"We arrived hours earlier than check-in time and were allowed to park our car in the underground garage. This allowed us to take a bus or walk the 30 mins into the city centre, When we did check-in we were made up with the size and space available to us, 2 bedrooms, large dining table and good size kitchen area, it was also great to see lovely body wash and shampoo to use in the bathroom, everywhere was clean, we stayed 4 nts and the cleaner came in a tidied and change towels for us. The tesco shoo was handy for picking up some pizzas and wine, saving us some money when on a tight budget, we would definitely stay again,"

"Loved the self-check in. I booked a cheaper room which did come with the smell of the nearby fast food place and a loud humming of an aircon (?) outside. I had another issue in my room but I alerted the management to it. Other than that, the room had a nice size and a nice bathroom. Oh, also wish they had ceramic cups for hot drinks and not just disposable ones (I don’t like pouring boiling water into single use plastic-laden cups)."

"Ideal location, on street parking or public car park near by. 4/5 mins walk to nice area with bars. Lovely staff member greeted up and gave us a recommendation for places to go. Continental breakfast was ideal the next morning in a shared kitchen. Room was clean and bed was comfortable even though it was small but was only for one night. Would stay again"

"The hotel is clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping. You just need to hang the 'clean my room' sign on the door. There's no fridge in the room, but the front desk noticed I was staying for a longer period and kindly gave me a room with more windows, which was very thoughtful. The only slight downside was the Wi-Fi; during the World Cup, live streams experienced a bit of a delay."

"The room was a bit small, but the bed was big enough, and it was quiet at night, which made for a good sleep. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but eating a hearty breakfast kept me full for my day of exploring. The staff were particularly excellent. Luggage storage was free."

"The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was near food and markets and not far from the Botanic train station. I'd stay there again!"

"A lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel."

"We really enjoyed our current stay at Ten Square Doubletree by Hilton. The room was very spacious with two double beds, a sofa, a large screen tv and fridge with tea/coffee making facilities. The shower room was very large with a walk in shower and very nice toiletries. We booked a meal that evening in Jospers restaurant and the food was excellent and very reasknably priced. We attended the entertainment for the evening in Doffers bar and altogether had an excellent trip. Slept very well in the comfortable bed."

"Great stay in Belfast city centre! The location was perfect—everything was within walking distance, including major attractions, shops, and public transport. One of the highlights was how close it was to some amazing Indian restaurants, which made dining super convenient and enjoyable. The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained. The rooms were clean, spacious enough, and had all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. Facilities were good overall, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. The area felt safe, even during late evenings, which is a big plus when travelling. Overall, a great experience—ideal for anyone looking to explore Belfast while staying in a central and convenient location. Would definitely recommend and stay again!"

"Very friendly for parent-child travel! The room was comfortable, spacious and quiet. Private parking spaces are convenient for parking. Our unit is equipped with a very spacious living room with complete kitchenware. There is a large TESCO 3 minutes drive from the hotel, which is very convenient for purchasing daily necessities. We came from Dublin on the day of our stay and especially appreciated Christine's unremitting efforts to communicate and contact us in time, making our stay very convenient. Especially recommended to families who can communicate in English."
