The hotel is located in a fairly quiet part of the city, away from the highways and the droning traffic. There are two huge swimming pools with water temperatures of 27°C in March. It's a beautiful three-story building. The hotel is new; a palace is being completed. As I understand it, they'll be hosting events here. There are restaurants on the first and second floors. During Ramadan, both are open buffet style. There's plenty of food, but nothing particularly appealing. They serve omelets for breakfast. We stayed for a week, and all week I kept saying and showing that I wanted scrambled eggs, but the chef only made a tasteless omelet in a puddle of oil. Eventually, I gave up and stopped ordering it. The porridge is tasteless. We went there for dinner 2-3 times. The food was delicious a couple of times. The rest of the time, the only edible items were the shashlik and vegetables.
The rooms are large and clean, everything is fine. The food, however, is not so great. The staff is polite.

YabuduzhdattebyavmashineEverything was great. The neighborhood is lovely - clean and not crowded at all. There's a private beach. Everything is new and modern. Breakfast had a good selection, and I especially loved the fresh strawberry and guava juices, and the beef patties.

Guest UserRixos Montazah Alexandria offers access to three hotel wings! I stayed in a bungalow and could use both the Rixos Hotel and Nariman Hotel sections, so there was never a dull moment! I enjoyed moving between the pools, private beach, indoor pool, gym, and even breakfast. Being located within the Montazah Palace Gardens, I got to experience both Egypt's lush greenery and the blue sea. This time I went for a 'glamping' feel with the bungalow wing, but next time I plan to try the Nariman Hotel wing! If you prefer a more modern style, Nariman is the way to go!

Guest UserI give it a perfect score! It's incredibly good value for money, only 60-something yuan including breakfast. There's a private bathroom and the beds are clean. The owner is from Guangdong and very chatty.
On December 31st, we celebrated New Year's Eve in Alexandria. The owner made us authentic Chaoshan hot pot, though the cost of the ingredients was split evenly. The taste was absolutely authentic.

Man0210I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When I arrived, I was told that my reservation had been “accidentally cancelled,” and I ended up waiting for over an hour just to get my room. After reading the Google reviews, it seems I’m not the only one, other guests had the same issue and were even sent to another lower-quality hotel.
Although I eventually got the room I originally booked, they never informed me that valet parking costs 300 EGP, and I was only told about the charge during checkout. Charging 300 EGP for parking in Egypt is honestly ridiculous.
Overall, the stay was frustrating and poorly managed. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

First time staying here.
**Environment:** Pretty good! It's right next to a shopping mall and pedestrian street. The lobby is lush with greenery, and the hotel next door is also very nice. The downstairs restaurants are decent too. I tried a Thai place, and the noodles were sweet, with crushed peanuts and white sugar added – I barely ate anything and just paid and left. Definitely avoiding that next time!
**Facilities:** What's odd is that the shower stall is half-open. Every time I shower, water splashes everywhere. I remember previous Hilton stays often had this, and even other Hiltons I've stayed at since have the same design! Another strange thing is that this hotel always has mirrors facing the bed!

Guest UserThis hotel offers excellent value for money. Everything is very clean. We visited the bath complex, and it was a nice place to relax and warm up in the evening. My colleague used the massage services and was very satisfied, saying he'd definitely come back. We went to the beach, which was clean and tidy, with towels readily available everywhere. Breakfast was good and standard: porridge, freshly made omelets, fruit, yogurt, filter coffee, and delicious fresh pastries (I must specifically highlight the pastries, everything was fresh, and croissants were taken straight from the oven in front of us). The hotel staff are all smiling and friendly. On checkout, Muhammed Aled helped us with a taxi. We are very happy with the hotel!

Beach was nice , Rooms pool view was also nice and rooms cleanliness was good. I liked the quietness of the place (compared to rest of Alexandria Corniche).
The price was not high and not low, but in general was OK.
Breakfast was OK, acceptable variety and food quality is OK (but not 4 Star level).
There was a car parking lot but too small, you should pick a spot early, but if not you still can park your car outside the Hotel.
The room service girl was very nice and polite, also the reception and everyone honestly.
XXX I didn't like the bathroom , the shower head throw water out of the bath tub and the bathroom floor was always wet, every time take a shower we need to call the cleaner to come and dry it ! No extra tools to do it yourself at least. If this is fixed , i would love to go there again!

The apartment is quite spacious, perfect for a relaxing stop during your travels. It's equipped with a washing machine, microwave, and refrigerator, so you can even cook up some delicious meals yourself. The elevators on both sides of the apartment building are very old, and the floor numbering seems inconsistent (we'd often press 5 or 6 to go up, but end up on the 4th or 6th floor 😂). I'm not sure if the apartment is supposed to provide tissues, but after I mentioned it to the administrator downstairs, no one replenished them, which wasn't great for my allergies 😢.

The hotel has great potential and a wonderful location, which could make it an excellent option for travelers visiting Alexandria. It offers good value for money in theory, but unfortunately, the current management does not fully reflect this potential.
Some aspects of service need significant improvement — starting from the reception and housekeeping to the kitchen and café plus an operating free wifi. The staff seem to be doing their best, but they clearly need stronger professional guidance and management oversight to meet the standards expected from a hotel in such a prime location.
During my stay, parts of the hotel were under renovation, and the construction work caused some disturbance throughout the day. While it’s understandable that improvements require time, better scheduling or communication with guests would have made the experience more comfortable.
Overall, the hotel could become a top choice in Alexandria with proper management and attention to guest comfort. I truly hope the owners invest in professional leadership to make the most of this great property.
