The hotel is located in a fairly quiet part of the city, away from the highways and the droning traffic. There are two huge swimming pools with water temperatures of 27°C in March. It's a beautiful three-story building. The hotel is new; a palace is being completed. As I understand it, they'll be hosting events here. There are restaurants on the first and second floors. During Ramadan, both are open buffet style. There's plenty of food, but nothing particularly appealing. They serve omelets for breakfast. We stayed for a week, and all week I kept saying and showing that I wanted scrambled eggs, but the chef only made a tasteless omelet in a puddle of oil. Eventually, I gave up and stopped ordering it. The porridge is tasteless. We went there for dinner 2-3 times. The food was delicious a couple of times. The rest of the time, the only edible items were the shashlik and vegetables.
The rooms are large and clean, everything is fine. The food, however, is not so great. The staff is polite.

Е.М.This is a Brassbell hotel. It's clean, pleasant, and in an excellent location, allowing you to walk to famous attractions, with the promenade right nearby. The hotel entrance is also on a side street. The room is small but functional, offering a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea from a small balcony. The bed is large, and the bedding is clean and new. The room had a kettle, cups with saucers, spoons, tea, coffee, creamer, and bottled water (only upon check-in, no replenishment). Instead of a closet, there's a rack with hangers. Hot water has good pressure and is consistent. The shower has body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. In the hotel lobby, there's a communal kitchen and a lovely, spacious lounge area. The staff is friendly, and you can store your luggage after checking out. The building where the hotel is located is old, with a beautiful elevator and staircase. There are many different cafes, restaurants, and shops near the hotel.
As for drawbacks, I'd note the absence of slippers and a hairdryer, and there's no designated place to put or hang towels. Otherwise, everything was great.

Our room was literally 5 seconds away from the Mediterranean Sea – you could open the door from the bedroom straight to it! Every single staff member was incredibly helpful. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the freshly made omelets were absolutely delicious! Plus, the room itself was very spacious.

りんごあじのたこThis hotel was worth more than its price.
The location was a little hard to find, and I was a little unsure as a woman traveling alone at night, but as long as I didn't leave the hotel at night, it wasn't a problem.
Thanks to the warm and friendly service, I was able to spend a pleasant evening. I was prepared for the low price, but the hospitality I received was beyond my expectations.
It was a hotel I would definitely like to use again if I have the opportunity. Thank you for the wonderful time and memories!

ShuimitaoThis is an apartment, and the front desk staff's English wasn't very good, which made communication a bit challenging. The location is excellent, right on the pedestrian street, very lively and convenient. It's only a 5-minute walk from the train station, perfect for catching an early train the next morning. It has a washing machine, a kitchen, and the room is spacious with relatively new facilities, which is nice. However, the cleanliness isn't as good as a hotel. There's basically no service, but I only stayed for one night.

Guest UserRight by the sea, but the traffic downstairs can be quite noisy. The breakfast is rich and delicious, served on the top floor with amazing sea views. The service is good, but the rooms are a bit old. It's fine for a one-night stay as a temporary过渡.

Guest UserWe booked the hotel for one night. The room description mentioned a hairdryer and bathrobes, but upon arrival, none of these were available. The room itself was old, and the curtains on one side of the window were torn and didn't close completely, letting in light in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep. The hotel markets itself as a 5-star property, but unfortunately, there were no toothbrushes or slippers. The hotel's location, however, is excellent!

Muhammad AbuzeidI have stayed at Hilton Cairo Heliopolis many times, and I generally love Hilton properties wherever I go.
I just checked out after a one-night stay at Hilton Corniche Alexandria. This stay was meant to help us decide which hotel to book for the remaining 13 nights of our trip. Unfortunately, Hilton Alexandria was not the right choice for us.
The hotel itself is beautiful and meets the physical standards you’d expect from Hilton. However, the staff experience was the worst I’ve ever had at any Hilton property.
Check-in was very slow, and no information was provided at all. We only discovered that the hotel had beach access by pure accident—after we had already checked out.
At the buffet, service was extremely slow, with orders either missing or incorrect.
Upon departure, I did what I always do: I called reception to confirm checkout and ensure there was no outstanding balance. I was clearly told everything was settled and that we were free to leave.
After we had already left the hotel, a valet ran after me and my wife in the street and asked us to return because “they wanted to talk.” We were brought back only to be lectured by a reception employee (female, dark hair, glasses) about how I should have come to the desk despite already calling. There was no issue, no balance, and nothing to resolve—she simply lectured me and then let us go.
This was unnecessary, unprofessional, and frankly insulting. She could have easily checked the room balance herself instead of calling us back in such a cheap and embarrassing way

I truly enjoyed my stay at La-Metropol. You get to be treated like royalty. Very safe and trustworthy place to stay in. I forgot a valuable item after checking out, and was given to me appropriately, so very grateful for that. Love the atmosphere in general. Very convenient. Thanks again to everyone at La-Metropol. Great experience as always.

The location and service were perfect. The room was also nice, but our shower room was barely able to drain the water, meaning it flooded almost immediately. Besides that everything was great.
