New high-level hotel, excellent service, attentive staff. Good restaurant with affordable prices. Located right next to the beach, across the road. To the main market streets and the Jagannath Temple on foot 30-40 minutes, on tuck-tuck 10 minutes. There are food larches nearby. Initially there was a room without a balcony, behind the window was noisy air conditioner, at request after day the room was changed. All questions were resolved quickly. I ordered transfer and food (mahaprasad) from the main temple. Cleaning every day. The price is in principle consistent with the level, although it would be desirable to be cheaper.

Sterling Puri is an ideal destination for families, friends, or anyone looking to unwind by the sea with top-notch service. We highly recommend this resort and would definitely love to visit again!

The hotel’s location is convenient, and the overall cleanliness is satisfactory. Most of the staff were helpful; however, there are several areas that management should address. Food service was extremely slow. After placing an order by phone, we waited almost two hours for it to arrive. Because of this delay, my child was unable to have dinner properly. The food was also excessively priced—approximately six to seven times higher than expected—while its quality did not meet an acceptable standard. Additionally, a few staff members were rude when interacting with guests. Management should identify these issues and ensure that all employees receive appropriate training in professional conduct and guest service. Overall, the hotel has a good location and reasonable cleanliness, but significant improvements are needed in food quality, pricing, delivery time, and staff behaviour.

The hotel is centrally located, about 900 metres from the beach. My room is facing the street, so it is noisy and some affects the rest. In fact, it will not be quiet without facing the street. The room was clean and the sheets were a bit old. The morning buffet is good and there are not many people. There are two points to note that the hotel cannot use international credit cards, so if foreigners spend at the hotel, they can only pay cash at checkout. Second, the check-out time required by the hotel is 8:00 in the morning. If you need to extend the check-out, you will have to pay. It is not expensive, tens of yuan per hour, 8 o'clock check out is a common practice in the local area. In short, in Puri, the requirements for the hotel are not too high, and the hotel in Bhubaneswar, the capital of Odisha, will not work. This hotel is okay.

Food quality is excellent...rates are a bit high but quality wise it's good.. location is excellent...2-3min walk to sea beach..you cross the road and you will reach the beach...market is very near.. services are also upto the mark..only the electric kettle was not working properly.. otherwise everything was fine...you can choose this property undoubtedly.. good for family. We are fully satisfied with their services.

The cleanliness of the hotel was quite poor, and there was a persistent unpleasant odor throughout the premises. Unfortunately, the staff were not very supportive or responsive to our concerns, which made the overall experience disappointing. Would not recommend based on this stay.
