"A solid hotel in the ”old” part of Mumbai. Location is great - close to the metro station with a direct connection to the airport. Nothing to complain about in terms of staff attitude, cleanliness or amenities. My room was good. The only downside about the room is the AC location: right in front of the bed, and it blows directly at you. Please also keep in mind that there's active construction works literally behind the wall. They finish by 9 PM, but a day time nap or just a chill in the room just won't happen."

"Clean and simple place to stay. I didn’t have a window so it felt a little claustrophobic. Nobody cleaned my room until I asked them to on day 3. The housekeeper only entered my room after noticing I had come back after a long day, around 1630. The hot water was also not very hot, and didn’t last for a long time (perhaps I wasn’t using it correctly..). Anyway, if you’re used to western hotels, I would HIGHLY recommend just splurging on one of the nicer ones. You won’t regret it."

"We stayed for one night before a cruise. The hotel is tired, but cozy. The windows overlooked the neighboring building, so it was quiet. We were able to sleep well after a sleepless night the night before due to the flight. There is a dental kit in the bathroom, a tea set and water in the room. The breakfast is unusual, but you can choose something suitable. Everything that was cheaper at the time of booking looked much sadder from the photos. Very convenient location. We walked around all the sights, Churchgate station is nearby, from where you can get to the Dhobi Ghat laundry and the Dharavi slums. The only thing I didn't like was that when we entered, they almost snatched our suitcases and hands from us to carry them to the room, although we resisted, and when we were taken to the room, we gave 100 rupees, the porter looked at us as if we gave him 1 rupee. We did not need his service and did not withdraw money in principle."

"We stayed for 2 days. Overall it's good property to stay near marine drive. Also location is near to churchgate statio so easy to go anywhere in mumbai.. We had breakfast for both the day it was good. Staff is really nice they are always ready to help you. I recommend this hotel for stay with family."

"I had a wonderful stay at Flora Suites. Staff was well behaved. The manager guided me very well . They had dine in services which were very quick. Amenities were good. Location of the hotel is bang on. "

"Charming old hotel in a great location with stunning ocean views. Excellent staff and service from front desk through to housekeeping. Shout out to Ashutosh in dining for educating me on lots of delicious Mumbai food. And desserts to die for! Wonderful rooftop pool. And the views from the rooftop bar are unrivaled. Highly recommended for a 2-3 day stay."

"The location of the hotel is excellent in terms of its convenience to Nariman Point and Colaba. The rooms are spacious and the bed linen is clean. The staff is pleasant and helpful. My only complaint was the breakfast. The breakfast is a little overpriced for what they offer. The service at the breakfast buffet was a little indifferent. The choice and taste of the breakfast is average. Must drop into Geoffrey’s bar located on the ground floor. Quiet bar with nice decor. Overall, a pleasant experience from all aspects"

"A rather depressing place, much like Mumbai itself. The building exterior is completely dilapidated, and the surrounding streets and structures look like slums. The hotel is on the 2nd floor, accessed by a steep staircase with no elevator. The hotel itself is clean but quite basic. The rooms are tiny, and the windows are small. It's tolerable, but not for $60 a night. The linen is old but clean, housekeeping is good, and the staff are helpful and always ready to assist, which is a plus. Breakfast consists of two eggs cooked however you like, juice, and tea served in unwashed cups. Verdict: Not worth staying here, even though it's in the city center (and the Taj Palace isn't worth it either – step outside and you're met with squalor, poverty, and rats). It's simply not worth the money. Choose modern chain hotels near the airport and take a taxi into the city center."

"I like it very much ,near csmt ,bus station ,the gate way of india .The room is neat and clean,and the family is a good stay .Staff behaviour is good and helpful .Out some work going on .Everywhere you can go easly."
