coffee machine, and kettle.
The room was cleaned daily.
The windows had mosquito nets and roller blinds.
Be aware that if your windows face the city, it can be quite noisy. I don't have trouble sleeping, so it didn't bother me.
The bathroom also had everything needed: shampoo, soap, towels, and a hairdryer. The water pressure was good, with both a rain shower and a handheld showerhead. There were no water supply issues.
There's an elevator in the building!
Right across the street is a small grocery store, and there are several others nearby, as well as a few cafes. The location is excellent:
- A few minutes' walk to the historic center.
- About 15-20 minutes' walk to the train station.
- 20 minutes by taxi to the airport.
- 30-40 minutes' walk to the promenade.
Thanks for the hospitality :)"
"Everything is just perfect, despite the inconsistency of the photos on the site of the number (the question was resolved with trip.com). Location, staff, owner - everything is wonderful). Near the station. I recommend."
"Muy bien todo, el chico que nos atendió muy amable, nos dió un mapa y nos estuvo explicando un poco de la ciudad (también nos envío por WhatsApp un montón de recomendaciones y sitios ) el desayuno y la salita comunitaria muy acogedora"

Great
RRip RipWe booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house.
There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price.
We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa.
Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view)
Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house)
Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed.
Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay.
Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread.
The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more..
Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us.
If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home.
Thank you Massimo
and team for keeping our room super clean , daily when we really didn’t expect the service. Likewise appreciated the small touches of receiving disposable raincoats in case of heavy rain on our tour.
GGuest UserTerrible experience with this hotel. After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.
LLisa1995This hotel boasts a classic style with rich burgundy tones and well-appointed wooden furnishings. It was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays. The front desk staff were kind and efficient. Our room was spacious and bright, just as pictured on their website. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of pastries and cakes, served in a room with a sea view. The location is ideal, perfect for reaching both Piazza del Plebiscito and the various restaurants along the Partenope seafront. Overall, a very positive experience.
GGuest UserIf you're looking for a nice, friendly, unexpensive place to stay in Naples, Hostel Mancini is the spot.
Located near Naples Central Station, Metro lines and Centro Istorico, it's a very convenient point to start exploring the city and the region around.
The hostel is very clean and a basic (though hearty) breakfast is included.
The staff are very friendly and they would give you pretty accurate advice on anything you're planning to do.
All in all, great location, great service and great staff.
GGuest UserThe room was decent for a European hotel, and it was very close to Naples' central train and metro stations, making it convenient for getting to Pompeii or Sorrento. The young man at the front desk was very helpful and gave us sightseeing routes. The breakfast was also good; a €5 breakfast feels like a luxury in Europe. The young lady serving breakfast brought us our coffee, like a family-run hotel. However, please note that the check-in area and the accommodation are next door. We rang the doorbell for a while before someone came downstairs to tell us it was next door. I suggest the owner put up a sign or marker. Naples is definitely worth a visit.
GGuest UserHere you are making a lot of effort to balance the practical but difficult location at the train station. Wonderful breakfast, only at the reception you have shown youself unflexible
GGuest UserThe location is close to Naples Central Station. However, even during the day, the security seems bad, so I came alone as a woman and was a little scared at first. But it was good that there were always police around. There is a supermarket on the bus terminal side of Naples Central Station, and the prices are average, so I recommend it. The hotel amenities are only towels, toilet paper, soap, and one-time shampoo. There is no other refrigerator, cups, toothbrushes, or hair dryer, so please bring everything with you. There is no shower curtain or bath mat, so when you take a shower, the surroundings get wet. Naples Central Station is close and it is cheap, so it is recommended for those who value location rather than the hotel. I do not recommend it for those who want to relax when they return to the hotel or for a few days. It is good for one or two nights. If you want to sightsee and relax, you may want to look for a hotel near the port. The front desk staff were all kind and very helpful. I returned to the hotel with peace of mind.
The room was clean and the walls and tables seemed to have been reupholstered, so it was clean. The air conditioning worked well. The hotel itself smells a bit moldy, so it might be a good idea to at least put some air fresheners here and there.
If you want to relax in the hotel at night, there is a direct metro line from Naples Central Station, so it might be better to stay at a hotel a little further away from Naples Central Station.
GGuest UserSmall but comfortable, facing the street but not too noisy, clean and good. Very close to the station.
Breakfast is simple but enough, cost-effective. No hair dryer, but you can ask the front desk.
