"The hotel is very good, right by Lake Constance, the surrounding environment is very good, very easy to reach, the front desk of the hotel is also very good, the rooms are very warm and clean, and very comfortable."
"I was amazed by the spacious room of this hotel considering the extremely low price.
While it doesn't have a coffee machine, the room and bathroom are very spacious and well designed.
There was a splash stain above the desk though, which could've been easily fixed.
The city of Konstanz give you a bus pass for the duration of your stay after paying the tourist tax, which is even more amazing. That's worth about 6€ a day. It takes about half an hour to the Bahnhof and you can easily go to any place from here, such as Mainau.
When leaving your luggage, you'll get a tag and ticket and was asked if there was anything fragile in it, which is reassuring!
Would go back for sure!"
"Great proximity to car rental. It's located in an industrial area, but there are plenty of dining options and a supermarket nearby. Breakfast was good, though the Western options were quite basic. Rooms are a bit small. Keep windows shut to avoid bugs. Despite its roadside location, it was surprisingly quiet."
"A standard hotel with good value for money.
Far from the city center, and check-in is complicated after 10 p.m. because the reception is closed. The reservation number I had didn't work. There's an emergency number you have to call to get a new one."
"Beautiful place.
Right beside the lake.
Parking limited.
Near all major attractions.
Ideal location
Lift available!
Got a deal for room, but it was facing inwards and behind the kitchen exhaust so you have the chimney oil smell coming in all the time. So kept window closed.
It was the hottest summer yet, so room was like an oven with window closed ( people talking, smoking , noise and cooking oil), triggered my allergy due to the heat.
Small table fan.
All in all, a wonderful stay minus the weather."
"Parking on weekends is free, the rooms are large and the surrounding area is a bit noisy, but the European houses are like this. There is a small refrigerator, and there is no disposable item in the bathroom."
"Location is good, about 8 minutes walk from train station. Breakfast is good, except the coffee. There is no air condition in the room and there was 30 degree C when I arrived that day. The room was completely hot, despite there is a fan in the room, not much help. Another drawback is my room was at 5th floor, the elevator is only up to 4th floor, so I need to go up the stairs to 5th floor with my suitcase. I will choose other hotel if I come again."

Very Good
AAnonymous UserNice hotel in great location with very friendly and helpful staff. One of the highlights is definitely the rooftop terrace with amazing views of the city and the lake!
HHelmut AThe hotel itself is a 12th-century monastery. It’s a great week to live here. You can walk to Switzerland every day and drive to Zurich. The swans in Lake Boden will swim to your window every day. Everything is beautiful.
GGuest UserThe front desk is very nice. The hotel is not in the city center, but it will take ten minutes to send a bus coupon. It can be used for two days. Although we are useless, there are Oaldi and lidl and gas stations around. Parking is free and especially good. The room is large. Breakfast is OK. Self-driving recommendation. I like Lake Boden too much. It's over!
GGuest UserWe booked Superior rooms, but the room did not like (Dark, next to the lift). For a de luxury room we had to pay €88 per night. The room was bright and had a beautiful view of the Rhine. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, but the staff at the reception was not professional and arrogant. At breakfast the staff was completely overloaded. We had to wait 30 minutes for a cappuccino. Overall, staff do not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel.
GGuest UserVery good, the service is also very good, the environment is also very good, the Flip is also very good, the room is very large, and it feels very good, and will stay here later. We 'll introduce our friends later.
LLexingyujianThe hotel is in a very old house. The elevator does not reach the floor and you need to climb half a floor. The location is perfect, directly opposite the train station. The nearby cafes are great. It is on the shore of Lake Constance. It is the Christmas market and people from far and near come here. , very lively
GGuest UserIn its favour, the hotel is extremely well situated, a couple of minutes from the train station and 3 minutes from the centre. It’s clean and modern. Part from that, nothing special. Rather unfriendly. Average breakfast. No kettle to make tea and coffee in the bedroom. Snacks and drinks in the minibar overpriced.
CCHUN TSEThe triple room, like a suite, has a large bed (two quilts), and the sofa in the living room has turned into a double bed. This trip is a cheap hotel, there are shopping malls, Burger King, Chinese food, etc. nearby. The breakfast is also good. Free parking. The location of the hotel is not in the busy district, and the old city is separated by a bridge. In the past few minutes by car, you need to pay for parking in the city. The price is about five euros for three hours. The urban area is nothing special. It's okay to pass the stop on the way.
RRahnosThe Hotel is one of those self-check in types, without a reception. We hadn’t received the code at all, so we had to phone the service number. Person on the phone was good and gave us the code.
Very comfortable bed and large room, excellent for the price we paid. In a pretty quiet area surrounded by office buildings, and business parking. Very close to Train station, but not too much around.
Cons: Could have been a little bit cleaner, there was hair in the shower drain for example, and a few things didn’t work: a lamp, heated towel rail, the shower door was also missing.
