Hotels near San Giusto Cathedral, Trieste

The hotel was as described, good location not far from the train station but not too close. Close to the shops and bars and city center. They offer free minibar, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here. The only downside is the lack of day light and lights in the room are also not bright.

At the Horel Miramare I was only one night during a trip with my husband. It is located in a comfortable location just a few minutes walk from the Castle, the staff is very friendly and kind, The view from the room on the sea is really wonderful, but the hotel is certainly to consider more 3 stars and not 4 a little for everything from breakfast to bathroom, shower with a displaced fabric tent, Of deteriorated parts such as doors, on ground You have health care, especially dirty around. For the good complex but not very good from 4 stars.

We had a twin room with 2 single beds. It was great that the bathroom was in the bedroom and we had a small balcony. The hostel has an elevator and free luggage storage. The reception isn't open 24 hours, but the staff are friendly. The bar in the hostel is also good. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar was closed or only open for private events. The hostel doesn't have its own parking. Nearby are Molo IV car park and Saba Silos multi-storey car park at the station, both not far away (chargeable and possibly requiring prior reservation). There's also a free car park for cars a bit further out (Park Bovedo), which is easily reached by bus line 6. Unfortunately, the bus is always quite full. There are some bars nearby and almost everything is within walking distance. :( The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The doors close quite loudly, which makes it difficult to sleep in during your holiday. Generally, the hostel is quite noisy. I would have liked to have found a wardrobe or hangers in the room.

City Gallery Apartments in Trieste are modern, self-catering units located on lively Viale, restaurant and OVE shops right acrross the building. The highlight would be the spacious rooms, cleanliness, and central location near shops, cafés, and major attractions. Apartments include kitchenettes & WiFi.

If you want to truly experience Trieste in the right location and with style then this is the place. A small perfectly built Palace run by staff who care about their guests. There is absolutely everything you need here. I arrived late at night and when I walked out onto the breakfast room the following room found myself saying wow at the view on the stunning Piazza. I choose this hotel because I had always wanted to stay there in Trieste, I did return for a second stay and I would stay there again. You are close to the sea, the historical centre, numerous bars and restaurants, shopping and tourist hotspots. The rooms are lovely, majestically clean. Breakfast are a relaxing experience you do not want to hurry because why would you with that view around you. The bar is the place to be throughout the day and also acts as an informal restaurant throughout the day. Formal is also available but that was not my choice. Rooms were large comfortable and very clean with the best amenities provided. Book your stay, you know you want to!

It's easily reached from the central station in 5 minutes, and the hotel is just 8 minutes from the city center, making it quite convenient. The staff at reception are very professional and helpful, as are those in the restaurant. Breakfast is varied and plentiful, both sweet and savory. I highly recommend it.

Could not enter building after 7 unanswered calls.  Entered throng the help of another guest and cleaning woman.  No more boutique hotels that are not manned.  Where’s the hospitality?

17 min away from the port terminal or 8 min from the train station. The place is neat and clean. Rooms are adequately illuminated and comparatively spacious. Staff are very nice and friendly and super helpful. My friend left something in the ship and the reception staff helped to contact the ship company to report the lost. Highly recommended 👍🏼

A safe, 3-star hotel in a great location that's excellent for solo travelers. It's located near the cruise ship terminal (18 minute walk) and train station. There are restaurants, shopping, a 24-hour laundromat, post office, and grocery store nearby. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I was able to check in early; they also offer a luggage storage room. I received excellent travel advice...I was able to plan and execute a day trip on a water taxi to Muggia, Italy on my arrival day then went to Slovenia the following day. They also booked an early morning (0430 am) airport taxi for me as well. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and was constantly replenished but not a big area, again great for solos. My room on the 5th floor was a little outdated but clean and comfortable. The front desk is not open 24-hours. I would definitely stay here again.
