The facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene is acceptable. The hotel is located on the edge of Avignon's Old Town; you can walk across one street and be right in the heart of it. There are many restaurants concentrated within the Old Town. To the west of the hotel, there's an underground parking garage. From the hotel's entrance in the parking lot (-1 level), you can use your room key card and ring the bell to access the hotel lobby. The first time, if you're not familiar with the way, you can go up to ground level via a small side door to enter the hotel. Several attractions around Avignon are within a reasonable distance, making it quite suitable for self-driving tours.

The hotel is on the main street from the railway station, about 5 minutes walk to it. The room has a kettle, tea, coffee, cream. There is no refrigerator or safe. The single room has a short closet, so you can't hang long things. I hung my trousers on a hanger and on the closet door. No elevator, for those who care. I didn't take breakfast. I'm happy with the hotel.

The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from Avignon Centre Station, so the location isn't bad. The rooms are also spacious. However, the room I stayed in this time was unfortunately filled with a constant sewage smell. The air conditioning wasn't very good either, and it was cold.

The location is fantastic, right next to the central train station. The city gate is directly opposite the station, making travel incredibly convenient. I debated whether to stay inside or outside the city walls, and now I feel staying outside was the smart choice.
The hotel room is very spacious, easily accommodating a family of three. This time it was just my mother and I, so we had plenty of room.
The only minor drawback was that the showerhead was a bit old and didn't have great water pressure, and the water temperature wasn't very stable.

It's not bad, the room is big, but the elevator is small and old, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, it's my first time staying in this kind of hotel, a monastery with hundreds of years of history, the breakfast is okay, French hotels are basically like this, unlike domestic hotels with a variety of options. In addition, when booking the room, it didn't say it was a top floor attic. After checking in, we found it was a attic with a small window and a skylight. The room was a bit stuffy when the sun came out. There was no air conditioning, only a fan. When we asked to change rooms, the front desk said they were full. Fortunately, it rained later and it was cloudy the next day. Fortunately, the weather was not hot, with a maximum temperature of 24 degrees.

I had a comfortable stay. The bed rustled a little, but I slept well enough. The air conditioning worked well. They said you have to throw your trash out when you leave, but that wasn't a problem. The bathroom was spacious, and since Avignon is a small city and it was a festival season, I was able to wander around and see the sights, so the distance didn't feel that far.

The location was excellent and the reception was friendly. There was a feeling of cleanliness and it was very good. The PET bottle service was only the first day, so I'd be happy if I had it every day ... I think it's a good person because there was no hotel in nice.

We stayed at this hotel for a day visit to Avignon followed by an early morning TGV train to Paris. It’s excellently located for this. The reception staff were friendly & welcoming and spoke immaculate English. After our day in Avignon we chilled out by the pool with a cocktail then had a delicious meal in the hotel.

GGuest UserThis is a treasure hotel, the space is very large, clean and elegant, and it is very comfortable to bring a small courtyard. Very good value for money place. The service attitude is very good, can communicate in English, at least the two receptions I encountered have no problems. The hotel is a courtyard type, the reception will lead you to see the room, otherwise you will not find it.

GGuest UserThe room is located in a quiet alley. It is easy to walk through because it is not the hotel you imagine. The door is quite small. It is a converted residential building. The room is fully equipped and very convenient in the ancient city. The handsome guy provided good service and helped with parking. He drove the car to the door early in the morning. The service was thoughtful and it was a perfect experience!

It was a little noisy at night during the theater festival, but it was basically quiet after 11 p.m. It's within walking distance of the main attractions. I said that the phone could not get through, and I called in person. He said that it was fine to dial 1-4, no 5, and it collapsed. After completing the formalities, the guy enthusiastically helped me introduce the apartment environment, saying that it was not a hotel, there was no hotel service, and the first floor was pure water. I have to take me to the room to see... The anxious person remembered the same anxious person in the car outside, declined, hurriedly parked the car, returned to the room, solved the round, did not see the bed, was shocked, thought to sleep on the sofa. As a result, the cabinet door was opened, and there was a big bed inside. This design was really crashing. The first night was very quiet, the second night was attacked by mosquitoes, and I woke up in the middle of the night to fight mosquitoes, only to find mosquito bodies on the wall. Stayed for two nights and no cleaning service. There is no living supermarket within walking distance. Fortunately, we purchased food from the last hotel and brought it with ice bags. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the owner enthusiastically took out a map to explain in detail what attractions and how to route. But overall it is more like a homestay. Every day, there is a afternoon at 4-7 to check in, and you must check out at 11 noon. Our room was arranged in the attic, which is the third floor. We needed to carry our luggage up the narrow stairs. The sewer in the room smelled, and there was no ventilation system. It felt a bit stinky when sleeping, and the clothes could not be dried at all. At first, I saw the sign in the bathroom saying that the hot water should not be turned on for more than 4 minutes. I still felt strange. Later, I saw the electric water heater in the public toilet on the first floor. I understood that it may be because more than a dozen rooms share a water heater and limited hot water. Overall, the price/performance ratio is OK.
