Residence le Terrazze ★★★
"Everything was perfect: the studio was clean, equipped with the amenities indicated, and centrally located. It was easy to collect the keys yourself."
Doubletree by Hilton Trieste ★★★★
"A good hotel to stay"
Hotello ★★
"Fantastic value for money! The room here is clean and situated in a great location."
Residence Theresia- Tailor Made Stay ★★★
"The apartment is in a great location, 10 minutes walk to the train station, a few minutes to Unification Square, and about 10 minutes to the cruise terminal. Because we got off the cruise at 9:30 in the morning, after communicating with the apartment, they immediately agreed to let us move in early, and the office staff downstairs personally took us in, which was a very good experience."
Urbanauts Studios Minelli ★★★
"Ideally situated in the heart of Trieste, this wonderful apartment had everything a solo traveller or couple would need. Immaculate throughout and with a welcome gift of chilled wine and water, initial impressions were extremely good. Over the next few days this extraordinary building yielded more welcome surprises- the library was an oasis of calm in which to unwind at the end of the day. Remote staff were excellent at responding promptly and efficiently to my request. I’ll definitely stay there again when I find myself in this beautiful city on the shores of the Adriatic."
Forvm Boutique Hotel ★★★
"Good location, elegant rooms, friendly service. Bed a little too hard."
NH Trieste ★★★★
"Great hotel located very close to Trieste train station. Amazing lady at reception checked us earlier and made upgrade for as so we enjoyed beautiful suite with sea view Nice breakfast with good choice"
Albergo Alla Posta ★★★
"The hotel's location is truly very central. The dining room is simply breathtaking, and the breakfast is very good (typically Italian with cornetto and cappuccino). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was simple but nicely furnished. The pictures on the walls were also great."
Affittacamere Berzi ★★
"It is conveniently located in the center of Trieste, about a 10-minute walk from the train station and bus terminal, and about 5 minutes from the square in the center of the city. The area is quiet on Sundays, but lively on weekdays, and there are many restaurants and grocery stores. The room is in an old building, so the ceiling is high and it is quite spacious. I stayed in a room with a shared shower and toilet, but it was nice that there was a sink in my room. The staff mainly speak Italian, but are very friendly."

Residence Victoria
Grand Hotel Duchi d'Aosta
"We spent three lovely days at the Duchi d’Aosta. Our room was beautiful, well laid out and with super comfortable bedding. The hotel preserves its historical aesthetic past but offers every modern comfort you expect in a five star establishment. Staff was courteous and helpful with getting tickets to a concert at the Teatro Verdi around the corner. Breakfast looking at the Piazza Unita’ is fabulous."
Victoria Hotel Letterario
"Beautiful hotel in a convenient location near transportation and wonderful bars zany restaurants. Great staff, easy check in and wonderful room ."
YouMe Design Place Hotel
Savoia Excelsior Palace Trieste - Starhotels Collezione
"Unfortunately, I must give the hotel the lowest rating. We had a problem because people complained about noise coming from our room, when in reality my wife was just laughing during a phone call. At 1 a.m., the concierge came up with the complainers and threatened to call the police, which I find totally inappropriate. A hotel that presents itself as a 5-star hotel should handle these types of situations more professionally and, above all, have good soundproofing to avoid this type of inconvenience among guests."
Hotel Milano
"Nothing to report"
CX Trieste Giulia
"Everything was okay."
Residenza le 6 A
"This is not a hotel. It’s a B&B. Paid £287/over €300 for 2 nights. It’s not worth that amount. Cons - not enough plug sockets in room. One socket coming away from the wall. - breakfast is cold & limited. - same floor as a tattooist. - shower curtain has to be carefully positioned or water runs into the bathroom. - coming home in the evening all the lights are off, whilst there’s facilities such as a living room & shared garden we felt uncomfortable using them at the end of the day. Pros - great location - nice women on the desk when we arrived. - rooms are spacious. - interesting & historical building with an old fashion lift. It’s not worth the amount I paid in comparison to prices of other hotels in the area."
Hotel Miramare - Adults Only
"The best hotel in the region! The location and service are top-notch! The breakfasts are wonderful, the sea is just across the street! The rooms are top-notch! I recommend it to everyone!"
Piazza Venezia le Camere
"Although we had booked and paid for several nights in advance, we left after 1 night. Our booking process had not made us aware the B&B was three floors up with no elevator. We also did not have advance information that the doors were locked after 7:00 pm. After contacting the owner we were told she had tried to text and call us. But as foreign tourists we were not using the cell number she had for the booking. Nothing but a scolding from her. I wish others a better experience - perhaps young people with light luggage and an early planned arrival."
Hotel Riviera & Maximilian's
"We enjoyed very much our stay for 3 nights, the room was very beautiful with a little balcony and great view of the sea. The restaurant has also an excellent view, and we had twice dinner there. Alessandro did a special effort to serve all well and it was a pleasure to have such a great service. The lift access to the beach is very special and the beach bar and service are very nice too. We will come back."
Maximilian Suites
Palace Suite
"Very good accommodation experience"
Hotel Vis à Vis
"Excellent Hotel, excellent room, breakfast, everything 👍🏻"
Hotel Continentale
"The room is too dark, the room is too cold, the heating is not good, the breakfast service is very poor, no one will listen to the greeting"
Seven Historical Suites
"The room is very clean, but the smell inside the building is not very good. How can I say it smells old... The room is on the third floor. The elevator is very small. The location is also good. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach and there is no service. , I saw the boss alone from beginning to end. After checking in, I had to carry my luggage on the first floor, which was not convenient. The experience was average and the price was not cheap."
