"Great location, very close to train station and multiple bus stops nearby. Walkable to many touristy spots. Receptionists were very helpful, they also provide luggage storage. The only major downside is no aircon, and the room was much hotter than outside. We tried opening the windows on the first night and got bitten by mosquitoes, which was worse than being hot. The next day we got a fan, but still a bit too hot to sleep. Apart from that, overall it was a good spot"

"We only stayed one night as we were on our way to Croatia. Right location on the main square of Trieste - plenty of parking and you can walk to everything. The rooms are fantastic - vast bathroom and nice bar as well. We got two welcome drinks - whatever from the cocktail menu. The breakfast was a real treat with a lot of fresh local variety of meats, cheeses, breads, cereals and yogurts and lots of cake and pies. Good price for the value and we felt truly welcome. A real gem!"

"Overall, it's OK, and it meets the four-star standard. After staying in many hotels converted from old houses in Europe, I know that some of the room types are strange, so I'm mentally prepared. This is normal. I chose this place because I was attracted by the photos of the front desk. In fact, the best place to see is the front desk. The sanitation is good, the service is also very good, the front desk greets with a smile, and the waiters are quite proactive. The room is also relatively new, the shower is comfortable, the room is large, and the inner circle is quiet. The breakfast is average. It's convenient to go to the lively places when you go out to various attractions. When I walked here, I found that although the road was flat, the sidewalk was inconvenient to carry luggage, so I took a taxi later. I saw that there was a bus at the door but I didn't study it."

"First this hotel says it’s 5 star but it’s barely 3 so here they are false advertising. Room numbers are written in paper and glued to the door if you can believe in hotel that advertises as 5 star. Then we enter the room and I see dirty walls not properly painted but the worse is the bathroom, toilet was dirty and not cleaned at all. In shower there are few tiles missing. It’s on noisy street so you hear traffic through windows which are old as building itself. Avoid this dirty unsanitary place! There are so much better hotels in Trst for the same price. This place is in level of hostel and not hotel."

"The room is very clean, but the smell inside the building is not very good. How can I say it smells old... The room is on the third floor. The elevator is very small. The location is also good. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach and there is no service. , I saw the boss alone from beginning to end. After checking in, I had to carry my luggage on the first floor, which was not convenient. The experience was average and the price was not cheap."
