The hotel is located in a fairly quiet part of the city, away from the highways and the droning traffic. There are two huge swimming pools with water temperatures of 27°C in March. It's a beautiful three-story building. The hotel is new; a palace is being completed. As I understand it, they'll be hosting events here. There are restaurants on the first and second floors. During Ramadan, both are open buffet style. There's plenty of food, but nothing particularly appealing. They serve omelets for breakfast. We stayed for a week, and all week I kept saying and showing that I wanted scrambled eggs, but the chef only made a tasteless omelet in a puddle of oil. Eventually, I gave up and stopped ordering it. The porridge is tasteless. We went there for dinner 2-3 times. The food was delicious a couple of times. The rest of the time, the only edible items were the shashlik and vegetables. The rooms are large and clean, everything is fine. The food, however, is not so great. The staff is polite.

This hotel was worth more than its price. The location was a little hard to find, and I was a little unsure as a woman traveling alone at night, but as long as I didn't leave the hotel at night, it wasn't a problem. Thanks to the warm and friendly service, I was able to spend a pleasant evening. I was prepared for the low price, but the hospitality I received was beyond my expectations. It was a hotel I would definitely like to use again if I have the opportunity. Thank you for the wonderful time and memories!

This is the third year in a row I've stayed at this property, but my first time booking with Trip.com. The hotel consistently exceeds our expectations. Exceptional front desk service, a clean and well-maintained beach, a breakfast buffet with both sweet and savory options, spacious parking, and large, clean rooms. We will definitely be back.

My mother and I came for a couple of days and had a wonderful time. This is exactly what we were looking for: a few days in Cairo followed by an uninterrupted stay at a beachfront hotel in Alexandria. The resort is huge, so we never got bored and always found something to do. We attended the daily evening shows/performances on the beach, did water sports, swam in different pools and on the various beaches, visited the spa, and tried all the restaurants within the hotel grounds (which had reasonable prices). You can always request a golf cart to get to all locations, and all the staff are friendly and smiling, always ready to help. We checked out very early in the morning, so the day before, we requested breakfast boxes. To our surprise, we noticed at the airport that these huge boxes and nice bags contained just a couple of dry croissants and two slices of cake. It's not a major negative, but we were expecting a more substantial breakfast, considering it was included in the price. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! 🥰

Quiet yet central, the hotel feels very safe and is fully equipped. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the staff at the reception desk are very welcoming. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though the soundproofing could be better; you can hear noise from the hallway and the football field at night. The front desk staff's efficiency could also be improved.

Right by the sea, but the traffic downstairs can be quite noisy. The breakfast is rich and delicious, served on the top floor with amazing sea views. The service is good, but the rooms are a bit old. It's fine for a one-night stay as a temporary过渡.

We booked the hotel for one night. The room description mentioned a hairdryer and bathrobes, but upon arrival, none of these were available. The room itself was old, and the curtains on one side of the window were torn and didn't close completely, letting in light in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep. The hotel markets itself as a 5-star property, but unfortunately, there were no toothbrushes or slippers. The hotel's location, however, is excellent!

This hotel offers excellent value for money. Everything is very clean. We visited the bath complex, and it was a nice place to relax and warm up in the evening. My colleague used the massage services and was very satisfied, saying he'd definitely come back. We went to the beach, which was clean and tidy, with towels readily available everywhere. Breakfast was good and standard: porridge, freshly made omelets, fruit, yogurt, filter coffee, and delicious fresh pastries (I must specifically highlight the pastries, everything was fresh, and croissants were taken straight from the oven in front of us). The hotel staff are all smiling and friendly. On checkout, Muhammed Aled helped us with a taxi. We are very happy with the hotel!

The location is perfect with beach and resort is beautiful. However, the room was okay not too bad or not too good. It could be better as promised while booking that we will get sea view. The overall experience is good. It was enjoyable and can’t love more about the location.

I was check out 5 in the morning my Uber is waiting they check to my room everything is all right I understand it’s rules and one towel missing and receptionist check my luggage it’s okay his work and all look at me suspicious way to me they think I steal towel haha it’s really scary environment that young receptionist is really uneducated and unprofessional it’s been second time I booked this hotel an it’s the last for me I was really scare
