The hotel was really great. It was very clean, so I highly recommend it for anyone who values cleanliness. There was a separate room for ironing. The room itself had a hairdryer, TV, an electric kettle, and plenty of coffee and tea. They also offered us a welcome drink when we arrived, which was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby had lots of entertainment options and games. There was also a really nice bar, and people were still playing games there until late at night. The hotel also had a gym. It was close to a shopping centre, and the train station was about a 20-minute walk away. I definitely recommend

This hotel is perfectly located for an early flight out of Bristol airport. Check in was smooth and hassle free as we were welcomed by a very friendly and helpful receptionist. The room was clean and provided us with everything we required for a comfortable overnight stay. The hotel menu was limited and basic, but the food served was reasonable and fairly priced. Breakfast was included in our stay and was excellent. We would definitely stay at the Hampton by Hilton Bristol airport again.

The hotel boasts an excellent location right in Bristol city center, next to the City Hall and a church. We arrived at 12:30 PM, and since a room was available, they kindly allowed us to check in early. The English breakfast was quite good, especially the roasted button mushrooms, which were delicious. However, I have a major complaint: this Marriott doesn't have air conditioning, and the room windows are sealed shut, meaning they can't be opened at all. To make matters worse, the room was incredibly airtight. Even after borrowing a small fan from the hotel, it was still uncomfortably hot and stuffy, and I didn't get a good night's sleep.

The hotel is close to the station so it’s convenient to explode the city and also visit Bath Spa. Views are marvellous and there are many amazing restaurants or coffee shops surrounded. Price is reasonable and the room is clean.

The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet considering it's central location. The room would benefit from a little TLC, the walls could do with a lick of paint as they were rather scuffed and the carpet was a bit tired and worn, but these aren't big issues. Also, the blackout curtain wasn't wide enough to cover the full width of one of the windows so there was a 6-inch gap at one end. The air conditioning was working fine (and quietly), my room was a comfortable temperature despite the heatwave. A couple of suggestions to improve the room - put a socket beside the bed so guests don't have to charge their mobile phone on the other side of the room, and put a mirror above the desk so guests can use the hairdryer at the desk rather than standing in front of the full length mirror and having to put their hairbrushes on the floor. The breakfast was a pretty standard buffet - hot food, pastries, continental cold meat and cheese selection, yoghurt, fruit etc. I think they may also have done some dishes to order but I didn't see a menu on any of the tables. There is also a gym but I didn't go in so can't rate it. The location is excellent - very central and just minutes walk away from many bars, restaurants, the waterside etc.

Environment: The hotel is in a good location, and it is very convenient to walk, take the bus, go to the supermarket, and eat Facilities: The room is relatively large, the bathroom is spacious, and two bottles of water are provided every day, as well as tea and coffee You must stay in a high-rise room when staying here, definitely. We were given the 5th floor at first, and the room was small and dark. By the way, the lack of lights in the room is a small problem. Living in a high-rise not only has a good view of the church and the Ferris wheel, but the key is that it is very bright. I stayed there for seven days and was satisfied when I moved to a high-rise room

We stayed here as a group of four in two separate rooms. We chose the hotel partly because of its rustic style, but after this stay we realised that this type of accommodation was not really for us. Unfortunately, our stay coincided with an extremely hot week in the UK, and the biggest issue was the temperature in the rooms. There was no proper cooling, only small fans, and they were not enough at all. One of our rooms became extremely hot during the day, while the other was very uncomfortable at night. Because of the heat, we had to leave the room earlier than planned. There was also no lift, which may be expected in some older UK buildings, but it is still something to keep in mind. Cleanliness was average, but I cannot say it was particularly impressive. Overall, it was not a very comfortable stay for us. The building has character, but the room conditions, especially during hot weather, made the experience difficult. I personally would not choose to stay here again.

This hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop from which the University of Bristol, the Bristol Bus and Coach Station, and Temple Meads station are easily accessible. I appreciated the detox water with lemon slices that they offer in the lobby. The room is quite small, and the lights are dim. However, it is comfy enough for a few days in the city.

It was a nice hotel on the whole, but the room had water/damp stains on the wall and could have been cleaned better (few hairs and dust etc). Staff were all very friendly and the facilities were average, as you would expect from a budget hotel.
