"Old hotel, the facilities in the room are old and the cleanliness is acceptable. Agra smog is very serious, especially in the evening, the air is filled with a strong burnt wood taste, sleep at night is awakened several times... The hotel has no fresh air system filtration, and there is no warm air in the room AC, for Agra 5-6 degrees at night It’s too cold to sleep! The hotel’s own garden is beautiful, with Indian dance performances on weekends and all the staff are nice. When we checked in, we rushed to three tour groups. The group meal filled the cafeteria, causing breakfast to be eaten at another restaurant in the hotel. The quality should not be collected. The next day the group left and everything returned to normal. Based on the price/performance ratio, I suggest you stay at this hotel when you come to the Taj Mahal. Be sure to wear a mask."

"Ik heb twee dagen verbleven in de golden tulp van Agra. Bij binnenkomst zijn we netjes ontvangen, we hebben de wifi code gekregen en informatie over de faciliteiten van het hotel. Vervolgens zijn we naar onze kamer gebracht. De kamer is schoon, bedden zijn opgemaakt en er staan twee flesjes met water klaar. Verder is de locatie dichtbij het centrum en toegankelijk met de taxi. Het ontbijt er erg aan te bevelen. Er is een ruime keuze van westers tot Indiaas eten en de kwaliteit ervan is erg hoog. Ten slotte heeft het hotel een bar, zwembad en een spa. Deze zijn ook sterk aan te bevelen. Deze hotel raad ik sterk aan en kom ik zeker terug."

"As usual, I received great service from Hilton the moment I stepped into the Lobby of DoubleTree, Agra. The Lobby manager was fantastic in helping my wife to take a glimpse of the evening Taj Mahal and helped me to procure some urgent equipment. At the restaurant, North 27, the service I received was sincere and very hospitable. The staffs were very helpful in explaining the Indian  food and how to enjoy them fully. Lily and Biaki were both fantastic and loving and found myself amazed they were still trainees. You can hardly fault them and they were just like little bees flying around us to serve us and make our dining experience excellent. Have to give it to the restaurant management, they are doing a great job! 🐜 a"

"I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at Trident Agra. From the moment I arrived, the team was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The swimming pool was excellent, and the surrounding ambience made it even more enjoyable. A heartfelt thank you for the lovely cake we received during our celebration — it was such a thoughtful gesture! I also really appreciated the upgrade to a balcony room; it made our stay even more memorable. It was amazing how quickly and effortlessly our requests were fulfilled — a true testament to the staff’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Special mention to Iqbal, Grison, and Tanushree — your hospitality stood out and made a lasting impression on us. You all were fantastic and made us feel right at home. Another thoughtful touch was being offered a takeaway breakfast both during our stay and at check-out. Though we didn’t end up taking it, it was a very kind and considerate gesture that shows how much the staff goes the extra mile for their guests. Overall, I’m super happy with my stay and sincerely thank the entire Trident Agra team for making it so memorable. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to others and hope to return again soon!"

"Our first room was noisy next door, and I couldn't sleep after being woken up early in the morning, so I asked to change rooms, and they immediately accommodated us. Thanks to that, we had a very relaxed stay. This hotel is ideally located with a rooftop bar offering views of the Taj Mahal, and it's within walking distance. However, it might not be suitable for those who prefer local restaurants."

"Premium Room, twin beds – the space was just right. If you book on the day and there's availability, it can be cheaper (includes breakfast). Even though the hotel is a bit older, the service and cleanliness were excellent. Room service was also fast. It would be perfect if the beds weren't so soft! The hotel also offers other activities like a swimming pool, pottery making, and a Taj Mahal storytelling session, which was fantastic! It's about a 12-15 minute walk to the Taj Mahal, or you can take the shuttle bus if you prefer a shorter stroll."

"This is a lovely place with such sweet and hospitable owners. They are incredibly helpful with transportation, food, and anything else you might need. Thank you, Sia Taj, for having me—it’s truly a great hotel! The location is perfect for spending a few days in Agra, being so close to the Taj Mahal."

"Stay was comfortable , I stayed with my office colleague, was there for business trip, imagine situation where a person sitting in room can clearly see activitie of bathroom through the sliding door, it was very embarrassing and needs immediate attention"

"There was a mouse running around in the room!!! On the table! The sheet on one bed needed replacing (it was stained), and we asked for duvet covers for the bedspreads. They provided two sheets instead of duvet covers and asked for extra linens. In other hotels, the bedspreads were always covered by duvet covers. And the beds were very hard. We stayed for two days, and it was bearable. But the price is high for such conditions."

"Had a wonderful stay, nice rooms, decent location, my stay was so great due to the staffs they are so welcoming and helpfull. And they have 2 dogs Max and Maya which is damn cute. The roof top restaurant is insanely pricy in my opinion, 17USD for friend rice which taste just ok nothing specially and plus we in india so like im just shocked."
